We have booked lots of holidays through sunshine holidays and have never had a problem. They are cheaper than other travel sites and you can book flights to suit you. Wouldn't go anywhere else

A note on the COVID-19 pandemic
We hope you are staying safe during this challenging and unforeseen time across the globe. We would firstly like to thank you for your patience and support as we work to respond to the thousands of individual customer queries, booking amendments and refunds.
We would like to note that due to Coronavirus outbreak, we have received a huge volume of contact from customers who are concerned about how their holiday is affected. It may take us longer than usual to respond at the moment, but rest assured we are working hard to reply to every customer query as quickly as we can.
When will I receive my refund?
We're working as quickly as possible to get any money back to those customers who are owed a refund. In many cases, we are waiting for the money for the cost of flights to be refunded by the airline.
Additionally, unlike many other travel companies, Sunshine.co.uk is offering eligible customers a full cash refund alongside the option to move their holiday to a later date.
The ongoing situation with Covid-19 is unprecedented and affecting us all in many different ways. We truly appreciate the patience and support of all of our customers during this challenging time.

Absolut shambles of a company tried…
Absolut shambles of a company tried accepting changed flight times on my booking saying it was miner i wouldn't classify a 12hour change in and a airport change as miner that's why Qatar offered me a full refund but had to do this throu sunshine.co.uk as they made the booking i told them the cards that was used for payment are no longer active so done the form for the refund to come to my new bank now sat here 2weeks later they still haven't sorted things just had to get them to call me today and they've said again it will be processed to the old cards they keep coming out with excuses and saying financial team need to deal with it but the financial team aren't doing anything also trying to keep £430 of my money for services dont understand whats that for as your not providing me any services and i get minimum communication never again do i use sunshine.co.uk

Easy to use site
Easy to use site, always cheaper than anywhere else, even your sister site, On the Beach!!
Have used sunshine for quite a few holidays now and never had an issue with any booking.
Would recommend again, as i have in the past.

The booking and hotel was good
The booking and hotel was good. I had an issue with my luggage on the return flight. My paperwork said I had luggage of a certain size pre booked by Sunshine with my booking but flying back with easyjet they charged for oversized cabin bag stating no bags had been pre booked in. I have been struggling to contact Sunshine holidays over this matter as was charged over £120.00 to bring the cases on the plane.

I booked a holiday using sunshine…
I booked a holiday using sunshine holidays,then after a week received an email stating flights have changed and if unacceptable then a full refund would be issued. Unfortunately if I had known there is no way of directly contacting the company via phone and only using automated chat bot which is useless.
Getting an update via email is also very hard work and still no news on when my refund is going to be issued!!!
Never use sunshine holidays again!!!!

The price for full board and all…
The price for full board and all inclusive was the same unfortunately I pressed full board by mistake ( Saturday morning), couldn’t speak to anyone or get in chat, the online amendment came up at 500 ish even though the price was the same online.. eventually got through to someone on Monday morning to be told on chat I couldn’t change it after lengthy chat he agreed to change it for admin fee of £30 per person , I’d only booked with you as we go to dubai every may and September and it’s usually been hassle free , although destination 2 was cheaper I stuck with sunshine .. then got hit for £60 admin which is ridiculous

I always book my holidays through sunshine holidays no fuss easy and always forwarding information regarding the holidays. Highly recommended. Even through covid always updated with travel information and refunded with no hassle. This holiday was booked in january really enjoyed the holiday.
