Spreepicky has a wide range of items which you can't get anywhere else! I am unsure of why they have low reviews because I always recieve my packages! This latest order they included tracked shipping and even a free gift as well for shopping with them! Highly reccommend!

I purchased a dress for my daughter as surprise
for my daughter. I found it on Pinterest and was so excited when I saw this beautiful dress. I ordered it on the 8th Jan 2023 and only got it from the mail box this morning. My disappointment is more than I can describe. I did not get what I ordered. The material of this dress is a poor and cheap representation of what I ordered. I can not give this to my daughter. I paid $36.99 U.S for this dress. I would not have paid $5.00 for what I got. The size I got is also not the one I ordered. The style is not the same. I believe my order should be re-done representing the dress I saw and size or my money fully refunded. I work very hard for my money and took a chance with your company. I have some pictures I would like to forward to you all, if it's possible. I am sure you would be disappointed also when you see them.

Yo me siento estafada por que hize un pedido hace más de un mes en lo cual no me llegó nada, e perdido el dinero y el producto no lo recomiendo, ya que me te Ia que llegar en 15 días y no tengo ni como localizar el pedido, ya que e mandado un correo en el que nunca se me respondió para darme una solución.

Ordered a dress, it looked pretty on picture but only on picture. The dress I received was a big rag.

If it was 20-30cad, it might be reasonable, but this dress is 80cad after tax and shipping. I understand it couldn't look exactly like on picture but I expected something worth the money. Buying from this shop is how you throw money away literally.

Furthermore, it is impossible to return orders from this shop. They take forever to reply email or inbox asking for return address. And when they reply, instead of answering your question, they offer you store credit to purchase more garbage.

I know my review sounds rude, but this is my feeling and experience about this shop. I added my order number to this review. AVOID IT, and buy from a shop that you can surely return your order.

They have stolen jewelry designs from legitimate small business owners and are selling fake knock off's of the designs. Their genshin impact jewelry is all stolen from Bisoulovely.

I recently ordered a hat from here with a design on it. The hat’s design was glued upside down and when I sent them a picture of it they told me that it was perfectly normal and couldn’t be avoided. This should be proof they don't care about the quality of the products they sell nor their customers. Let me add that the product they advertised was misleading then if that were the case. They tried to offer me a little bit of store credit (far) from what I paid for in total, but after an experience like that I definitely will not be purchasing from them ever, again.

I wish I could give them zero stars. The quality is so effing poor and the return is on your buyer's expense. I'm gonna trash the clothes. They made it seem like the goods are high quality from Japan but its crappy. I'm so disappointed right now that I spent my hard earned money on this website.

Update… they responded and offered $20 store credit. Thanks, but no thanks! Told them to keep it. One horrible experience was enough. Never again!!! I should have read the other reviews about this crap company before ordering. Buyer BEWARE! Don’t waste your $$$
Horrible! I ordered a costume and needed it by a deadline so had to resort to paying for the express shipping which was $50.. super expensive. It arrived today and am super dissatisfied to say the least. It is completely wrinkled, weird material, looks different than what the website shows, and completely wrong color. It is supposed to be a light pale pink and instead it is a dark pink. I did receive and email stating that the color is different and asked if I was ok with it. I said yes because the picture they sent me did not look too bad. However… in person it is much darker. It also fits larger than expected which is weird considering I did measurements and ordered accordingly. I paid a lot of money for this $112 including the shipping. Wasted money :(

I would say I was very excited to order from this site and had been wanting to for a while. But, when I ordered and it said it was delivered at my address I saw that it wasn’t. I he led over and over to see if maybe I put my address in wrong, but no, I didn’t. I emailed them and they asked if I had checked the post office. When I said that there was no package from what I could see there I received no further emails nor did I receive a refund!

Ordered a few items; one never came, and it was a headache going back and forth trying to get my money back from them. Eventually I managed to get my money back, but it was months after the fact.

Additionally, this company posts memes with transphobic language. Steer clear.

Absolutely never buying from Spreepicky ever again. I bought lolita glasses and they came in terrible condition. The lenses were scratched and the small charms attached to the glasses fell off. Not to mention, the packaging was terrible too. Waste of money.

I've ordered a few times on Spreepicky now (from 2017 to now I guess)(I live in Germany), never got any customs or fees to pay because they mark it under worth. Since the new Customs-Law is soon to be official here, I'm gonna make one last order from Spreepicky. Thanks for the clothes in my kawaii-phase you provided me with!
I also try to support a few photos to the items I bought to help other costumers decide whether or not they can be sure to order it.
One time an item I ordered got lost, contacted the support via facebook and a new one was sent immediatly. Very nice people!
My only critic: Some of the items are a bit overpriced for me - sadly.
I paid about 500 Dollars in overall 14 orders to them. Would do it again, so it's pretty safe to use.

I ordered a skirt, they won’t even anwser my emails or messages! Very bad cutomer service you can’t get a hold of anyone, they actually ghosted me, literally I can see the “seen” icon when I messages them on Instagram (which they are supposed to respond to) and I never even got an answer back on my email...

I ordered a few sweaters, which arrived and they were a little less nice than I expected... but they arrived on time, and were technically what I ordered, so I'm not too upset. Still pretty cute.

Die negativen Bewertungen sind völlig zu Unrecht!

Wegen der negativen Bewertungen war ich zuerst skeptisch und habe deshalb für eine nicht so große Summe bestellt (ca.25€). Dass man für Bestellungen aus dem Ausland oft länger warten muss ist bekannt. Es hat 4 Wochen gedauert, sodass ich das Paket erhalten habe bei kostenfreiem Versand. Die Produkte sind einwandfrei angekommen und entsprechen der Beschreibung.
Ich finde schade, wenn ein Shop unverdient so schlechte Bewertungen bekommt, bitte lasst euch von den negativen Bewertungen nicht abschrecken. Ich werde wieder bei Spreepicky bestellen.

This company portrays its products in a very deceiving manner. I ordered a pink coat from their website; the colour was different, the fabric was incredibly cheap and bad quality, the length was different, it reeked of chemicals... They only offered a 10% refund as a solution, which is ridiculous. Never shop from this website! You will regret it. I wouldn't trust the few 'good' reviews, I think those were sponsered. This is clearly a cheap, inhumane company that doesn't care about its customers, nor its employees... Stay clear from Spreepicky!
