On the 1st of October this year (1/10/2015), I placed an order on a long grey coat. I expected it to take two to three weeks- three at the most for it to at least ship. This wasn't the case. I submitted two tickets, asking them where my order is, and why it was taking so long to ship. They replied with the same thing twice- in very poor English- that because the coat I ordered was a best seller, they wanted to take time to "prepare it well". It took them more than a week to realise that my order had actually shipped before they sent me the e-mail. However, the GLS company did not seem to update the status of anything, and I was left waiting on "no information available".

On the other hand, the coat is actually better than I expected. When I placed the order, I expected it to be lighter and thinner, but it's actually thicker, meaning that it will keep me warm in the winter.

Shein (Sheinside or Sheindress) is quite an unprofessional business, and I don't think I will ever order from them again, because they can easily take money but they find it hard to ship things on time.

Okay long story short...customer service people don't understand English very well...I ordered a sweatshirt from them and it has holes in it they tell me take a picture so I take a picture and they say that sweatshirt is not from us really?! Seriously?! No help at all they don't even have a # to call just chat and email,which is no help at all...I am not wasting my time and $$$ on this anymore

SHEIN offers great prices for what they have depicted as high-fashion, quality items. Their shipping takes weeks since the items are arriving from China and are anything but quality. The merchandise is very cheaply and poorly made and reflects nothing of the pictures and glowing reviews that they receive online (which is what initially prompted me to buy). Their items are not properly sized and I received a size 6 dress which fit more like a size 2....I could barely zip it up. I am usually a size 4 but did not know how their sizes run, so I ordered up a size. They do accept returns but it is at your own expense even though the items are NOT AT ALL what they are advertising. I had to pay $40 to ship a box back and I ended up keeping two of the items because I could not squeeze any more things into the USPS box and I refuse to waste any more of my money. This website is a scam and I would advise anyone who values their money to STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!!

Very pretty dress, got lots of comments. Just like the picture, it looked amazing!

I ordered a clutch bag with large rhinestones on the front. When I received it, one of the large crystals was missing, and since they are so large and noticeable, the bag is not usable. I contacted Shein and have now been going back and forth with a representative for 8 days, only receiving a message every 24 hours. They REFUSE to offer a refund for the damaged bag and won't even do an exchange! This issue still has not been resolved. I will never order from Shein again and will be spreading the word to warn others about my terrible experience.

worst experience. I bought this dress with expedited shipping about 3 and a half weeks ago. they told me it would come in within 6 business days. I ordered my dress September 24 and still have not recieved it. I update my order everyday to see what the title is and it is still "processing" I don't even want my dress anymore, I just want my money back. horrible experience and i don't know where to find the information to talk to them.

I knew this company didn't have the best reputation, but hoped it would work out in my case. Unfortunately, it didn't. I ordered a burgundy dress in an XS, for $11. Good deal, I thought. However, I received the dress about a month after I ordered it, even though it said I would get it within 4-6 business days (I paid for FASTER shipping). I received the dress and was SO DISAPPOINTED. It was huge, first of all, but said XS on it. The dress went far past my knees and had no shape whatsoever. The dress was supposed to be cotton, but was a strange almost UnderArmor-ish material (stretchy spandex) and was bright red, not burgundy. It didn't remotely look like the dress I ordered and I honestly think this company is the worst. They have no clue what customer service is, and don't care what products they give customers, as long as they get money. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

everything was good, even the shipment came on time, when i got home an opened the bag, i saw that the dress had BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!, I always shop online and try to buy from small companies to try them out; but this is the worst experience so far, now i have to fumigate my whole room just in case there's is bed bug eggs around ;(;(;(

I placed three orders before and all of the clothes are VERY VERY BAD. They don't really look like the pictures online at all.
Anyone left a bad review for the item they purchased will never show on their website. That means they only show good reviews from customers. This behavior is Definitely UNPLEASANT.

Furthermore, their customer support is HORRIBLE. They have all kinds of excuses to delay your orders and never respond to your problems. If you have any troubles with your orders, it will be the hardest thing to deal with.
Therefore, I will definitely NOT RECOMMEND anyone to shop on Shein based on my experiences. They are SCAM.

