delayed delivery .. took 9 days . I was so disappointed as they advertise 5 to 7 days and hoping I can give it on time for my sons birthday. Do not trust this supplier.. buy from somewhere else unless you have all the time to wait for unsure delivery..

original order for Mizuno Composite Wood Bat was never shipped after contacting the company thru the online chat function x3 to follow up with no results over a 3 week period. Tracking number assigned and never picked up at warehouse. When I tried to pull up the order thru the website with the link it disappeared-poof! I eventually picked up the phone and talked to a live rep who was truly understanding and created a new order number and shipped with expedited shipping. The bat is amazing! I appreciate the customer service rep that ultimately resolved the issue. She dug deep and was truly understanding. I was to the point of calling AMEX and reporting fraudulent activity but she saved the day and your reputation.

I received my order of used pair of turf shoes.
I received my order. But because I was out of town for 2 weeks I was unable to open my package upon delivery. When I did open the box the turf shoes had red dirt and debris all over the cleat area indicating they had been worn on the field. So basically I received a used pair of turf shoes. I took pictures of the shoes right out of the box

Bought some shoes
Bought some shoes, I wasn't home when they came in. My son was outside when they arrived and tried them on, my son walked in them outside. I was honest and straightforward about this. Not a scuff or scratch on the shoes, but they didn't fit right so I went to return and get a different size. I was told I could not return them. Perfect condition, I could provide pictures at the time and nobody cared. Front line customer service person didn't even attempt to "check if there was something they could do," just a hard line absolutely not.
UPDATE: This gets even better. I gave them my feedback through their customer service email. I get told they want to make this right, then I get an email saying the following. "I'll be happy to assist. Because this item is a closeout product and is no longer available, our system won't allow us to process it back into our inventory for a standard return.
However, since I know this is frustrating, I want to make it right for you. I have gone ahead and issued a refund for the item, minus a $7.50 processing fee, and you do not need to worry about shipping it back to us."
Only to get another follow up email 7 minutes later, stating they sent that email to the wrong person, even though it had my order number on it, and they would not be issuing a refund.
**UPDATE TO THE UPDATE: This time Playbaseball actually called me and let me talk to a human, thank you Ted. This was a quality customer service interaction. Ted kindly listened to what happened, and how my interactions went. Then in kind walked me through what they were going to do about it internally and how they would coach their team off of the example.
Rather than delete my review, I upped my rating to a 4 from a 1, because it showed me they do in fact have real people working behind the scenes who do care how the customer experience goes. I appreciated getting an actual phone call in a world where it is now email, text or bust!

I ordered pants for my son. Said they were on backorder and to be shipped by 4/28. Still have not recieved and now being told they are on back order until 5/28. If I cancel, I'll now have to pay more for a different brand/pair, plus shipping charges.
