He talked me through my options, appraised my car and at no time was there any pressure put on me to make a decision. I had never bought a car from a dealership before and I am glad to say, from start to finish I found the experience at Mercedes-Benz in Cardiff excellent. All the staff were professional and friendly. However, the salesman I dealt with was Robert Edmunds. He kept in touch while finding the car I wanted without being over powering and showed a good knowledge of the vehicles. He was also very helpful in guiding me through the purchasing process. Making the whole procedure simple and straight forward. I would also like to thank the service engineers as they gave the car a thorough check before I was able to collect the vehicle. Reassuring me that the car was at the standard I expected.

The fact that I make an hour journey to the Hay on Wye dealership rather than a 10 minute drive to the Swansea branch says it all. Much more welcoming and friendly team who try their very best to resolve issues when other branches appear to do the minimum. The after sales team take ownership of problems and put some effort into resolving them. From my first contact about an approved vehicle, to purchase and subsequent servicing and sorting some niggles Hay on Wye have been superb. (A better coffee machine would be nice though🤭)

Helpful and professional staff when booking in for recall work and service, who also arranged a courtesy car.

We had a reminder call a few days before the appointment, to advise the courtesy car would be waiting and that we needed to bring a driving licence.

The work was carried out in a timely manner within the scheduled timescale, with a follow up call to check if all was working ok, which it was.

I called about a specific car, they arranged for me to view the car and got the car ready before my arrival. My Range Rover Evoque required a service and a product safety recall. However, I was not able to take my vehicle to the dealership in person due to work commitments. I was very pleased that they were able to pick my vehicle up from my address and take it back with them for overnight work whilst also providing me with a brand new and very impressive courtesy car at no extra charge. The work was completed as expected and the price was very reasonable for the service to the vehicle. Their communication with me during the days leading up to my car’s visit to them was also very good. Overall, it was a great experience all round with no difficulties or challenges on this occasion.

Carwyn, my sales executive knows what he was doing, he was warm and had all the information we required and more. When I came to Sinclair to order my car from London I had my son come with me. After I ordered my car, my son decided to order his new car from Carwyn as well, and I can assure you that he has looked at, and spoken to other car dealers, but chose Sinclair because of Carwyn's knowledge and warmth.
