New Sun Mountain golf bag
Order a new Sun Mountain golf bag, it was a good price, arrived on time and in perfect condition. It was a sturdy box. The bag is exactly as advertised and is holding up great. I would call it a mid-large bag with plenty of basic compartments for needed items.

Great golf site! TGW
TGW, always has really great products even their own brand. Just as good if not better than name brands. I wish they would bring back their 11.25 length shorts. I have every pair and every color but always could use more and it seems they’ve ran out of sizing and I haven’t seen any more new sizes in the last year. I purchased a lot of items from them and every item has exceeded my expectations. Thanks, and I will continue buying from you guys, always!

A Bit Disappointed.
I've ordered quite a few things from TGW, and I've been happy w/their products and service, but I was a bit disappointed this time. I ordered a Cobra DS Adapt X driver and 3 wood in early April. I received the 3 wood in 3 days, but didn't get the driver. After 10 days, and not hearing anything from TGW, I sent an email to their customer service department. They responded 2 days later, basically telling me what I already knew, it was still "in processing", and they'd sent me an update as soon as anything changed. A week later, I still hadn't gotten a update, so I contacted them again. I was told it was being shipped from the manufacturer and they'd reach out to Cobra for an update. Three weeks after I placed the order, still nothing; no updates. Followed up again and I was told it takes up to 3 weeks to get items from the manufacturer. Funny...that wasn't mentioned when I placed my order. After a month of waiting, TGW sent me an update saying Cobra wasn't making the club anymore, and none were available. TGW refunded my money and gave me a $30 store credit for the inconvenience. Again a bit disappointed. It would have been nice to get regular updates on the status of my order from TGW CS, but I had to reach out in order to get status updates. Ended up ordering the driver from Carl's Golfland. Got it $20 cheaper and it was on my doorstep in 2 days.

While we are glad our team issued a refund and a $30 credit, we know that doesn't fully make up for the lack of proactive communication or the friction you experienced.
Drop-ship items from manufacturers can occasionally cause inventory visibility delays, but that is our problem to solve.
We are using your detailed feedback to tighten our inventory loops with Cobra and improve how our customer service team proactively flags delayed orders. We hope we can earn back your trust in future rounds.

Unaxseptable way to do busness
Ordered a Driver, it arrived,wrong shaft, they sent a return address for shimpent.Heard nothing,emailed,they said club just arrived in the warehouse,4/14 and 3/5 days a credit will be applied. Two weeks later no information,emailed ,they said only a head cover was shipped.Various emails, they said I should put in a claim with Fedex , I did, Fedex said I wasn't the shipper,so I couldn't make a claim.Emailed TGW with the info. and asked them to put i a claim...Again after numerous emails, still no responce.
My hands are tied, which way do I turn?????

I ordered 5 hats last year during the…
I ordered 5 hats last year during the hat sale. Three hats shipped right away. The other 2 were put on back order, the white Titleist, and navy Callaway. After a few weeks the Titleist was cancelled. I kept getting messages every month or so saying the Callaway was updated longer on back order. Months passed ant it just got cancelled. I have 2 concerns 1-why were they involved in the sale if not available? And 2- they are both on sale on the website right now. I have been seeing them the whole time I have been getting the not available notifications???
