A note on the COVID-19 pandemic
We hope you are staying safe during this challenging and unforeseen time across the globe. We would firstly like to thank you for your patience and support as we work to respond to the thousands of individual customer queries, booking amendments and refunds.
We would like to note that due to Coronavirus outbreak, we have received a huge volume of contact from customers who are concerned about how their holiday is affected. It may take us longer than usual to respond at the moment, but rest assured we are working hard to reply to every customer query as quickly as we can.
When will I receive my refund?
We're working as quickly as possible to get any money back to those customers who are owed a refund. In many cases, we are waiting for the money for the cost of flights to be refunded by the airline.
Additionally, unlike many other travel companies, Sunshine.co.uk is offering eligible customers a full cash refund alongside the option to move their holiday to a later date.
The ongoing situation with Covid-19 is unprecedented and affecting us all in many different ways. We truly appreciate the patience and support of all of our customers during this challenging time.

We have used sunshine many times before…
We have used sunshine many times before as it is a no fuss travel company.. very easy to use. We would have liked a bit more info on transfer side of things, because sometimes it can be a bit confusing and hit and miss.

Great Holiday - everything was fine from start to…
everything was fine from start to finish check-in -baggage and security at MIA a breeze also great both in and out at Las Palmas...we transferred by public bus to and from Puerto Rico at a total of 20.90 euros for two adults again very easy.....hotel was great Sevatur sunsuites -balconies brilliant everything spotless staff great...bed and breakfast option is super. restaurants in Morgan Mall again super and usually very good value as was Commercial centre notably the new little Italian Restaurant which was brilliant (sorry cannot remember the name) but I think is directly beneath sunspot bar. The only fly in a great Holiday was the language used by some groupsfamilies who just seemed intent on being as loud as possible otherwise great holiday and great place to stay.

Those balconies and the breakfast option clearly hit the spot! Sorry about the noisy groups, but delighted that didn't spoil what sounds like a fantastic break in Puerto Rico. I have booked 4 times in the last 12 months with Sunshine and each holiday has been perfect, I did have an issue once and Sunshine were very efficient in resolving my problem. I also book through Top cashback and Sunshine always pay, so nice little bonus.

I booked a holiday and the flight time…
I booked a holiday and the flight time changed .you said if I was ok with flight change I sould press agree button at bottom of page otherwise my holiday would be cancelled. I pressed and pressed the button over and over again but error kept coming up.l tried several times to reach you but could never get to talk to anyone. I did live chat but they didn't recognise the booking number.You cancelled my holiday because I didn't reply by dead line ...I wanted to keep the holiday so had to rebook and it cost more money from my first booking that I made in January. Very disappointed...

Bad experience
The room was spacious and clean. However, the staff were not very friendly, especially if you did not speak Spanish. The food was mostly the same every day, which became repetitive. The meat was often undercooked and frequently served cold. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.
