Helpful and professional
Today, I have to set up new client and uploaded the pension contribution. Change to Papdis file headings that I was unaware of
Rebecca was most helpful when my Papdis file upload failed - for reasons that were totally unclear from the Fail notice. She talked me through the headings and I had to make quiet a few additions, which considering I have been uploading this file monthly for years came as a surprise!
Rebecca was patient and very helpful and the file uploaded perfectly after the amendments.
