I ordered 3 jackets and one sweatshirt.

All the clothes smell like pure chemical poison. They look very very cheap. Had to throw the sweater away directly..

Had to pay 37-45€ each jacket. Not worth the money!! Please do yourself a favor and don't order there. Was very sad :(
The colors were completely different than in the description on the page. So was the size.
Had to wait 6 weeks till I received my order.

Would really not recommend it.
By the way: it's the first time I am writing a review. But this time I really want to tell the people to be aware and not to buy there

I was so excited to purchase from Shein because the prices were phenomenal and the reviews did not seem terrible. I am 5'4 & 130 lbs & athletic and I ordered a size Medium in two different sweaters that I fell in love with and after a month between when I placed my order and when I received my order, I was sad to find out the clothes fit wrong. They were too tight around the arms and shoulders. I cannot wear and after reading the reviews on here about the nightmare it is to return items, I sucked it up and did not return the items and I lost $45.00 because of it.

Don't waste your money or time.

Ordered 11/28 and still waiting for merchandise. The fed ex tracking said today the 19th, now it says 12/22. I can order from other companies and get it in 2 days. No excuse to take over 3 weeks to receive an item! Customer service was no help other than to give me the tracking info. Their excuse was the holidays however previous said company is still able to get me products in 2 days in peak season. I would not recommend or use again.

Worst online shopping experience ever! The discount on your first purchase is a lie. Took forever to receive the product. When I did finally receive the sweater, it was of such poor quality and had a foul smell, I had to throw it away. Customer service is a joke.

The online pictures of the products are not at all what you receive (once you receive it). First of all, expedited shipping is hardly just that as it took more than 10-12 days just to get half my order. While the other half has yet to ship. I placed my order back on Cyber monday and just received package 1of2 today and have to say I was beyond disappointed.

Heard the saying...you get what you pay for? well this is just that. Its not even fashion Q quality worthy...you're better off buying something at forever 21 if you are looking for inexpensive fashion apparel.

They have some very cute styles and designs. The clothes smelled funny, like paint, but some are very cute. You sort of take a risk with the low prices but all in all I got a few unique pieces from the place. Also, the order took about a month to arrive. There's definitely room for improvement but for a low cost way to try out new styles, I'm in. My lesson, order a size up, but I didn't do the measurements so I can't necessarily blame them.

Hands off!!! It is a garbage store, where you can buy 0% quality garbage and you can not contact with them. I send them the photos and they asked where is that thing wrong or what is your problem? They don't answer properly where to send back!

I also had a bad experience with SheIn and plan on not buying merchandise from this website again.

The clothing items I purchased were not true to size, so I returned them to SheIn’s New Jersey warehouse for a refund. SheIn, even with my proof of a USPS trackable shipment, refused to issue me a refund. Since I had made the purchase using PayPal, I filed a dispute against SheIn and got my money back.

SheIn is one of several online ladies clothing sites operating in mainland China and Europe selling chic-looking clothing at super low prices with free shipping. If the only way of contacting the company is via the website and/or making a toll call over half way around the world, don’t buy.

SheIn also sells its wares on Ebay. Always check the location of the item in the listing. If the listing shows an article of clothing listed as being housed outside of the United States, usually somewhere within mainland China, click the back button on the browser and proceed to the next Ebay listing of your choosing.

false advertising. they are out to trick the consumer. that is not okay.

Terrrible product, no customer service, will not refund $$ do not ever use!!!!

First they sent the dresses i ordered to the wrong address. I contacted them to send it to the correct address but they refused to help. Now that i finally received my items they do not fit even tho i ordered a size up! Trying to return the items now and they wont take them back since it's been 30 days, but i would of received them before 30 days if they didn't send it to the wrong address! i'm so frustrated with this company and would never EVER order from them again. Such a scam and terrible costumer service that doesn't do anything to help their costumers

Won't let me pay, customer service doesn't do anything. Very disappointed. Will never use again. Seems to be a scam NO ONE should EVER use this website. So displeased. It's one big joke

I kept seeing the products advertised, but noticed that one tunic in particular was the exact photo of one sold by Free People that I already had. I ordered a cardigan from Shein to see the quality. It was horrible quality! It seemed like they look at other companies products and try to replicate the look, but do a very poor job. And they are just using other companies photos to advertise. Please don't waste your time! The reviews on the site are fake and there is no real return policy!

Don't shop here if you want quality and honesty and something for your money. Same ole business of cheap clothing under different name. Don't get caught up in this false advertising business of cheap labor and poor quality products. I'd rather spend my hard earn money on something that is worth something. If you ever even see your order you just paid for. No applied 40% will be deducted off your total bill.

Originally, I had wanted to exchange one of the overalls for a different pair, which was a couple of dollars more. The one I had originally picked out was $14.00, and the one I wanted was $19.57.

I sent their requested amount of $5.57, and waited to see the change in the order from the one I had wanted, to the one I had paid a little extra for. Absolutely NOTHING changed over the course of 6 days, and STILL nothing. Last night, I found out that a pair of shorts that I paid $9.90 for was excluded from the order, as it became "out of stock."

...What logic is it that the item you bought, you can't even have? Nothing made me feel more on edge and maybe even a little cheated out of my dollar's worth than to be shown that I can't get what I paid for.

