AVOID DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! Possibly the worst company I've ever come across! Agreed holiday price, deposit paid of 450 then it suddenly went up in price then when I asked to cancel they added a cancellation fee of £78. Definitely not transparent in their dealings with customers!

Do not touch.
The price went up, then once booked room wasn't available and flights were booked. Couldn't cancel. Had to pay extra. So much stress and still no confirmation. Avoid!

Ripped off, same as everyone else. You know those Indian and Pakistani cold callers that are always trying to scam us. This is them and when you speak to them in chats they always have a fake white man's name to garner trust. Turn nasty when you call out their shenanigans. One even spouted nonsense about price going up due to fuel prices and Iran war. The constant was that the flights were booked already and they were saying the hotel room price was going up.

I didn't want to even give them 1 star.
Truly appalling customer service. Found price on the site for £285 for hotel and flights, then had an online chat and was quoted £896, I called to book. At this point the price went up to £999, as flight prices had gone up in the 20 minutes. They took money, booked hotel and came back saying all the flights had gone at 1130pm on a Wednesday night and I'd need to pay £500 extra to secure new flights. My hotel had been booked and couldn't be refunded. I asked for a refund on my flights so I could book my own which would have been cheaper although stilll more expensive then the impression I had first been given. To refund me they said I need to reply to the email with my hotel booking and that I must reply that all was correct and refund me. I was told if I didn't do this they couldn't proceed with the refund. I have no idea why it requires me to confirm the rubbish they had organised to get a flight refund. At this time I have refused this and now have no details of my hotel booking or my flight refund. These guys are scammers. You will not get anywhere near the prices quoted. They are extremely shadey and have a script that I assume normally fleeces people into having to take these holidays regardless of your unease and with now buyer security. If you are not happy do not reply to their emails because if you do you are giving them permission to continue with the transaction.

This company is not good in my opinion. They didn't answer my questions just wanted me to book and i felt pressured. This is not the way to treat customers. Cheaper or not i wouldn't book with them and after reading reviews I'm glad I didn't.

Should have a no star rating!...click on an offer at a from price...nobody ever gets that from price...as the hotel i was going to was the one I have been to numerous times I know that all the rooms are the same price...but they managed to bump it up £200pp...they should be investigated and charged with false advertising....

Total con artists !! When they call you back about the flights they make you think there booking your holiday but infact there booking your non refundable flights !!! So if u decide the final holiday is too expensive you loose your flight money !!!!

Got a price for holiday in antalya rang the broker for the price to double said that's a starting price so I said how do you get that price then ya can't so price doubled then wanted to sell extras holiday quadruple in price can get it through jet 2 for cheaper with more included wont use again

Was scammed out of £1455 by one of their advertisers!

They advertise a holiday, you book it and then phone you back 30 minutes later advising price has gone up (an additional £660 in my case).

When you ask for a refund, they try charging £350 “admin fee” and then refuse full stop.

Advertiser was HOLIDAY GLOBE (also known by other names)

Cheekytrip.com need to do more to protect us from fake scammers!

In process of involving Citizens Advice and in turn Trading Standards!

This is a scam! They supposedly offer cheap holidays, confirm the offer is valid, and then after you pay, they buy your plane tickets and hotel separately. Then you're informed that the hotel is fully booked and you have to pay extra, in our case £260, when the entire trip was supposed to cost £834! If you don't pay extra, they refuse to refund your money, and contact is difficult. When someone finally answers the phone, they lie and promise a quick response, but you could be waiting forever. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS!!!

Unfortunately, despite the attached response, I haven't received any email from Cheekytrip with an explanation. I've checked all my folders. As you can see, my opinion is justified and true, and everyone should avoid this company to avoid being scammed.

Basically, false advertised prices. Nothing on the site says the price advertised is what it may have been at one time.
After making contact, it turns out that it was more than double the advertised price. The same hotel/flight combination can be booked for the same price so no benefit to using Cheeky trip.

Don’t even deserve the one star would have put 0 if was an option! , avoid this company at all costs , seen a really good deal for a holiday followed it up and spoke with an agent on what’s app who confirmed the price etc was happy to continue, then after taking £900 out my bank for “flights” told me there was no hotel available and try to give me other options of other hotels that I wouldn’t even house my dog in. Asked for my money back as they didn’t carry out the service they said they would and couldn’t accommodate me to be told NO! bearing in mine £900 has left my bank account with not even a confirmation of any flights either that were apparently booked, I’m not still fighting to get my money back have contacted the company to be giving nothing but cheek and told someone will call me back(no one does), have now had to contact atol & the finance ombudsman to try and take this even further as my bank again can’t do anything either ! , meant to fly on holiday next week and currently have no booking for it and less then half my holiday money left ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ and I’ve seen bad reviews on this and they seem to be replying to people to say they never booked with them , I have every screenshot , voice note , phone call everything recorded so I definitely did TRY to book with them and they have stole my money

Absolutely horrible, scamming website.

Website is total BS, after showing interest all three separate holidays where double advertised plus the extras which I expected.

this company are scammers, they take your money and rip you off, do not use unless you've got money to give away!

*WARNING* These guys use a company called TRAVEL TREK, they are famous for offering offering holidays for prices which do not exist.
They recently took our money and booked the flights then told us the hotel was no longer available. They tried getting us to book hotels which we did not want, all for more than we'd paid. They told us that if we wanted that hotel it would cost an extra £800...
When we asked for our money back, they got really nasty and started shouting. Refusing to give us our money, instead they kept pushing more hotels.
Eventually they agreed to give us our money, but told us the flights were ours as they had booked them or face a £150 penalty. We kept disputing until they finally caved in.
Our bank knew them straight away and was amazed we managed to get anything out of them.
So i would avoid, but use them with caution if you do. 🤔

Not happy asked for full price, transfer luggage ext, it double the price that's ok then take money a third company ring from a tel no nothing to do with holiday demands 120.00 ? Very strange I awaiting a call back seem fraudulent to me!

I was looking for a holiday for me and my partner and seen a good deal speaking bubble popped up and a agent called nick from magictrips asked for my date of birth email and phone number.
Then I received a call at 9:30pm from nick in Manchester 0161 713 2185 asking for my email and trying to make me buy a holiday he had my email already and give him a fake one but still got the email from him.
I didn't open it just emailed there head office which emailed me back straight away don't use this site it's a scam looky I clocked it straight away.
