Called Smart Pension today and spoke with Anna regarding a query. Anna was extremely polite, very helpful and patient. She talked me through everything I needed to know and took time to ensure I understood everything. Great Service
I spoke to Isabel regarding payroll contribution uploads from a new payroll service provider (Snappy) as they do not currenntly have API in place.
She was really helpful, showed me where I was going wrong and checked to see if there were any updates from the new service provider.
I never mind callig SMART, far more helpful than Nest!

Utterly useless
Utterly useless, I'm trying to take tax free cash and the web site is warning me that it will trigger MPAA which is clearly wrong. There is no way to contact them to discuss the error.

CHANGE THE DEFAULT FUND
The default pension fund is UK Sustainable Energy - what a perfect fund to make sure your pension doesn’t grow.
I urge everyone to update this immediately to something that actually increases your capital. The fact that a fund doesn’t auto allocate even a portion to the North American market is ridiculous.
