Customer service good, shipping department, not so much
This review is based on the online shopping. They have a good selection and reasonable prices. The customer service reps are accommodating. The problem happens in their warehouse and shipping. It literally takes them days to get something out of the warehouse even though within 12 hours they Mark your order as "shipped." They realize it's not actually shipped because in that email they claim you can't get a tracking number till FedEx picks it up. It is not shipped until the shipper has it! And please don't place an order on Wednesday or Thursday, because they're closed on the weekend and even though it says shipped at noon on Friday, nothing happens until Monday if you're lucky. They need to be more clear and honest with themselves about what is shipped and what is ready to be shipped. Very frustrating and disappointing, you know how golfers are.. we want our new stuff now! LOL

I tried to order a 7 wood
I tried to order a 7 wood. The drop down box said I was ordering a 7 wood.
When I checked out it had changed it to a 3 wood. I called the next morning to change the order and they said it was too late. I had to wait and send it back.
So I waited and then sent it back unopened.
I had to call 3 weeks later to find out why my refund hadn’t been placed on my Discover card. The person gave me some crappy excuse about multiple return stickers.
Anyway, I still haven’t seen the refund on my card.
I’m not happy in the least.

Fast Shipping and Great Purchase
Fast, fast, fast shipping! It took me a while to find the exact set of irons I wanted and when I finally did on TGW.com I was cutting it close to a tournament for work. The second day air was very reasonable and it arrived in great shape. I had to call to make sure what was in stock was exactly what I had been fitted for and the rep was really nice, answered all my questions and started the order for me.
