A note on the COVID-19 pandemic
We hope you are staying safe during this challenging and unforeseen time across the globe. We would firstly like to thank you for your patience and support as we work to respond to the thousands of individual customer queries, booking amendments and refunds.
We would like to note that due to Coronavirus outbreak, we have received a huge volume of contact from customers who are concerned about how their holiday is affected. It may take us longer than usual to respond at the moment, but rest assured we are working hard to reply to every customer query as quickly as we can.
When will I receive my refund?
We're working as quickly as possible to get any money back to those customers who are owed a refund. In many cases, we are waiting for the money for the cost of flights to be refunded by the airline.
Additionally, unlike many other travel companies, Sunshine.co.uk is offering eligible customers a full cash refund alongside the option to move their holiday to a later date.
The ongoing situation with Covid-19 is unprecedented and affecting us all in many different ways. We truly appreciate the patience and support of all of our customers during this challenging time.

Unfortunately the resort has a lot of issues
Tile Pools falling down
The worst stake I had,either quality of the meat was bad or not cooked properly
The other meals where very nice, a great buffet for salads and sweets
Tasty cocktails,drinks and nice variety of snacks
Staff in hotel was very lovely, but on the reception not so great, 2 ladies that they were speaking English, other pretending that you are not waiting,that they don't see you, so the other colleague can serve you

I had recently booked a holiday with this agency and I just thought I would go with them seeing as I've not been away in over 11 years, they also gave you a option to pay in installments. At first everything went smoothly months go by and I realized how utterly impossible it is to speak to a actual real person at this company, which was highly frustrating. Then 10 days before our flight they issued a full cancellation without any reason, to say the least I was very much shocked as we were about to fly out just little over a week the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because they did issue is us a full refund thank god, but yes I will not be choosing this company again.

Oh please book with ANYONE ELSE!
It's great until you have a probelm and realise that there is no way to contact them. the phone sends you to the online chat. The online chat starts with "someone will be available within 2 hours, to "someone will be available within 2-3 hours".
So, they cancel my flight. I have over 7 hours delay, losing us a day of our holiday. Changed the airport completely, meaning one of our group simply cannot get there. And this was short notice, well under the 2 weeks we should get. Note - I paid extra to depart from this airport at this time because anything else was going to make it really difficult. They can offer me a self cancellation, where I will lose £520.
I have escalated this to ABTA. the timing, the airport, the lack of communication - all on their own are classed as "minor". Put together they are not minor.
I have never met such an unhelpful bunch.

Unfortunately, airlines can and do make schedule changes from time to time, and these are outside of our control. When this happens, we work within the options provided by the airline and package supplier to support our customers as best we can.
In cases such as yours, customers are always presented with the available options and can choose the one that best suits their circumstances. Depending on the airline's policy, this may include accepting the revised arrangements, selecting an alternative flight (which may involve an additional cost if a higher-priced option is chosen), or, where the change is considered significant, a full refund with no cancellation charges.
We are sorry that the revised flight schedule and airport did not meet your needs, particularly as you had specifically selected your original departure arrangements. We also apologise if our response times fell short of expectations during what we appreciate was a frustrating situation.
We take all feedback seriously and would welcome the opportunity to review your case further. Please contact our Customer Relations team with your booking reference so we can investigate your concerns in more detail.

First time and last time I use sunshine company. I’m very angry.
18 of February 2026 I booked my holidays in Turkey. Fully paid already.
Today they send me email that they completely changed my flights. Only 1 week left for my holidays!!!
Originally I should fly from London Luton. But now they changed on London Gatwick and London Stansted airport.

I try to find information on your website, but I can’t. You should provide a flight from London Luton.

You can change tickets on Wizzair company , still can buy tickets.
The most problem with Sunshine and On the Beach. You don’t contact with your customers.
Your number doesn’t work. You don’t have any different numbers or emails address. Just keep silent.
Avoid this company as Sunshine and On the Beach they never help you.

We appreciate that a change of departure airport can be frustrating, particularly so close to your holiday. However, changes of this nature are classed as a minor schedule change under the booking terms and conditions. Unfortunately, flight schedules and airport allocations are controlled by the airline and are outside of our direct control.
We understand this is not the news you were hoping for, but your holiday booking remains confirmed and operational despite the airport changes. We recommend checking your updated travel documents carefully and allowing sufficient time for travel to the revised departure airports.

Absolutely awful never again
Absolutely awful. My hotel has gone bust they sent me an email a while back that Ive inly just seen. They didn’t ring me or anything. There is no telephone number to contact them. If you cancel your booking online i will inly get £200 back of the £1100 I paid this is appalling and very worrying as im meant to be there for a wedding

You say respond to the email and someone will get back to me well I have sent 10 messages so far not even an email response let alone a phone call! And still no answer!! I had an email from escalations saying they were waiting to hear back from the hotel that they decided to dump me in via 1 email which is not good enough as I want to stay in a hotel of my choice not theirs so why are they asking permission from the hotel aaaaand of course that was 4 days ago and still no reply even though I told them it wasn’t good enough just cancel my booking! So much for being escalated im now up to 14 emails and still no response or resolve I’ve asked and asked them to contact me but nothing. Looks like Ive got no choice but to go to ABTA. Ok new update, they finally got back to me and replaced my accommodation with one that I was happy with HOWEVER, since then my flights were changed, and I requested a refund so I could rebook they said no so then I went to Ryanair and they said thats not correct you can get a refund. I sent at least 5 messages saying this along with proof and surprise, surprise no reply and I’m due to fly in less than two weeks. Will have to bite the bullet and book new flights and just fight it through ABTA when I get back. This has been totally exhausting and stressful and could have been avoided with good customer care at the very beginning
