A Fantastic & Personalised Customer Experience
The fantastic and personalised customer service I received from the Sinclair Landrover Ludlowe Branch has been exceptional. The whole process of configuring the car and placing the order was quite smooth. In particular, I must highlight the exceptional customer engagment provided by Sales Manager Harry Vallender. He is a class above the rest and Sinclair Group is lucky to have him. Overall I am very plased with the service received and I look forward to building a close relationship with the Ludlowe dealership to ensure my Defender 110 is maintained according to my requirements.

Be careful with this dealership
Bought a used car from these people, on agreeing a deal to purchase the car, the dealer retracted on some of the things originally agreed on. So be careful buying from these guys. On the car purchased loving the vehicle.since the purchase the dealer has put right the issues that were encountered.

Land Rover Discovery from Sinclair Ludlow.
I recently purchased a Land Rover Discovery from Sinclair Ludlow and the whole process from start to finish has been an exceptional example of excellent customer service. I telephoned in the morning and very quickly and painlessly agreed a price with the sales manager Will. I was then contacted by James who made it all happen. I can’t praise James enough as he made the whole experience an efficient and pleasurable experience, something I wouldn’t normally say about buying a car. The showroom was some distance from me but worth the trip and when I collected the vehicle it was serviced and immaculate. Despite the travel I would undoubtedly return to Sinclair Ludlow for my next vehicle. First class all round - well done James.
