Do not use this company! I ordered a club 2 months ago and have called 4 times for a status update. There is no communication, and the person assigned to the case, Mary, does not follow up. I ended up canceling the order and again I heard nothing. I called today for the 5th time and finally received a refund email. I highly encourage you to use another company for your golf needs!

Be aware - their return policy is not as advertised. I hit 4 balls with my own shaft and the club was considered used. I asked before and was assured that "used" required the club to be actually used.
False advertising for sure and very disappointing. Had much better luck when I could deal with Edwin Watts directly. Never had a problem before.
Buyers be very cautious.

I have been a Golfmart customer for years. They have very good to great inventory (depending on the store size) and the 90-day Trial Use program is outstanding. They also used to offer hassle free trade ins. You would bring your old clubs to the counter, they would look up the trade in price on the computer and you would get store credit for that trade in amount. Now it was a rather low amount but was pretty much industry standard. For instance, if you paid $649 or $699 for a driver this year in 18 months their trade in value would be $135, nevertheless it was a simple transaction so I have been using it for over a dozen years regularly. Yesterday I took 3 drivers in to trade on a new Titleist driver. As usual the clerk looked up the trade value and gave me $327 for my 3 drivers, TSR1, TSR2 and Qi10. Although I thought that a bit low I bought the driver and left. When I got home I checked the WWG website and those 3 drivers would give you $399 credit based on their standard trade in value. I went back today and was told that now WWG/Golfmart has changed their policy and the clerk now has permission to offer any amount he wants so long as it does not exceed the written trade in scale. So I got $327 rather than the $399 of the website valuation. The clerk did not mark me down for condition but simply didn't want to offer the computer value. I will continue to use Golfmart but will now only tradein through the mfgs sites where there is a fixed amount, low as it is, for the credit you will get. Also the mfg sites often have a 150% trade in value in the spring to late spring each year.

The customer service is horrible. I sent out an email on the original order and it said they would reply to me in 1 business day. They haven't responded to me in a week and they they're missing one of my items from the promotional they were running. Prob one of the worst ran golf companies I've experienced.

Worse company-ever. I received a gift card for x-mas and tried to order some ball-6 times the order never processed. I emailed called and no one over there could figure out what was wrong. Then one rep issued me a new card for $25 more and yep that card didn't work either. First its almost impossible to contact a live person-second the site kicks you out every-time you try to get a contact number, third-no one has a clue. I will never buy a gift card from them or buy one for anyone else. It seems to all be a scam-people tend to give up and they just keep the money. Maybe they should hire better IT people or better fire the CEO and President and get someone in there who knows how to run a company. I play a lot of golf and have been for years, hell I could run the company better than what it is now.

Don’t make an honest mistake. I accidentally had the wrong shipping address on a recent order when I realized it had been delivered to my former address I contacted worldwide golf. Well I first spoke with a woman who was WFH who did nothing to help me she blew me off. Then I reach out again and they tell me the package was delivered. When I explained it was an error on shipping address they basically said oh well to bad that’s your loss. I will never shop this website again. They did not lift a finger to try and retrieve the package through FedEx who were the shipping company and so I just reordered what they did absolutely nothing about through a different company. Thanks for the screw job worldwide golf. I now know your customer service is as useless at tuts on a bull. Sincerely J Mc G.

I bought an electric cart online and tried it out. I quickly realized this was the wrong cart for me. I went to my local Worldwide Golf (The GolfMart in Seaside) to return the purchase and got advise with an electric cart that was best suited for me. Brandon Jones assisted me in choosing the electric Bag boy volt cart which was very helpful and the Store Manager Mark made sure everything was ok with my return and purchase. The customer service in this branch is amazing. Every time I go to this store, everyone is just so helpful!

I have to admit I was a little skeptical from ordering because of a couple of the reviews that I read but I went ahead and ordered a golf bag off of there I ordered it on Monday It arrived at my front door on Thursday It was exactly what I wanted in perfect shape brand new I had no problems or issues at all ordering from them would do it again

Purchased a new TaylorMade driver from them end it has been over 50 days since purchase and I have still not received it. I spoke with their customer service team and they were completely unhelpful and refused to issue a refund until they verify the status of the shipment with FEDEX and USPS. I will never order another product from Worldwide Golf Shops again. Very disappointed. The Golf Warehouse (TGW) beats them hands down.

At first, I thought it was a total scam company when I tried to use a gift card and the funds depleted before I could finish my transaction. Turns out the website is just super clunky. I reached out to customer service and they were able to refund me so I could complete my transaction. Problem Solved.

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. I have yet to receive the item that i purchased and its been over two weeks. I have called and emailed and the only response that i got was that I can get a return label and send it back once i do receive it. I am highly disappointed with the shipping service and customer service following the issue. I will never shop with this store again and would definitely never recommend to anyone else.
