From the first appointment we were given constructive information about vehicles that suited our needs and lifestyle. The Sales Executive (Tom Hiley) went out of his way to help with every aspect of our purchase.

The sales consultant (Nicholas Jones) was very helpful and took his time to explain everything , it was not rushed. This took place approx 2 weeks before I took delivery of the new car on the 2nd Sept 26. Taken altogether it was a good experience. When phoning VW Sinclair, Swansea, the staff were polite and quickly put me through to the correct person.

Was a great experience, from the initial test-drive, to the unveiling of my new ID.4 EV from under a satin sheet - which was the coolest. No prior experience ownIng an EV, but the sales-team explained everything, and the deals on offer on certain models - which os what really swung it for me. No pressure, or steering of discussion - i was free to ask, criticise, gently argue everything through - which is exactly what you need when absorbing such a car tech and ownership step change. I can't thank the sales team enough at SinclaIr VW. Driving away i just could not stop smiling.

I’ve now been back four times to Sinclair Volkswagen to purchase a T-Roc, it’s a car that suits my mobility needs and it the right size for my dogs & me. While I could go to another dealership, the reason I return here is the friendly & knowledgeable staff. For sales Tom Hiley has got to know me as a person so can anticipate the requirements I have in the vehicle as well as making the process of buying (upgrading) easy. Ian on the service desk provides seamless aftercare so I know my driving experience will be well taken care of through the life of my current ownership as it has been with my previous vehicles. Just have to get my brother to realise that there are better makes than a Ford!

From the moment I arrived at the desk in the foyer, to the moment I collected my “new” car. The help, guidance and thoughtfulness was exceptional. Liam Smith was the lovely Salesman who looked after me and ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish. So much so that when I was singing the praises of Liam and Sinclair to a good friend, she and her husband went along there too and bought a car, which they happily collected yesterday.

I recently visited Volkswagen Sinclair Swansea after seeing a car online and wanted some more information. From the moment I walked in, the service was excellent. The receptionist was very friendly, offered me a hot drink, and invited me to have a look around while she found someone to help me.

I was then introduced to Barney, who was absolutely brilliant. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free, which helped me make my decision to purchase the car with confidence.

When it came to finalising the deal, Barney wasn’t available, so I dealt with Jacob, who was equally fantastic. I had an issue with the online document signing system and got locked out, but Jacob was patient, professional, and went out of his way to help by resending the documents several times until we got everything sorted.

Overall, I had a great experience with Volkswagen Sinclair Swansea. The staff are welcoming, professional, and genuinely happy to help. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. Thank you to Barney, Jacob, and the team for making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Ieuan Evans was very helpful and dealt with my purchase extremely well especially as I didn't give him much time to get things sorted. Communication was excellent throughout, very detailed and all the other staff especially the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I already had a test drive with a VW dealer in Merthyr and was seriously put off buying a VW as the service was appalling. But decided to try Swansea. WHAT A Difference.
