I randomly went in on a busy Saturday to have a look and Eliot spent a good amount of time with me looking for the car/spec that I wanted and ensuring the car and finance suited my needs. Nothing was too much trouble. I absolutely love my new VW!!

She took us through the process and made it easy to change our car making sure we were happy with our choice of replacement. We feel comfortable to go back to her if we have any further queries. Well happy with the car BUT after spending nearly £90.000 pound cash I thought there could have bean a better reveal than just weighting so long after turning up for the pick up of my car and just saying to me il go and put some petrol in you car and be back soon then just driving it to the window there is your car . NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING DISAPPOINTED.

The facts. Sinclair BYD was a simple process with no pressure sales. They made a competitive offer explaining the whole process and accurate timing for the purchase. Questions I raised over the period before collection were all satisfactorily answered fully to my expectation, and the process seamlessly delivered. The staff are what make this company great. This is our fourth purchase with Sinclairs and on every occasion the customer care is a stand out feature. On this occasion Cerys at BYD Pencoed deserves a shout out. She is patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. We've had Mercedes, Audi and now BYD and every time it's been, what could be a difficult experience, very easy and enjoyable indeed.

The sales consultant (Nicholas Jones) was very helpful and took his time to explain everything , it was not rushed. This took place approx 2 weeks before I took delivery of the new car on the 2nd Sept 26. Taken altogether it was a good experience. When phoning VW Sinclair, Swansea, the staff were polite and quickly put me through to the correct person.

2nd Defender purchase. Swansea and Chey in particular have been faultless with customer service. Came to Swansea because the model was not available elsewhere due phase out of the JLR V8. Buying a VW Polo was our first experience of visiting a VW garage which we found very welcoming with tea, coffee and Welsh cakes available when we arrived.
The staff were very helpful, courteous while professional at all times. I was shown a number of cars on the computer screen, however, nothing jumped out at me so much as the one in the showroom and when I asked if I could have that one there was no hesitation. This car was extremely well presented and I fell in love with it as soon as I sat in it.
I asked my wife if she felt the same and that was the one we have now purchased and driven from the showrooms.
All in all it was a wonderful experience and we have only the staff to thank for such an amazing purchase.
