Terrible.
Don't even know where to start, ordered a Xmas tree, got sent the wrong one, on the 3rd correspondence a few days later I'm told they don't have the one I ordered in stock... AND.... then get an email that as a sign of good faith they'll give me a full refund AND will arrange pickup of the wrong one at no charge to myself... The sheer and utter gall.
Never shop there again, once bitten etc...

The Christmas tree model you originally ordered was updated by the manufacturer, and unfortunately, the specific version you selected was no longer in stock. I ordered a Kamado rotisserie for a…
I ordered a Kamado rotisserie for a gift two weeks ago and it never arrived. I called after 4 days and was told it had been put away for winter but I would hear back when they could get to the warehouse to grab it. Now another 4 days- guess I will call again. And they have had my money for 2 weeks.
Updated Review 11.25.24 --- actually Michael, you are incorrect. I heard nothing about my order for 6 days after I placed the order and so I called and you answered, as a matter of fact. You told me at that time that you apologized but no one had yet gone to the warehouse to confirm that you may still have a rotisserie to sell. I was told, by you on the 14th that I would hear a response "shortly", of which no one contacted me via email, phone -- nothing. I then wrote the review because, as I told you on the phone on the 14th, that it was a birthday gift and the birthday was the 14th. And then lo and behold, with no notice from anyone at Tadhg O'Connor, a box was delivered on 19 November (Tuesday) that was the rotisserie. So very sorry to call you out on this, but I too own a business and I am so appreciative of others being aware of their customers as I try to be. So let that set the record straight.
