A note on the COVID-19 pandemic
We hope you are staying safe during this challenging and unforeseen time across the globe. We would firstly like to thank you for your patience and support as we work to respond to the thousands of individual customer queries, booking amendments and refunds.
We would like to note that due to Coronavirus outbreak, we have received a huge volume of contact from customers who are concerned about how their holiday is affected. It may take us longer than usual to respond at the moment, but rest assured we are working hard to reply to every customer query as quickly as we can.
When will I receive my refund?
We're working as quickly as possible to get any money back to those customers who are owed a refund. In many cases, we are waiting for the money for the cost of flights to be refunded by the airline.
Additionally, unlike many other travel companies, Sunshine.co.uk is offering eligible customers a full cash refund alongside the option to move their holiday to a later date.
The ongoing situation with Covid-19 is unprecedented and affecting us all in many different ways. We truly appreciate the patience and support of all of our customers during this challenging time.

Bad customer service
Ive tried muliple times on live chat to get a refund on my sunshine holidays as my flight have changed over five hrs but all i get is the operation team will get back to me but still waiting im sure they are just fobbing me off i will never use Sunshine holidays again as you just cant talk to anyone and they dont get back to you like they tell you in the live chat.

Silver Wedding Anniversary!!!

We find it very central for our needs, Restaurants, Bars, Entertainment.
The Hotel complex is massive One way in and One way out so very secure the staff are always available if you need anything, Very polite.

Riadh Palms
I've given the company Sunshine holidays 5stars cause the state of the hotel was not there fault. So me and my sister have just got back today from a 5 day holiday. When we first got to the hotel it was very late. Entering the room all seemed fine. After the porter had left we went looking around the room. We found blood on the bathroom titles. 💩on the door frame. Water all over the floor. Being very tired we went bed and said would sort it the next day. Went down to the reception and was told I booked a budget room. No I booked a room. Not budget room. Anyway that got sorted showed him the photos that I've taken and we where moved to a new room. No issues with this room. The food for an all inclusive holidays was very dispointing. The hotel in all was dirty. Can not fault the bar staff. Since leaving this morning at the airport waiting to come home have found out that there was 6 cases of food poisoning in the last month. As soon as we said what hotel was Sayed people just said it has the worst reputation for crap service and food. Tunisia is a beautiful country and will go back but will never stay at the Riadh Palms in sousse again.

Everything was fine ,transfers were on time ,resort good, food very good. If I'm being picky one of the power sockets did not work,other than that really loved it. Just a chill out holiday which I needed.

Cockroaches in a brand new bed
Sunshine holidays say “ does not warrant a move to another hotel” OTB advertise find it cheaper we will give you the difference back, well I found it cheaper and they refused saying I had booked with Sunshine holidays but when the issues arose on holiday it was OTB who contacted us.Hotel,Cockroaches in a brand new bed

UPDATE I have attempted to submit a complaint form that was sent to my by Sunshine,it included videos and photos and a full description yet upon hitting the submit button it always states the email is too big and will not send.
On their form it clearly states include as much detail as possible. I have obviously just wasted more of my time. I know it seems impossible but why don’t they take the lead and contact me !!!

Really nice hotel
Really nice hotel really friendly staff..Room was cleaned every day..Only 4 stars as we were half board and the choice of food was not very good the food we had was very nice just not much choice.

Pineda was quiet and to be honest there’s a huge migrant hotel round the corner full of young men who sit and stared constantly at my partner , which she found a little upsetting

Out bound and in bound flights was delayed , hotel transfers never turned up and had to get two taxis costing over €100 to the airport

Hotel and all inclusive buffet good, but NO Kids club was disapponted
The hotel was very good, location, restaurant buffet and price.
I only didn t like that they said hotel have kids club, but in reality it was not a kids club. Just small Occasional activity. Sp very disappointed as could not rest as much as I wanted.

Everything brilliant apart from 2 staff…
Everything brilliant apart from 2 staff Katerina on customer service really unhelpful myself and 2 others got no help from her at all. Denise on hotel bar completely ignored several of us and sat at the back we waited ages despite calling out. The Asian restaurant wasn’t open , the grill was closed outside, down by the beach no daytime activities closed until our last day and bar and no nightlife down there, they said not opening until 1st June due to weather it was 27 degrees and above, seems to be cost saving to us , this was a return visit for us and the friends with us , we will not be returning.
