All went lovely only issue was checking in with Sun express. Couldn't get on the website and when we did and checked in the staff at airport said we hadn't even though I had a screenshot. We had to pay to check in as did numerous others in the queue who thought they had checked in as well. We asked for receipts and out of 4 of us one person got a receipt. It is wrong to take cash and a credit card payment without a receipt. They said they would email it but still waiting. It just took the shine off a lovely holiday

For the last few yrs now we've booked through sunshine holidays never had a problem i personally think ryanair let you down always changing flight times and the other is i cant seem to ring you up i go through all details then phone shuts off no idea why but apart from that ive just booked again for next year keep up the good work

The hotel and holiday was amazing, as expected. We have been here a few times now and are never disappointed. The rooms are cleaned daily and the air con was great. Food, great choices everyday and especially enjoyed the Mexican and Spanish themed nights. Bar staff work so hard and have great banter with the guests. The entertainment team are always full of energy. Encouraging everyone to join in.
The town itself is a 5 minute walk away with numerous bars, restaurants and shops. Cala Domingos beach is gorgeous and the sea is so clear and inviting. Needless to say we will be booking our next trip for September this year very shortly.

Booking process is good and paperwork is clear
On this occasion after using Sunshine for many times we had a poor experience,
Firstly the airline changed our flight time not a major issue but had to change transfer and car parking
3 days before departure we had an email from Sunshine saying our flight had been cancelled and as a responsible travel agency they would resolve the issue , said they would contact us to discuss our options , that never happened they just went ahead and re booked another flight on a different airline at the original flight time to the previous company
Leaving us to re arranged car park and transfers again , We tried hard to contact Sunshine with no success we just got the Chat bot that was awful never got the option to speak with anyone,
We had booking priority boarding, baggage reclaim and seats on the plain , money lost , and then had to.re do on the new airline more money spent ,
Then we arrived at the check in desk to be told only 4Kg of luggage was allowed when our booking clearly stated 20kg not sure who's fault this was but it just added to the stress
Never had any issues with Sunshine until now , biggest issue was not actually speaking to us before changing our flights because in the end it still appeared that the new flight time with the original airline was still in place because we received check in details etc
Communication is very poor and needs addressing travellers should be able to speak with someone easily

Sunshine hoildays are great for price's and when your stuck to change flights or transfers the staff are very friendly and helpful.only sight criticism i would say is when sending a request through for the hotel you book the hotel never seem to receive it.But overall great company

Although wasn't stated there is a £150 deposit on arrival .

Hi Guys it was a great holiday ,beautiful Country,2nd time going to Egypt and 6 holidays with Sunshine brilliant

Staff were amazing hotel was a shit bucket all ten of us in our group got food poisoning. The place was filthy.

It was easy to book with a great price. and glad to know there in with OTB as we've used them often

Everything was good apart from transfer to hotel from airport. Took about 90 minutes when stated about 50 and bus driver not much help

We travelled to Blue Sea Grand Playa in Sa coma for the second time and it was fabulous. The price and the destination was great. The transfers and communications from Sunshine holiday couldn’t be complained about.

We've booked many holidays through Sunshine 🌞 over the years.
Always decent priced, everything clear and easy to alter or add to.
When things have gone wrong, we've found their help to be spot on.
Will definitely keep using them 👍🍺✈️🏖

Good competitive prices and ease of booking

We had a very smooth trip from start to finish. I have used Sunshine holidays for many years and have not been disappointed with any of the holidays I have been on.
On this trip the transfers were on time and ran smoothly.
The hotel was as described and value for money. It was clean with friendly staff the meals were a bit basic but we could always find something that satisfied our needs. There was always food and drink available.
I find the Sunshine booking system straightforward and easy to use.

The staff were friendley the hotel was very clean rooms were clean food was not the best kids menu was poor but ovdrall i would recommend to people booking this holiday good and the price was good
