After writing a review about the workers union stealing my money and making no contact. He had the cheek to contact me to ask why I left a bad review. Where was the phone calls and emails when I was asking for my money back. Attitude on the phone was passive aggressive. Said I would only get my money back if I removed the bad review. He has now contacted trust pilot to ask them to flag me. I will be leaving a bad review every day until my money is returned. Have a good day

Being part of a union means that when…
Being part of a union means that when you really need them they should be there. However, it took 6 days for them to respond to my dashboard enquiry regarding a disciplinary meeting.
Then when I ask for representation at my appeal meeting I was advised it was not procedure. This is why you join so that there is someone there within helping you fight and understand what is happening.
Charles was amazing. However when I asked for someone to be with me I was advised that was not possible. However the delay is responding to my dashboard enquiry meant I only recieved advise after the meeting had already happened.
I would recommend Charles to anyone. He did give good advice. However when I needed someone to be with me this was not possible.

Senior management take these issues really seriously and after reviewing your file and logs Charles was more than helpful and extremely professional at every stage. At no point did you show concern. You also benefitted from specialist solicitor legal advice on the 14 Jul 2021 13:54:42 (48 minutes) Advice which you did not follow.
We need to understand where we have gone wrong and why you would make such a statement given that support was continuous, professional and courteous.

After checking with the operator in question (logs) at the time he believed that as a HGV driver for a large glass company you required expert legal advice to a serious and complex matter. Communication difficulty resolved.
After having an initial problem resolving a dispute over an auto renewal payment, I was contacted by a member of customer service staff by telephone and offered a full refund. The representative apologised for a breakdown in communication and was eager to hear of the difficulties I had using their website in order that they could avoid the situation recurring.

Not great
Joined this union by accident while in a difficult mental state - Google took me to the wrong website. Sent them messages explaining what had happened and asking to cancel/get a refund. However it took a long time to get a response although they have now promised me a full refund.

I phoned this union regarding what would happen if my employer tried to mandate the jab and the lady on the phone (who was very friendly) assured me they would fight my corner. later that night I joined this union, I have a good feeling they will be worth having on my side.

Terrible service no contact number to speak to anyone just computer links, take your money straight away and I cancelled within 14 days(due to other reviews) and they only refund a percentage not the full amount. Avoid this union totally wrong in all ways and of no use at all.
