All inclusive holiday easy to find, all good.

I was contacted out of the blue by someone called “Brian Jones” claiming to be from Sunshine Cruise Holidays Ltd after I searched for flights online. I did NOT submit any enquiry to this company. He said he is from Pakistan.

They offered a very cheap return fare (£487 London to Mumbai) and requested a £150 deposit to secure the booking.

Before proceeding, I asked for proper verification including:
- ATOL certificate
- Proof that the phone number and email domain belong to the company
- Confirmation of the relationship between flightsbookingltd.co.uk and Sunshine Cruise Holidays Ltd
- A secure credit card payment link

Although they initially responded “yes” to everything, they did not provide clear evidence. Shortly after, all communication stopped and the phone number is now unreachable.

This behaviour is highly suspicious and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the offer.

I would strongly advise others to exercise caution and verify everything independently before making any payment. THIS IS A BIG SCAM

Good prices and easily navigated

You cancelled my flight home moved it to 6.15 am instead of 14 35 pm and lost me about 8 hours from my holiday no alternative given no sorry just there you go 6.15 in the morning so now leaving resort about 1 am instead of maybe 10am after breakfast which was perfect flight times for our party of 4 so not very happy with the service what would you say look forward to your reply

Hotel had terrible reviews and I was anxious before arrival. No need to worry.. Hotel was basic buy spotlessly clean.. Staff were nice. All inclusive food was limited but always found something to eat. Would definitely return.. A real bargain

No issues with sunshine but ryanair flight there was awful dirty plane rude staff ran out of all drinks an plane too warm then the hotel advertised as 4 star definitley not 4 star food wasnt great rooms were ok wouldnt stay again

So,about two months after informing us that there had been major changes to our flights Sunshine holidays have cancelled our holiday,in the meantime no one from this company has contacted us to offer any alternatives,we would have been prepared to change our dates,hotel but were not even given the option. There is absolutely no customer service from this company,no help from them whatsoever. They said there are no flights on the day we had booked but we have managed to book another holiday (different holiday company) and are flying with easyjet on the same day. Even with Sunshine,if we were going for 14 nights instead of 15 this flight comes up,which we would have been prepared to do if we could have spoken to someone which is impossible. We have booked many holidays with Sunshine and OTB in the past and never realised this was the case until we had this problem,not sure if I would ever book with them again,would probably be a last resort! Will definitely avoid Sun Express airlines who caused the problem and I know this is out of Sunshine holidays control but it is the non existent customer service and lack of help that lets this company down.

I have a repayment plan. I needed to change the due dates. I emailed sunshine on 3 separate occasions and got no answer. I tried to call them however they don’t have a phone line to speak to someone. I then contacted them via live chat and the AI robot was useless. It couldn’t understand me and wouldn’t put me through to a human.

Communication is horrendous!!

The holiday was great. The holiday complex was clean, the staff were very helpful and the pool was not busy with plenty of sunbeds.
The only negative was the pre-booked private transfer failed to turn up to transport us to the airport at the end of the holiday in the early hours of the morning, which caused some anxiety and required us to pay for a taxi. Not great 😕

Found a holiday with Sunshine at a good price . Took minutes and was booked ready to go

1st time ive booked we sunshine always used jet2 but sunshine was more cheaper so decides to give it go it was that good I booked another one fir this year

Unfortunately the resort has a lot of issues
Tile Pools falling down
The worst stake I had,either quality of the meat was bad or not cooked properly
The other meals where very nice, a great buffet for salads and sweets
Tasty cocktails,drinks and nice variety of snacks
Staff in hotel was very lovely, but on the reception not so great, 2 ladies that they were speaking English, other pretending that you are not waiting,that they don't see you, so the other colleague can serve you

Great company easy to be in touch with and always reply to messages on good time frame

I had recently booked a holiday with this agency and I just thought I would go with them seeing as I've not been away in over 11 years, they also gave you a option to pay in installments. At first everything went smoothly months go by and I realized how utterly impossible it is to speak to a actual real person at this company, which was highly frustrating. Then 10 days before our flight they issued a full cancellation without any reason, to say the least I was very much shocked as we were about to fly out just little over a week the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because they did issue is us a full refund thank god, but yes I will not be choosing this company again.

Been second time here and will come again. 7km from airport so 15 min by taxi or 1.5hour by bus transfer which is more expensive

Oh please book with ANYONE ELSE!
It's great until you have a probelm and realise that there is no way to contact them. the phone sends you to the online chat. The online chat starts with "someone will be available within 2 hours, to "someone will be available within 2-3 hours".

So, they cancel my flight. I have over 7 hours delay, losing us a day of our holiday. Changed the airport completely, meaning one of our group simply cannot get there. And this was short notice, well under the 2 weeks we should get. Note - I paid extra to depart from this airport at this time because anything else was going to make it really difficult. They can offer me a self cancellation, where I will lose £520.

I have escalated this to ABTA. the timing, the airport, the lack of communication - all on their own are classed as "minor". Put together they are not minor.

I have never met such an unhelpful bunch.

We have booked holidays with Sunshine Holidays for approximately 15 years. I find their pricing competitive & there is a vast selection of hotels. Highly recommend.

We have booked and paid for our deposit for out holiday however we try and pay and it comes up with error 404 is this a scam or what just everytime we try and contact someone we seem to get fobbed off with AI response if some one from the team that is human please reassure me this is real thanks
