The worst company to order online. I received item. Was not leather, and I did not receive a receipt so I could return. Having problem contacting them. It’s a scam that cost me $50

I contacted them about a order which I hadn't received, the company was spreepicky8, which they informed me right away that this company is nothing to do with them and someone who is using their name illegally. I am still trying to sort this problem out , this is going back to 15 November when I ordered goods. The goods did eventually arrive, wrong size and not leather like it stated.

Ordered December 5 2019 and still no correspondence and no order.
Reviews are reaffirming experience so far.

I ordered from them multiple times, everything arrived fairly quickly and was a good quality. One of my all time favorite shirts is from them! I honestly don't understand the bad reviews, never had any problem with this company before

Compre un vestido para mi hija el 3 de octubre, se supone que tardaba 18 días en llegar, pero estamos a mediados de diciembre y no ha venido todavía.
No tengo manera de localizar el envio, el número que me han dado , me dice en la página de rastreo que no existe.
A parte les jhe mandado un montón de mail, diciéndoles que donde esta mi pedido y nadie me responde, vamos que he perdido 30€, lo tengo claro....
No es fiable, no os recomiendo comprar aquí.

Following this review the company contacted me, see below, after replying to them, they claimed that they were not the company involved and they knoew of the company I had dealt with as one which used their name to scam people, they then asked for my PayPal details, beware they have been referred to paypal, banking system, my advice avoid at all costs

Appalling company.
After a long delay and opening a paypal case items was eventually sent a month late, with a tracking number which did not work.
On arrival item was damaged and did not work. Escalated to paypal again, and offered 15% refund which I declined. PayPal insist I have to return the item to China at my own expense to receive their full refund. However this will cost more than my refund, so looks like Spreepicky get to send damaged goods and keep the money.
Avoid this company at all costs, even paypal wont help you

I have emailed and got no where at all not even a reply after 5 days. The tracking does not work in fact it is invalid when you check on link they give. Been two weeks like this

I saw the reviews on here after ordering my product, and I almost cancelled my order out of fear, but I’m so glad I gave Spreepicky a chance. They shipped the order almost immediately, and I got the item within ten days. The item’s quality isn’t as good as it should be for $30, but if you’re in the market for a unique shirt, that’s what you’ll have to sacrifice I guess. The quality isn’t even close to as bad as it could be, however. I’d say that an item like this would sell at an American clothing store for around $18-$20. Keep in mind however, the sizing runs a bit odd. I’m can usually pull of the large end of small but I almost always go with medium when buying things online. As per usual, I picked medium and the width is almost form-fitting, however the length is extremely long. I don’t know if that’s the style or if my body type is different than expected. I would give spreepicky a review of 3.5 to 4 stars because there are some drawbacks. The aforementioned price and weird cut, and it’s also extremely obvious that this is a handmade item. One of the threads snagged on a button and I was terrified it would pull the button off. Thankfully that didn’t happen, however I’ve never had this happen to me with a buttoned shirt from any retail store. Due to the unfair reviews, though, I’m giving spreepicky a 5 star review in order to hopefully boost their ranking on here. They’re a site with a unique catalog that sells things for a bit more than they’re worth.

I ordered something on July 7th 2018. The tracking information provided was very poor and not updated as it should have been. The item had not moved spots until I kept emailing them about once a week about and update on my order. I had this experience with violet vixen as well. They don't send your stuff unless you stay on their a$$ in my opinion. It's like they try to wait as long as possible to see if you notice. I hadn't received an update since the 15th of this month, then the same update information on the 22nd. It was refreshed with the same information which was weird. Figured it was nothing, waited 5 more days, sent another email staying consistent. Boom suddenly my order was on the way? Hmmm!

I wish I checked reviews before ordering. I put in an order for a product because my friend really wanted a stuffed animal she saw on their site. I got a tracking email that didn’t work (they claimed my order number was invalid even though I copy/pasted from the original order email). I got a few more emails over the next few weeks saying my order is on the way. The tracking number never worked on each email I received. I finally get an email saying to contact them if I haven’t received my order yet. I indeed contacted them and requested status. Poof! All emails stopped and, after a few more weeks of not receiving my order, I gave up and wrote this review.
Don’t shop here ! You are just giving your money to scammers!

