Update: I got it after waiting quite a bit, but it was exactly as ordered and very good quality!
I'm a little concerned, I was looking just cause I started to get worried about my order and it's starting to seem like exactly what everyone else went through. I spent $75 and they said they'd contact me within 4-6 days with my tracking info. They even provided a link that posts the tracking number of all the orders they get (red flag), but after I ordered I noticed they stopped updating it that day. I've emailed them with no luck of getting a reply and I'm worried
UPDATE: I've gotten a tracking numbers number from a customer service lady, but the link they sent still hasn't been updated since the first, so don't get too worried about that link they send

Expensive as hell, i paid near to $50 for a dress that its materials are so bad, i mean, for that price it is so bad. In other pages you can buy the same material quality for $15 more or less. Im so regretted, i will try to refund it, wow...

Merchandise is expensive for such low quality items. Bought a dress made out of polyester with a cool cut out design in the front and spliced elbows. Waited several weeks without receiving a tracking number. Reached out and finally heard from them, letting me know my item was on the way.

Upon arrival, I was excited to try on my new item. Unfortunately, the edges weren't hemmed, causing the fabric to easily stretch and fray. I won't be purchasing from SpreePicky again.

I’ve been a loyal customer to spreepicky since 2016 and I must say they are definitely my most trusted online site to shop for cute things that are QUALITY! A sweater I purchased in 2017 still holds up and I still continue to get compliments and it’s almost 2019! I’m not going to lie and say I’ve never experienced any issue. I assume because they are becoming more popular and recognized it may be harder for them to reply with the same quickness as previously experienced, however, they are always kind, friendly, and helpful. Please give them a chance! Sizing is indeed finicky, so it is important to have a general idea of your ACTUAL MEASUREMENTS in inches or centimeters... not just I’m a large in children’s or a petite medium; they have specific sizing charts that you can and SHOULD use in order to get a gorgeous product that fits well. In regards to previous statements about sold out items; they do try to keep the site up to date, however, I’ve had to change my selection from a jumper and a skirt that sold out before and it was a breeze. They apologized profusely and we settled on adequate substitutes. Their selection keeps growing and growing and I’ve never once been disappointed in the quality of the items I’ve recieved for the past, almost, 3 years now.

I havent received my item yet and I'm getting a bit worried. I was emailed after my payment was taken telling me that they needed me to pay again through paypal before they refund my original payment. I emailed another customer service person, but got the same general message from the first person. Then the website fb messaged me to tell me my order was processed, followed by another paypal email. Theres definitely red flags everywhere. If they do end up canceling my order and refunded I wont be that mad. I just dont want to be out $65 for nothing.

Whenever i bought from there the quality was good, but you must keep in mind that the sizes are VERY small. So for a person from the other side of the globe might need an XXL to even fit.

Poor customer service. Lies straight to your face. Said my order would take a week before shipping, went to refund it and they said it was shipped, but they didn't have a tracking number yet. How can it be shipped without a tracking number and when they just said it would be shipped in a week. Lying to take your money. Ali Express for the same quality of items, same shipping and better price. Waste of time, money, and energy. DO NOT SHOP.

I ordered a phone case for my daughter. They took my payment right away from my bank account. Then a week later emailed me saying they no longer had the item. They should not offer an item that is not available. It should read sold out. All this time later I have still not received my money back from them. Basically they took my money and did not provide the goods. Not a good way to do business to take a persons money and to never return it.

Terrible quality, Service just telling you there is no problem, but the things you bought are just don't looke like at the picture on the website! Tshirt for 25$ looking like for 5$. Bad China quality! Never ever again!

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Spreepicky! If an item is out of stock, they will email you ASAP to help you try and find a replacement item. If there is nothing else you want, they will give you a credit for the next time you order. They randomly throw extra goodies into your package. Always a nice surprise!

Fantastic, quick customer service! Packages items carefully so they would arrive in pristine condition. If issues occur, it’s so easy to get in contact with them depending on the time zones via chat on their home site and Facebook to fix them. Please keep in mind shipments may take about 30 days since SpreePicky is located in a foreign country, but NO COST IN SHIPPING. Able to buy brands that are not common in many countries such as Samantha Vega brands at reasonable prices. Worth the wait!

Customer service is incredibly friendly and willing to get their orders corrected until customers are completely satisified as long as customers are willing to provide photographic evidence and are detailed on their issues.

I’ve been shopping on their site for 2 years and was never disappointed. They also reward customers with a lot of discount codes by simply buying their merchandise and giving reviews along with contests to earn prizes!
