Don’t know what the rest of the group is like but my experiences of the business in Neyland is absolutely shocking, receptionist who knew it all, deadlines not achieved, unless you buy a brand new vehicle there, they really don’t want to know you.

Well i have to say from the first time i went into mercedes in Cardiff, i was treated with the upmost respect, as being young and purchasing my first A Class. Had a high voltage error came up booked it in for diagnostic test unable to take in on the day so they allowed me to take in in on the Saturday did the test and phoned to say a deep diagnostic was needed i then had a phone call from Rhian to inform me it was covered by the garrentee and work completed the next day she was almost as happy as I was i can't praise her or Jaguar Newport enough great service very professional and a absolute pleasure to us them after reading some nightmare issues on the I Pace forum it was great to have such a positive experience HIGHLY RECOMMEND SINCLARE NEWPORT