Just updated from last night: They asked me why I'm asking for a refund, and even going as far as to say, "Can't you just change it?" I repeated myself twice now, I want to see every penny I put into the order, but to no avail. They are being persistent on not giving it to me, and trying to talk me into just changing my order to something else.

In order to run a proper company, you must rely on the needs and wants of your customers. Having it your way is a sure way to failure.

Needless to say, I will be much more attentive to what sites I'll be shopping on now.

I've purchased stuff from this place before but you definitely get what you pay for. 90% cheap material and received item looks nothing like their pictures.

Return process is impossible. They feign niceness in their communication but like another customer said, they make you jump through hoops on YOUR dime and offer no help.

Recently they've implemented a "shipping insurance" charge of 99 cents that is CHECKED BY DEFAULT, so if you don't uncheck that box, you will have paid an extra buck for nothing. They are tricky and scammy like that. I was so angry when I realized this that I tried to cancel my entire order literally minutes after I placed it, and their customer service replied "sorry, we are unable to cancel because it has been sent out". SENT OUT? Within minutes of the order? They don't process orders for a week. And they don't ship for another week after that. (Look at all their responses to other unhappy customers – they say it takes 3-7 days to process an order. None of my items were 24hr ones, btw.)

Their response will be along the lines of: This incident is out of our expectation. Please understand kindly. Insurance protect you. We shipped immediately. LIES.

I will try to make this as brife as possible

1- What you see is NOT what you get: Photos they display are usually ripped off Asos, topshop, forever21,....etc and what they do, is a bad replica of the original item, so you end up paying for something that totally not worth it, in terms of the cut, material and sewing

2- Sizing: As any asian/Chinese website, you have to read the measurments, and even by doing this, you need to size up after that, the funny thing, that sometimes it is true to size and some other times it is not, so good luck guessing....

3- Reviews: They don't post bad reviews, anything under 3 stars don't get posted, i tried it myself and noticed it through out the whole website, the only case they let a 1 star through, it's when the comment is postive and most likely the person who did the review forgot to choose how many stars, check it yourself!

4- pre-order: The idea behind it, they post an item and if you pre-ordered early you get "they claim" 50% discount.....i have been waiting 2 months for ONE SHIRT, and they say "It maybe lost" that's the customer service reply. Never ever do pre-orders, you will never recieve them, if you like an item so bad, wait till it says 24hrs shipping, and then order it, because with the maybe lost order, my firend ordered the same item when it was at the 24hrs state, and she recieved it

5- Shipping: If the item says 24hrs shipping, and you paid for express shipping, order arrives in time, other than that forget about it. I have 2 order with HKPost placed 2 months ago and didn't arrive yet and i don't think they will

6- Customer Service: Polit, fast response, but useless, they just do refunds, they never even take the time to look at your account or really try to help.

I will not shop there again and i won't recommend it, i recieved some good items from them, but there is no consistency and this is by far the worst thing!

The first thing I'll say is to definitely check reviews before buying them. I found that all of the reviews telling me to order a size up or down were correct. So, even though I'm a Medium or size 6/8 in America, I had to order L or XL for my dresses and skirts and shirts.

Secondly, as the others have said, returning items is as your own cost (in terms of shipping and handling). For me, I had 5 items that turned out to be too small. I exchanged 4 of them for the size up and 1 of them for a different item altogether, since it had been discontinued/out of stock since I had first ordered it. The exchanged item was slightly more expensive than my original item, but they ate the cost.

Which leads me to my third point--my order status was "Processing" for the longest time. I ordered on September 15, 2015 and it didn't say "shipped" until the end of October 2015. Be wary of the the long shipping process.

Last but not least, the customer service was fine by me--they responded within 12 hours to most, if not all, of my tickets/questions, and yes, their English was broken, but we could still understand each other, so no point nit-picking at someone's grammar/syntax. I did get annoyed at one point when their reply to me included a question that I had already answered in my previous answer. And thankfully, the exchanging/returning did not take as long as the original shipping did. They have warehouses here in the US; the closest one to me was in NJ (I live in northern VA), so it was within a week that I received the exchanged items. I think the shipped out the new items before they had even received my returns to ensure promptness in my reception of the items. I think I paid $8 to return my five items via FedEx.

I love most of my items, but for one: On my very first time wearing the dress, one of the four decorative buttons popped off. It's not even all that tight on me, but I was standing, and suddenly, the button just fell to the ground.

Incredibly cheap products that smell of chemicals. After washing one of the shirts I purchased in order to remove the smell before wearing it, I found that it shrunk to about 1/4 of its original size. I did not dry it. Other items were too small. The jewelry I purchased is truly the cheapest I have ever seen - looks nothing like the images on their site. And what makes this worse? Their return process!! Basically, they will only take two of the items I want to return (of 7), and I have to jump through a number of hoops to make it happen. They are purposely making the return process difficult because they know that's the only way they can make money off of their product. STAY AWAY.

First i have to wait over a month for my packet and when i finally receive the jacket i ordered in XL (I like when things are oversize). The size is so small I couldn't even fit my arms in it, it could properly fit a XS / S. And the worst part is there was no 'returning paper' in my packet so I can't send it back so I just wasted $50... Not okay, I just want my money back.
