Great advice
Great advice offered on what to say to my employer to resolve my duspute and more importanly how to say it with a positive result for me within an hour of sending the e mail.

I agree with the last comment, keep away from this union, they took £73 & every time I have rang for advice, there has been none forthcoming, all they keep saying is do you want us to instruct a solicitor, and that’s on a no win no fee,!my previous unions were there on the telephone to give advice & support, and come into the workplace if needed,you will not get that from them,?when I queried why I they had never given me advice, he said because I am just a call handler, what good is that to people with work issues requiring advice. I asked yesterday about cancelling the policy that I took out in March 2021 & was emailed that I would have to pay an extra 30% on top of the original fee of £73.... save your money & use another union, wish I could turn the clocks back, would not have wasted my time & money for nothing in return... please their attitude is very off hand from the call handlers. Ps had to enter one star to get onto this typing area, I would give them a minus rating

After speaking with the advisor and checking the logs it appears that he couldn't answer your questions. Your situation at work was precarious and a solicitor was recommended based on what you told him. Maybe a different line of questioning by the operator would have been more appropriate. He was new to his position and obviously our training isn't as robust as we thought. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will reevaluate our training methods.

Keep well away from these so called union, took £73 straight away out of my account, had trouble at work , and they were nowhere to be found , no response to my emails , contacted, the financial conduct authority got a phone number for them when I phoned it , it just cut me off , sent numerous emails for my £73 to be refunded but yet to no avail, scam scam scam , passed it on to the financial conduct authority, now and I have told my bank about the scam

Reply below is complete lies. Anyone thinking of joining this try to contact them before you hand over your money. You will find you can't. It's even took them 5 month to reply to this negative review.

I am extremely suspicious about this organisation I have been advised that workers union isn’t actually a work union by the specialists they have no contact number, you can’t send them an email and they advertise one thing and do another. I will like my full monies back from workers union as this is becoming to really look like a SCAM SCAM, SCAM. Please stay absolutely away from this organisation. There is no office no complaint procedure and when I sent lots and lots of desperate emails they blocked my account absolutely shambolic disgusting and disgraceful organisation they make out they are professionals but it appears to be the same person contacting me with a withheld number

After reviewing the logs we decided in the interest of protecting our staff from abuse and harassment to end your membership. We cannot tolerate aggressive or abusive behaviour. Sorry if this came as a shock. Obviously we must try harder.
No communication at all
Joined their union by accident as I thought they where the union in my work place very similar logo as unite and use the banner with unite etc have had no reply to any of my emails and there is no contact telephone number etc
