I ordered over $100 of dresses, I received a package, and nothing I ordered came! The clothes looked super cheap, and I have to leave town. I tried to contact customers service with their LIVE REP, they told me I have to email their customer service, which I did. NO RESPOND! I'm asking to email me a return shipping label, since it's their fault to ship all the wrong items, and a refund! Since it's been 3 weeks since my orders, and my orders never arrived! I'm going to have to dispute this, because it's just ridiculous! Don't waste time and money!!!! You're better off shopping at H&M and Forever21!!!

Clothing was cheap and ill-fitting and I am still waiting for the first order I ever placed which was over a month ago and I paid additional fees to have it expedited.

A coat that I ordered arrived with the bottom of the zipper torn off the fabric.

This company is a sham, practicing unethical business at best.

Honestly I was like this site is super sketch & I took a gamble with it. I'm in the U.S. and my package (3 rompers) arrived within 3 days of placing the order!? 1 item was missing but I guess they shipped it separately. The quality on the first romper was like a 4/10, the second one was a 10/10 and the third was like an 8/10. Don't kid yourself, if you're paying $9.00 for a dress, it is not going to be divine. Had an okay experience with the site, kind of concerned that they did not put any sort of order form or receipt in with the package..

The company has some good items but their customer service is not helpful and condescending. The shipping time is what gets me. I ordered items with express shipping (3-7 business days). It has been almost two weeks and the items are still "processing". When I spoke to customer service, they told me to be patient. In addition, sizes can run very, very small so keep that in mind. I have a couple of items I can not wear and will not bother returning. I will not be shopping at Shein.com any longer.

have to file disputes with this company in order for them to ship timely. also have to file chargebacks through credit card company and paypal in order to receive my refunds too.

sizes are inconsistent as well as quality.

Ordered a jacket for a lunch, on their website they said it wiukd arrive within 10 days it took 1 month. I ordered XL but it was so small my skinny 10 year fits into it! Cheap material, labels had been cut out and no washing instructions. I asked to return it, but was informed that i have to pay for the return of the item, they only have offices in China and the USA, i live in the UK so it will cost me £15 to send to USA, the jacket cost me £25! After many emails back and forward they offered to give me a coupon for $6.99 for shipping.their website quotes that if the item is faulty they will pay for the return shipping, but they are refusing to do this. I am now consulting with a lawyer friend to get this company out of business once and for all. PLEASE AVOID!!!!!!!!!

1. MADE IN CHINA - It's really self explanatory. You think this website is a hidden gem? There's a reason why those dresses are cheap... seriously, trust you gut feelings.


2. ALL 5 STAR POSITIVE REVIEWS? - they 'PREVIEW' your reviews or 'FILTER' negative ones. JUST LIKE THE ORIGIN COUNTRY, that's how they operate, duh. I wonder how many negative reviews actually got 'approved' and 'published'? maybe 1%?

3. Items hardly as described... Looking for dresses made of curtain fabric? look no further.

never use this website, I ordered multiple items..never received them. it is very inexpensive for a reason. Reason being they never send them to you and they look nothing like the picture. Never buy from here please read this review and take it into consideration before wasting your money

Obviously any positive review on this page about Shein.com is from someone who works for the company in China or a friend of a Shein.com employee.

Please do not purchase from this company. The images they post on their website are not the real thing. Everything I ordered arrived a month after I purchased them and they were not even CLOSE to the items I thought I was purchasing. What I did receive was the worst quality and worst smelling product I have ever received. These people are scam artists and if "bait and switch" was illegal in China, this company would be out of business in a matter of seconds!

Please pay attention to the negative reviews about this company and their product.

Ordered a size xl adult shirt and it fits my 7 year old. And she is a slim 7 year old. The large I ordered was bigger. I only spent $20 so I learned my lesson and waddled away.

I wish I could figure out what websites this place steals the images of clothes from. Some would be really cute from a respectable retailer.

Placed an order for this dress -- took them more than a month to make, when I requested to Cancel the order, I get a response saying my dress is already made and ready to be sent. 2 weeks later they send me the dresss...DRESS LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ITS A LIE. THIS COMPANY POSTS PICTURES OF DRESSES THAT IT DOESN'T EVEN HAVE!!!!!!! THEY MAKE THE PRODUCT FROM SCRATCH & LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO!! VERY CHEAP, SEE THROUGH MATERIAL.

The company blamed a 'customisation' of color for the reason of not cancelling my dress. BUT I DID NOT EVEN CUSTOMISE IT. I JUST CHOOSE ANOTHER COLOR FROM THEIR SELECTION MENU? This company is a joke. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a bridesmaid dress for my best friend's wedding and unfortunately the dress did not fit me. They sent me a standard size dress which they claimed was "tailor made" and acknowledged that they cut the dress a half inch smaller. They claim that all "tailor made" dresses (which is a bit nonsensical as I selected a standard size) are not able to be returned. The fabric and quality was subpar. This company, which I later found out is located in China, refused to take the dress back. The representative disregarded my issue and their inability to resolve the matter was indicative of their overall poor customer service. Avoid this company at all costs, completely lousy!

Ordered my prom dress from Sheindress which costed me £100.The picture which was online didn't seem to show any sequins which was the main reason why I bought the dress as I didn't want a dress which was too exquisite, but when it arrived, it had a lot of sequins on it. I looked closely & the sequins were sewed on so badly that before I had even tried it on, they were already starting to come off. The quality of the material was very poor- it looked very cheap & it did not look anything like the £100 I paid for it. Not only this, but threads had already been pulled out & were incredibly visible. I got the dress custom sized & gave the right measurements but added an extra 2cm on to them. The dress was very tight on me. The dress looked NOTHING like the photo which was on their website & definitely WASN'T worth the money I paid for it.

I emailed the customer service department & they refused to give me a refund which is absolutely absurd. They said that the image of the dress which was put online had sequins on it & you could tell by looking in the reflection of the mirror, which is absolutely ridiculous as you could hardly see anything. I ended up having to buy another prom dress & it costed me not even half of the money I spent on this dress.

DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS EXPENSIVE & FRAUDULENT WEBSITE.

This website overcharges for cheap, poorly made dresses.
The pictures able to be viewed on the website are not realistic, with the dress arriving as different from the picture.

I purchased a dress from this site, paying extra for a 'rushed delivery' but this was apparently not paid for and so I received my dress only 4 days before my event.
During these 4 days, I had to rush to get the dress altered to fit me - despite giving exact measurements to Sheindress which I paid extra to have the dress made to. So I then had the extra expense of alterations on the top of paying extra for a supposedly 'custom made' dress supposedly delivered through a 'rush delivery'.

To top it all off, the customer service team are intent on not losing a pound of money and so give no regard to the welfare or happiness of their customers.

I highly recommend steering away from this website unless you want overpriced, cheap, horribly-made dresses with poor customer service acting as the cherry on top of the cake.

I had been thought for a long time to buy a dress like this, but I haven't see any dress until I went to SheinDress website, I bought this without hesitation, the price is acceptable and the dress is of high quality, thank you so much.

Although advertised as being from UK the dress was delivered directly from China. I was asked to pay VAT. I will charge back the order. They seem a scam to me.
