Easy to use site, always cheaper than anywhere else, even your sister site, On the Beach!!
Have used sunshine for quite a few holidays now and never had an issue with any booking.
Would recommend again, as i have in the past.

Poor communication, poor customer service, send emails to stress you up ,lies, not bothered about their customers

Great break in lovely Gdansk, only issue was check inn as they never knew we were staying there

The booking and hotel was good. I had an issue with my luggage on the return flight. My paperwork said I had luggage of a certain size pre booked by Sunshine with my booking but flying back with easyjet they charged for oversized cabin bag stating no bags had been pre booked in. I have been struggling to contact Sunshine holidays over this matter as was charged over £120.00 to bring the cases on the plane.

Everything was perfect, fantastic central location, great hotel and VERY safe for a solo female traveller x

I booked a holiday using sunshine holidays,then after a week received an email stating flights have changed and if unacceptable then a full refund would be issued. Unfortunately if I had known there is no way of directly contacting the company via phone and only using automated chat bot which is useless.
Getting an update via email is also very hard work and still no news on when my refund is going to be issued!!!
Never use sunshine holidays again!!!!

The price for full board and all inclusive was the same unfortunately I pressed full board by mistake ( Saturday morning), couldn’t speak to anyone or get in chat, the online amendment came up at 500 ish even though the price was the same online.. eventually got through to someone on Monday morning to be told on chat I couldn’t change it after lengthy chat he agreed to change it for admin fee of £30 per person , I’d only booked with you as we go to dubai every may and September and it’s usually been hassle free , although destination 2 was cheaper I stuck with sunshine .. then got hit for £60 admin which is ridiculous

I always book my holidays through sunshine holidays no fuss easy and always forwarding information regarding the holidays. Highly recommended. Even through covid always updated with travel information and refunded with no hassle. This holiday was booked in january really enjoyed the holiday.

Staff were not very helpful at the blue sea I went to reception with an issue told basically to deal with it or they call the police not very helpful at all

When we arrived at the Riva Marina Resort hotel in Puglia, the taxi just dropped us off outside the gates which was nearly a 5 minute walk with cases to the reception.
Once at reception the staff behind the reception desk could hardly speak any English, so it made it difficult to understand.
They were not very helpful at directing us to our room. They basically left it to us to find our room, and when we did it was up a long steep flight of stairs, which my wife could barely manage since she has got a bad back. Once in the room it was very dingy with outdated décor and no view. This is not what we paid for, so we had to go back to reception and demand a better room, on the ground floor, which they eventually did. On the second night of our holiday, early morning, our room was flooded due to the Marina bursting its bank and flooding a lot of the ground floor apartments including reception and the restaurant. Later on in the morning, breakfast was setup outside which was very inconvenient. Regarding the food, it left much to be desired. Every day of our stay Pork was being served. There was not much variety even though the Italians are renowned for there cooking skills. The entertainment was non existent for the adults in the evening. After dinner the only entertainment was for the children, from about 9pm to 11pm. Regarding the bar(s) the frustrating thing was that it closed from 1pm to 3:30pm, the time you would want a drink, especially in the hot weather. That was very very disappointing. Overall, the hotel did not cater for the international tourist, but just for the Italians. The staff hardly ever smiled and were not very helpful. I am sorry to say, but this is one resort we would not recommend or visit again. We are going on another holiday booked through sunshine and I would expect a good will gesture of having some money knocked off the holiday since the one we have just been on was very disappointing.

Hassle free booking, it was a good holiday.

All went lovely only issue was checking in with Sun express. Couldn't get on the website and when we did and checked in the staff at airport said we hadn't even though I had a screenshot. We had to pay to check in as did numerous others in the queue who thought they had checked in as well. We asked for receipts and out of 4 of us one person got a receipt. It is wrong to take cash and a credit card payment without a receipt. They said they would email it but still waiting. It just took the shine off a lovely holiday

For the last few yrs now we've booked through sunshine holidays never had a problem i personally think ryanair let you down always changing flight times and the other is i cant seem to ring you up i go through all details then phone shuts off no idea why but apart from that ive just booked again for next year keep up the good work
