We have booked lots of holidays through sunshine holidays and have never had a problem. They are cheaper than other travel sites and you can book flights to suit you. Wouldn't go anywhere else

We hope you are staying safe during this challenging and unforeseen time across the globe. We would firstly like to thank you for your patience and support as we work to respond to the thousands of individual customer queries, booking amendments and refunds.
We would like to note that due to Coronavirus outbreak, we have received a huge volume of contact from customers who are concerned about how their holiday is affected. It may take us longer than usual to respond at the moment, but rest assured we are working hard to reply to every customer query as quickly as we can.
When will I receive my refund?
We're working as quickly as possible to get any money back to those customers who are owed a refund. In many cases, we are waiting for the money for the cost of flights to be refunded by the airline.
Additionally, unlike many other travel companies, Sunshine.co.uk is offering eligible customers a full cash refund alongside the option to move their holiday to a later date.
The ongoing situation with Covid-19 is unprecedented and affecting us all in many different ways. We truly appreciate the patience and support of all of our customers during this challenging time.

Would give less than a star. No customer support. They are a middle man and do literally nothing to earn it. Automated service that takes you round in circles. You can never speak to anyone. Had to wait until I was actually on holiday before I could get through to someone because you need a separate booking number for when you are on your trip. By this time it's too late. Cost me an extra £700 because they automatically allocate rooms wrong and you get no option to change. Complete scammers. And all they have to say when you get through is "sorry" nothing else. No help, no refund, no even partial. Nothing! Absolutely scum of the earth middle man scammers. Use someone reputable do not use these scammers.
Edit: so you reply with the same empty uselessness that you have said already. Let's hope this shows anyone considering using your company how terrible you are. Wow, you are sorry.....that makes things right. In fact, no it doesn't. You have taken my money and done nothing but inconvenience me and cost me £700 more. Ruining my holiday and my kids holiday and putting financial strain on me that could otherwise have been used to treat my children. You are scum.

Never had any issues. Booked many holidays with Sunshine and they’ve all been great. Really good value and easy, manageable payment plans. I will only ever use sunshine because they are always the cheapest.

Stayed at Dynastic hotel in Benidorm. FOR ANY FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN CONSIDERING THIS HOTEL I WOULD SERIOUSLY ADVISE AGAINST IT....On day 2 I was alerted by my 17 year old of something outside the room opposite to ours, it was a bag of what I presume was cocaine (small bag with white powder and white small rocks). I immediately took photos and went straight down to speak to the manager who did not attempt to apologise for this she just said she would get the cleaner to remove it. I informed her that this was not acceptable as a child could have found this and the situation become very serious. I suggested that the occupants of said room be removed from the hotel and the police informed but she just shrugged at me. I asked again the next day about the situation and was told that the occupants were still in the hotel....ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND THE SITUATION COULD HAVE TURNED SERIOUS SHOULD A CHILD HAVE PICKED THIS UP, SHOCKING TO ME FOR A FAMILY HOTEL. Rooms average, cleaned daily which was good. Air conditioning was not working in any rooms although it was advertised as air conditioning throughout hotel....this was unbearable in late June 2026 when a heatwave meant temperatures were in excess of 31 degrees, unacceptable! As a female or a certain age I was forced to purchase a fan which are not cheap for 1 that would make a significant difference. Not to mention the fact that we had to also struggle with packing it to come home. Food was average, mainly pork and fish. Luckily we were ok but a couple of holidaymakers reported food poisoning. Entertainment was basic. Pool small but ok if not in high season sun beds and parasols also ok, but not anywhere near enough if the hotel is at full capacity. Card key for rooms very temperamental we had to swap them several times. Location good. Fridge in room not working no attempt to fix it from staff. Also no bath plug provided.

We stayed at Krestel Palace in Rhodes. Great hotel. Very nice views, very good food and great evening entertainments. Definitely recommend it to our friends.

I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before booking with Sunshine.co.uk. !!!!
There is no real customer service. You cannot speak to an actual person—only an AI assistant that is unable to deal with anything beyond the simplest queries. Calling the customer service number is equally frustrating, as there is no option to speak to a human representative.
Our circumstances changed due to the death of one of the passengers, and we simply needed to remove that person from the booking, hoping for a refund. Despite the exceptional circumstances, Sunshine refused to help unless we paid amendment fees that would have cost almost as much as the holiday itself. No reasonable solution or refund was offered. Removing one passenger 8 months before departure does not change the holiday price! Bizarre?!?!
The lack of compassion, flexibility, and communication has been incredibly disappointing. When something goes wrong, you quickly realise there is nobody available to help.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
I regret booking through Sunshine and will never use them again. Based on my experience, I recommend avoiding this company.

Awful apartments, extremely run down, tried to charge for WiFi,(advertised free on website)didn't even supply toilet paper and reception rarely manned so impossible to get deposits back

Checking was very slow as only one desk was open .
On the plane when ever an announcement was made we couldn't hear it or understand it.
Hostess was rude over my cards not being accepted to pay for my coffee.

So easy to book on line every thing at the one place flights hotels transfers even parking no hidden extras well apart from buying seats to make sure you travel together but all airlines do this these days fantastic experience with booking app
