I recently purchased a used i20 from Hyundai Guildford and couldn’t fault the experience. Everyone I spoke to was lovely, attentive and extremely helpful. I mainly dealt with Adrian who was great, very knowledgable and nothing was too much of an ask. He even spent time going through all the different buttons with me before I left and buffed out a scratch I had noticed too! The car itself is great (very smooth and easy to drive), and I can’t wait to use it regularly. Thank you to Adrian and the rest of the Hyundai Guildford team, I would definitely recommend coming here :)

Me and my wife arrived with an idea of what we wanted. We approached the sales team and were greeted by Nick - he was very polite, knowledgeable and patient. He was able to guide us to the car we wanted by taking his time and showing us a number of choices in that model. We decided on a car that same day thanks to Nick. His aftercare was also great - sorted a few cosmetic issues with the car quickly and the car came to us in great condition. A really positive experience.

We were looked after by Marius Mockus. He did a fantastic job throughout, keeping us updated about all elements of the transaction. He gave us a great experience.

The sale procedure was very professional and clear , Bads is a credit to Richmond.
The only slight concern was the arrival of the logbook as the vehicle was bought on 1 April and on the 15th it still hadn’t arrived.
More of a DVLA and Royal Mail issue than Richmond.

Very good customer service.
Helpful and easy.
Abigail did a fantastic job and very friendly.
Once got to the dealership, she treat me very well, documentation was done fast, show me all the specs in the car, etc.
