I don’t know how to get my item I ordered on April 6 2020 2 wallets advertised on Facebook with this company Spreepicky as of now May 1 no order rec’d I paid on PayPal please refund my money back , no tracking number no nothing,

I placed an order March 7,2020 via PayPal and don’t know how to reach the company to get the shoes or a refund.

I placed an order on 4/18/2020, it was deducted from my account on that same date. As of today, I have received no confirmation of order or estimate on delivery? Any help appreciated.

Bought a front mirror for my car which functions as a dashcam and rear camera. What I received was an inferior version with no rear camera and a small display. After complaining I was asked to send it back and on receipt they would refund/replace item. I sent it with signed for delivery and it was received at their warehouse but they denied it and just kept replying with delaying tactics. Worst company I have ever dealt with as they just cannot understand simple English. Don't buy from them. They advertise on Facebook market as Countryflowers.

On February 10 2020 I ordered and paid for a pair of shoes. I have not received them. I have not even heard when you plan on shipping this order.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoe sneakers and Not only haven’t received them but have not received any word on the status.What is going on. Not happy

I ORDERED. VIA PAY PAL A PAIR OF ITALIAN SHOES OR REPLICAS AT THE BEGINNING OF FEBRUARY.THE NAME WAS DIFFERENT FROM THE ORIGINAL NAME ADVERTISED WHICH IF i RECALL WAS AN ITALIAN NAME. HAVE CHECKED MY ACCT WITH PAY PAL SHOWING AS BEING PAID TO SPREEPICKY8 ASSUME THEN ITS A SCAM, HAVENT RECEIVED ANY INFO FROM THEM OR THE SHOES! DO THEY EXIST?

I ordered a wig & a dress a while ago and both items came pretty quick actually (considering they come from china I usually expect around 1 or two month, but they came after a few weeks already.)

Spreepicky is the only kind of these stores where I didn't make any bad experience (I order often from chinese stores like that and always had some issues with the quality or items not arriving).
The quality of the dress was super good and looked just like the picture, I wear it at least once a week now since it's one of my favorite pieces actually, I'll definitely order again.
The wig was a little tangled and had a very artifical look, but on pictures it's not noticed and that's all I needed it for (and also kind of expected for that price. If you want a wig to wear outside you should get an expensive one made of real hair.)

Also about contact, they contacted me via E-Mail right after my order to check that everything is correct and even asked me if I have a deadline to which the items must arrive. You just have to make sure that you are on the correct website and not some scammer who is just using their name!

I pre-ordered a Gabumon hoodie (size large) back in December, by February 23rd it still hasn't arrived, so I messaged them asking for a status update. I explained that I'd never gotten an email from them, but gave them my email because they said they could look up my order that way. Afterwards they told me they didn't have any order from me and I probably ordered from "spreepicky8," a scam site and they couldn't help me.
I assured them I ordered from them, found the email from them (it was in spam folder) and gave them the order number.
At this point they told me that my item hadn't arrived because they were "sold out" of the large size. I asked how you can possibly run out of a pre-order, but they disregarded my question and offered me a size small instead. I'm not sure if they understand how clothing sizes work, but I obviously declined.
After a week dealing with them, they finally got me a refund for my purchase, this was a few days ago. I was just going to let this all go, but I checked their site today and they HAVE the sweater in Large size for sale now!!
Do not buy from them it is a waste of time and money. Horrible business.

I ordered bag and boots 21st December 2019 and am still waiting Feb 2020. I cant contact them in any form

The shipping was fine and the dress inside the package was also ok. The shipping was actually pretty quick and the quality of the dress wasn’t also bad. Just because I didn’t like the style of the dress, I want a refund/return but there isn’t an address I can find to return the dress and the way I can get my money back too. A bit complicated. Also, no reply on my both messenger and mail. The quality of shipping and the dress are good but the refund/return policies are a bit complicated. Is the company sending the packages at US or China, and do I get my refund back from the company in US or China? Confusing

Do not buy from this company. I ordered 2 transformer trucks and paid thru Paypal. I received damaged boxes. Crushed and taped up with sealing tape. Paypal has been useless. They told me this company is not reliable and has many complaints against it. I got the back an forth from Paypal and then denied a credit. I then asked for a free label to return the product and they said they could ask Spreepicky but their was no guarantee for the envelope or even if I returned the items that I would ever receive a replacement. Shame on this company and on Paypal for dealing with companies they know have a bad reputation.

Ok, so I've ordered from spreepicky before and it seems like there's another website called spreepicky8 that is trying to steal their business away from them and are scammers. Spreepicky however has always had pretty good customer service. I've ordered a few pairs of shoes from there and each time, they contacted me immediately to make sure the sizing was right because they don't take refunds on shoes. However it was a bit of a wait to get them since the items are shipping from China, so expect to not get your order for a while possibly up to a month or later especially if you get the free shipping option after spending $15. I've only had one item where they said it was sold out after I wanted to buy it so they gave me an option of changing it to something else, which I did because who doesn't want a jiji headband, and my order was sent through with no problems. Also if you're ordering clothing ALWAYS CHECK THE SIZING. They put a disclaimer that the sizing could be 1-2cm off, which doesn't seem like a lot but if it's 1-2cm of bust room that will make or break whether that dress will fit you, think wisely about purchasing. Anyways, spreepicky is a good site, kind of expensive, and I've never had a problem with them or their customer service and I've bought from them a few times. They also have a partner site called cospicky and if they're not advertising that on their site then you're on the wrong one.

I ordered a pet bed on 12/6/19 and it never arrived. I have emailed and am trying to find another way to get in touch with them. I didn't spend a great deal of money but it is still disappointing to be scammed.

I bought some aluminium welding rods off them, they arrived ok but basically they don't work, its almost impossible to get them to melt, looks like ordinary brazing wire cut into 2 foot lengths.