The clothing line is pretty good and most of all the painting accessories are in perfect condition as well. I would recommend this page to my friends.

The quality of the clothes are just ok and a lot of what they sell can easily be found on aliexpress or wish for much less money.
I went on there to buy a cute pink wig and once I had already paid for the item, I get an email telling me it isn't in stock anymore. Mind you on the site nowhere did it say it was sold out. In the email, they told me I could exchange for an item with the same price, or I could get refunded 110% store credit. I told them I did not want that and would like a full refund of my money since I will not be getting the item I wanted. They are refusing to let me get a full refund and keep insisting I get a refund in-store credit. It is ridiculous how awful their customer service is. I don't care how many Instagram influencers buy and promote their shop. In the end, it really isn't worth your money.

A few months ago I attempted to buy a phone case from them, but within an hour I got a call from the bank saying someone in the UK was attempting to gain access to my bank account. After a bit of research it seems the only positive reviews are sponsored.

Just another disgusting, asian-fetishizing, and weaboo pandering fake clothing store. Glad my eyes have been opened to the fact that all these "cute" Korean and Japanese online stores are just scams in a good disguise. Anyways save yourself the embarrassment and don't fall for this stuff. ✌

Spreepicky, Your customer service sucks, you're a bunch of swindlers ! I get NO response via customer service, can't track my items and still have yet to get my stuff! You suck! Shouldn't be in biz!

Eight days after purchasing a few items they had still not been shipped, so I requested to cancel my order and receive a refund. Coincidentally, the following day they said it was too late as the order had just been shipped. I then received shipping confirmation the day after that. Typical dishonest tactics by a Hong Kong company. Avoid.

I got the item I ask for on time but got a lot of attitude for asking for a return. They're customer service is very unprofessional and was very rude to me. Would not recommend or shop again.

If anyone is facing similar problems with me,
let's send emails to Shopify!
We are victims, but we can't take legal actions because Spreepicky is in China.
I'm thinking if we could ask Spreepicky's website supplier, Shopify, to shut down Spreepicky's website.
I can't figure out any other ways to boycott Spreepicky, so please let me know if you have any other ideas. Thanks!

DON"T BUY SPREEPICKY'S PRODUCT !!!

I can't find a button or a page to directly return the products.
I have already sent an email to Spreepicky's service address, left a comment on Spreepick's website, and messaged Spreepicky on Facebook.
I kept waiting and waiting, BUT NO ONE REPLIED!!!!!
FB and IG showed that they were online and had just published some posts, but they kept ignoring my messages!

The contour is bad and does not look like the photo at all!
The quality of the texture is far from the photo!
Spreepicky sells bad products and doesn't have an official way to return them.
Don't shop on Spreepicky!

I bought from them few things total proce was 93EUR they send me Track number few days after.. But simce i got the track number i couldn't login back in the site it was look alike they delete me as user. They show no respect for the costumer and i still wait my stuff....

Cuando descubrí esta pagina me emocione mucho, se veía muy bien así que decidí comprar dos elementos (guantes y gorro). Por lo mismo de que era la primera vez que compraba e ella, la verdad es que nunca pensé en buscar opiniones sobre la pagina hasta que vi que el numero de rastreo que me dieron no aparecía. Después de eso busque reseñas y o sorpresa, todo mundo decía que no valía la pena comprar ahí. Me arrepentí de no consultar antes y decidí enviar un mensaje a su pagina de facebook. Me enviaron de nuevo el numero de rastreo y esta vez pude ver donde andaba mi pedido. Tardo más de lo esperado en llegar y cuando llegó el gorro no era lo que esperaba, se venia deshilachando y no era como el de la pagina, los guantes vienen un poco reducidos. Aprendí una valiosa lección acerca de compras en Internet. SIEMPRE hay que buscar opiniones y reseñas sobre las paginas antes de comprar.
