Business is Full of rubbish.
Found a holiday inc flights for £1925 I rang up to book and check price for transfers and bags and he said £5pp transfer and £40 per case but then the total was £2580. Cheaper with the big holiday companies and they aren’t scammers.

Tried to book a holiday with cheeky trips via sky globe and the dodgy character by the name of Ronnie Smith was given a final price and when we came to pay we were transfered to Antony un the admin department who then added on an extra £156 each total of £312.00 this Company are a total waste of time they are misleading time wasting unscrupulous Company.
DO NOT USE ANY OF THESE COMPANIES beware of Ronnie Smith and his sidekick Anthony we eventually got our money back i have never ever dealt with a Company as bad as this we are regular travellers and I again warn anyone do not deal with this Company or any others associated with it.

Don’t even deserve the one star would have put 0 if was an option! , avoid this company at all costs , seen a really good deal for a holiday followed it up and spoke with an agent on what’s app who confirmed the price etc was happy to continue, then after taking £900 out my bank for “flights” told me there was no hotel available and try to give me other options of other hotels that I wouldn’t even house my dog in. Asked for my money back as they didn’t carry out the service they said they would and couldn’t accommodate me to be told NO! bearing in mine £900 has left my bank account with not even a confirmation of any flights either that were apparently booked, I’m not still fighting to get my money back have contacted the company to be giving nothing but cheek and told someone will call me back(no one does), have now had to contact atol & the finance ombudsman to try and take this even further as my bank again can’t do anything either ! , meant to fly on holiday next week and currently have no booking for it and less then half my holiday money left ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ and I’ve seen bad reviews on this and they seem to be replying to people to say they never booked with them , I have every screenshot , voice note , phone call everything recorded so I definitely did TRY to book with them and they have stole my money

Very poor agreed a price went to pay they had a system problem had to call with a reference number called they wanted 300more warning to all

COMPLETE CON. Price agreed with handler. Call back from Remo Holiday Globe after confirming all information was correct went onto payment on small print showed over £200 more on agreed price (small print below agreed price) said basic holiday price with them, and would need to pay balance (+£200) on receipt of next email.

What a 2 bob company, Wanted to go abroad to Greece, agent on phone sounded great and knowledgeable only to have found out he had gave false information and false pictures of accommodation. Took an amount from debit card that wasn't agreed and am now trying to get all funds back due to false advertising and information. Have been in contact with bank who are currently getting a full refund issued by this bogus company. Do not go with this company as they add on extras that are not even there to be added on . Also go by the company name Cosmic Holidays.
Was even put through to the manager . Pfft OK not 1 management skill, was very rude threatened myself on the phone said I won't get a full refund there is a cancellation fee . At no point did I tell them to book the Holiday as I needed to confirm details as soon as I said that,the other guy pressed a button to take money from my account.I pleaded with him he then got very defensive and raised his voice in an accent that wasn't understandable (I believe it to be if Indian accent) Please Please Please avoid.

Booked a holiday with cheeky trip only to be told after payment was taken only 1room available’had booked 2 we where offered far less superior hotels in different resorts thankfully I checked them out &refused to accept I argued with them for 2 days they agreed to give me hotel money back but not flight so I ended up paying £500 more for my flights through them than I would have paid through jet 2 my refund for hotel came from holiday globe feel very cheated & was caused a lot of stress would not touch this company ever again avoid they should be shut down why is trading standards allowing this company to continue to rip people of

Total rip off paid up front for 4☆ hotel with transfers, they rang the week before departure saying no availability but we would be moved to equivalent☆ hotel supposedly in the same area, ended up in a down graded hotel & totally different area from our original booking. We were also told they would not refund our payment, casebof take it or loose our holidayAbosuletly rip off! DO NOT USE THEM.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They will rip you off and send you to disgusting hotels riddle with cockroaches and DISGUSTING FOOD that you will become ill from! THIS company take so much commission and you end up paying more than if you used a well known holiday booking company! SAM a works man from this company sold me a holiday and assured me was suitable for my disabled son with all suitable amenities for him after he took my money knowing I hadn’t had a chance to look up the hotel I then found out the hotel had seriously bad reviews and he told me he will not be liable for anything that goes on once we get there, so he sold me a dream and then refused to give me any type of a refund after I had payed £2700 for a week in a hotel that he clearly knew was not suitable for my disabled son! We caught food poisining whilst there and found cockroaches in our beds when we landed at 3am in the morning the hotel would not move our room and said it cockroach season! An absolute disgrace! Worst week of our lives having to go back every night to this absolute disaster of a hotel broken lights and glass everywhere bathroom window being held in with ropes and zip ties balcony door not opening properly and more! This company cheeky trips is an absolute joke and this is a WARNING for anyone looking to book with them DO NOT DO IT! They will rip you off and take noo responsibility for it what so ever I am going to be takeing this further as this company needs shutting DOWN! Before they can do this to anyone else I will mention the man who sold me this holiday knowing what we was letting ourselves in for and with a disabled child his name is SAM! Do not let him fool you or take your money an absolute disgrace for a man and disgrace for a company

The way you are spoken to in a passive aggressive manner is so rude. Difficult to understand them as they talk 100mph you see a price on the website you will not pay that price it will double then they add even more charges for “admin “ but they don’t tell you how much. Vile avoid. This is the 2nd experience with them they will not get a Third chance with me

Stay away from this company. Scams and fraud with nothing that’s advertised. No compensation and lies about everything

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! scam artists, after spending 1400 on an all Inclusive 5* hotel in turkey, we were then told it was double booked but they had moved us to an upgrade for an extra cost of £38pp, we arrived to something that can only be described as a hovel ... wouldn't put my dog in it, poo on the sheets and towels, cats in the food, no English speaking staff, no air con, we were gutted so we called up and demanded to be moved to which we had to pay another £436 which we were promised a refund on return, on return I emailed 3 Times regarding refund and the last one got sent back as they had decided to shut their website and start a new which by the looks of it they do alot cheekyholidays cheekytrip . . so I had no case . . Not atol protected like they say! Stay away if you value your money!!

A big con. We found our perfect hotel for a good price on this site. Called them and after we had confirmed the deal I was looking at, they took my bank details. After they took my bank details they informed me the holiday was hundreds of pounds more than the price advertised. When I informed them I could not afford the new price quoted they tried to fob me off with a load of crappy, budget hotels at the same price. When we tried to complain we were shouted at and given a false name. Everyone we spoke to had an Indian accent. So very much doubt they are based in the uk like they claimed.
