I purchased a set of Taylor Made P970…
I purchased a set of Taylor Made P970 irons from TGW 3 months ago and had the head of the 5 iron snap off at the hosel. TGW arranged to have me ship the iron back and now want to give me store credit for the club. I keep telling their customer service people that I want a new or repaired club and not store credit.
They have had the club for 4 weeks and still cannot provide an answer on how and when this will be issue will be resolved. Zero follow through on the part of TGW to get my issue resolved.

I had to call tech support 3 or 4 times…
I had to call tech support 3 or 4 times because the web site is so poor. I first ordered the item and it changed my size from large to XL. I told them to cancel the order. They said I had to reorder on the site. I did again making sure I correctly selected Large. The confirmation email said it was Medium. I called again and they said they would cancel the order and place it for me in Large. I was billed for all 3 and received the Large and Medium. I called support once more and they showed me the return process. It took several weeks before the partial refund for the Medium went through and I had to call my bank to dispute the duplicated charge. Eventually it came off (less return shipping cost).

Wrong Balls, No Response from TGW
I ordered a couple boxes of Titleist Velocity balls that were listed in the Description as "Matte Orange". They were not Matte, they were high gloss, shiny balls that looked like something from a miniature golf course. I replied to TGW noting the color discrepancy but NO ONE REPLIED. I used one sleeve of 3 balls, and just donated the rest to our local First Tee chapter. But the lack of any reply was the worst part.

Wrong size shipped
I ordered a pair of pants size 38waist 32 length.
They shipped 31 waist 32 length. I returned them on 6/1/26 and waiting for credit on my account.

Really Good Experience
I ordered some close out shorts and other than the fact that I want more in other colors but aren’t available but all else was fantastic. Great communication throughout, great turnaround (had my order within 7 days) and I really like the shorts. Will definitely order from TGW again.

I’ve bought 2 clubs from you over the last year and a half for close to $800 and both clubs showed up past when you said I could get them. The clubs are great but your ability to deliver when you say you will is absolutely awful. I recently found out I can but the same clubs at Dicks sporting goods locally for the same exact price and they have them in stock. I will not be buying from you guys as you are unable to deliver a product when you say you will. I had golf plans both time and I bought the clubs because I could have them delivered before my trips and they never showed up both times. There seems to be a pattern, there was alway an excuse, and always late.

We messed up, and you’re entirely right to be mad. Missing a deadline once is a fluke, but doing it to you twice especially right before a golf trip you planned around is a pattern we can't defend.
Honestly, we don't blame you for going somewhere else this time. If you need a club for a trip and can't trust us to get it to you on time, walking into a store and buying it off the rack is the smartest move.
We're passing this straight to our shipping team to figure out why our delivery estimates are missing the mark so badly.
We hate that we let down a loyal customer who spent real money with us, and we'd genuinely love the chance to earn your business back in the future when we get our logistics straightened out.