I ordered three items over three weeks ago for a college trip I'm going on this weekend and I still have not received my items. I am extremely unhappy with my choice to purchase from them. I have submitted several "tickets" with my issues as well as emails and I have not heard back from any of them. If I don't receive my items by Friday, I want a full refund ASAP.

I ordered my items last week on Friday Oct 2, 2015 I ordered 3 items and haven't received a tracking number for it. You guys have terrible customer service and I want to know where my order is I payed 70.00 for my items and if i don't receive my order by next week I want a full refund right away because this is ridiculous.

HORRIBLE customer service. The delivery has so far taken longer than double the time the said and is still "processing". After contacting the store to see where my shipment was I was twice told to "wait patiently". After I explained that they have not delivered the service they promised and I require a discount they offered my 30% off my next purchase, which is appalling as the current coupon is 32% off anyway! They take a long time to reply to my emails and took no responsibility for their poor service and instead said I need to be patient. After nearly three weeks my shipment has not even left the warehouse. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

The clothing from this website are of the cheapest fabric and construction quality. The printed fabric is not woven, but prints are applied on top of the fabric. Many of the hems and edges are unfinished and loose threads are all over. I'm supposed to hem my own shirt? You can see them in the photos on the website as well if you enlarge. ......but to be fair you get what you pay for. The prices are such that it's not worth the money to ship it back to China, so the customer just eats it. I guess if you're 12-20 y.o. and wanting to buy your own clothing, and don't care if they last past the first washing, then this is the site for you. Otherwise, spend a little more and shop stateside. Oh, also know the sizes are Chinese, so a Large/XLarge there is a Med or Small here.

I ordered a bag of makeup brushes on August 29th. I didn't receive them until almost a month later and it wasn't the correct item. It was just a bag, no brushes. I then thought it was my fault, thinking I read the description wrong. I went back to the item and read the reviews, all which were saying they loved the brushes they received. I messaged them to say that I received the wrong item. About 2 days later I got an email saying I read it wrong and that it was just the bag. I then told them that I understood that, but maybe they changed the product between the month I ordered it and the time I got it, and mentioned the reveiws on the product. They once again told me how wrong I was. I asked for an exchange with the product that I actually wanted and I was told I wasn't allowed to. Not to mention, they were very rude. Definitely not shopping here again.

I've only bought 2 coats from them but they are both really nice. I'm a small size 6 in uk sizes, so their sizes are great for me. if you're quite large I doubt you'll get on with their sizes. Shipping was about 2 weeks. I don't think I'd buy dresses and stuff from them just because the reviews are horrendous, but for coats, they're great :)

Returned a poorly made and sized sweater via insured mail almost 2 weeks ago after calling company for return address and procedure. Went back and forth via e mail about not receiving a refund yet. Finally, after changing purses, and throwing out my USP tracking # 3 days ago, they contacted me yesterday for that number, and said without it,,no return.

I ordered 4 dresses from shein on 8/29/15 and have yet to receive them. I was a little worried since other reviews said the material wasn't great but I thought I'd take a chance. However, I wouldn't know how the material is because today is 9/8/15 and my purchases are still being processed. processing not shipping. processing.

So I spent $108 and this was my first order. Well I only received 2 out of the 8 things I ordered and contacted customer service. They said that sometimes they ship things separately. Plus I ordered expedited shipping and got my 2 items in 5 days when it was supposed to be 3. I live in the U.S. btw!

As for the quality of the items, my dress fabric is absolutely thin and see-through but I only paid $12 for it. The other shirt I got had really good quality. It was thick and durable and it looked just like the picture. It's a hit or miss with your items but for the most part they look at least close to the picture.

Still waiting on my other 6 items and hope I don't have to wait a month for them like some of these people. But I can see how they do the "bait and switch" scam

I ordered almost $90 in dresses and receive two packages. They are simple cheap, horrible quality and completely different to what you see in the pictures. The fabrics in the pictures look really nice and heavier, what you get is definitely super extra light, and terrible. I have sent emails to customer service and they do not answer
