I agree, alot of things are not as they appear in the photos, and the sizes are completely wacky BUT I have gotten a few items I actually really like. So I guess when you average your wins and losses it comes out about even. The best thing to do is to only order items that have been reviewed. I usually base other peoples reviews on how to order my size / figure out if its worth it or not.

Waited weeks for delivery. Sizes are so far off and product below acceptable standards. Couldn't reach any one to find out how to return and apply for refund. This company should be reported for fraud!

I have been ordering through this company a few times and has success with my first few orders. Everything fit well and arrived as expected. I took a chance and ordered a series of items in multiple sizes, expecting to return the items that didn't fit. I opened a ticket and returned 4 items back. It cost $35 to ship back, so they gave me a coupon for 45% off. But almost everything on the site is already 45% off? Once they received the goods I received a response that a refund for "1 pant" will be issued. I am now caught in a vicious round of emails trying to find out if my other 3 items will be refunded. I never did see the refund for the "1 pant". I am giving up on this fraudulent company. The customer service and ethics are appalling! Buyer Beware!

I paid to have my dress in for a dance between 4-7 days and it didnt even arrive within normal shipping. It took 11 business days! Very unhappy. What's the point of ordering this dress if I dont have it in time for my dance?

Does anyone know if this is the same company as "JollyChic" only a different Name? As I had the same experience with that company too. Could anyone please advise in order for me to make a final decision whether to order or not? Tks in advance. :)

I am in no way affiliated with the company & im a 1st time buyer. I have to say it is not THAT bad. The items came in on a tinely manner. The tracking number was very very useful. The clothes look very similar to the pictures except the pink fitted log sleeve dress I purchased. It was way too baggy but for the price I mean, what more can I expect. Overall everything else was nice especially for the price

I work with a shipping company. We pretend to ship orders all the time. This company has marked my item as shipped on 1/26. I emailed asking for a tracking number which they gave me. But they only created the label, the package hasn't left them and I DOUBT it ever will. Emailed them lastnight "so my package has only been marked as shipped, it hasn't shipped correct?" Guess what?...no response. This "company" will no longer exist after I'm done dealing with them. Poor customer service.

After having this app for a while I finally decided to purchase some clothing for my birthday. I purchased 3 dresses I fell in love with and paid for expedite shipping so it got to me faster. When I noticed 3 days had went by and they haven't even shipped it yet, I decided to message them to ask if I can pay to once more update my shipping options so I received my items faster. I was then told to send the difference via PayPal then they would ship my item off right away. I followed their instructions and sent them my confirmation number And then noticed that they labeled my item "refunded" even though I never received any money back in my account or their store wallet. I messaged them to inquire about what was going on (responses became slower) because I didn't authorize to cancel my shipment and they told me they never received a payment via PayPal although I had proof & that they refunded my items and it'll take a few days , but I'd be able to enter my debit or checking account info and the money would be sent to my account. I have one item that I've been waiting a week to be shipped. I have received absolutely no response, no birthday outfits, no refunds, but instead actually; a horrible, disgusting, dissatisfying, unacceptable, unprofessional experience. I should have checked reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered two coats; both of them arrived quickly. The fabric and fit were terrible. I followed the instructions and sent back both coats to the New Jersey address and have not heard back since then. Judging from the reviews here, it is not likely I will ever see a dime back.

Order 6 pieces and they all came in time but the clothes were nothing like the description online ...I ended up making a return ...8 months later, hundreds of emails back and forth and I still haven't received my refund. I do no recommend this site what so ever !

I had placed an order on 1/02/16 for three items and all three items shipped on 1/03. After reviewing SheIn on sites like these I was quite skeptical to purchase but I only bought items that had pictures in the reviews. I received all of my items on 1/09 and the quality was exactly what I had read in the product reviews so I wasn't shocked or surprised. They all fit perfect because people in the reviews suggested to either order a size up or smaller because they have already received the item. I was really happy about how my experience went with this company and I will be purchasing more in the future. I would recommend people to CHECK the reviews of the product and make sure someone else has received the item..Overall great experience and extremely affordable clothes!

To start, the products are not what they appear to be online. The dress I received was a different material and was way too big. I had to pay to have it returned (no free returns) and the belt that I got to go with it could not be returned even though I had never even opened the packaging. Here's the worst part: I never got money back! I emailed them several times to try to be refunded and they just kept making excuses and telling me to be patient. Three months later I have given up. This has been the worst experience I have had with a company. They will probably be going under soon.

First of all, they're liars. They had the nerve to tell me I couldn't cancel my order the day that I ordered clothes because it was "shipped". Stupid enough, they gave me the Fedex number and I checked, it says the order delivery will be August 6th. Mind you...its January 8th. AND it doesn't even says its shipped. It's "processing". If I can say so myself, this whole company is fake and illegal in itself. So unprofessional. I wanna give them 0 stars.

Only AFTER I placed my first (and last) SheIn order, did I find out that the 5 different ponchos I bought would be coming from Singapore!!
Consequently, these "gift" items would arrive too late to be sent out for Christmas, and other arrangements had to be made. Four out of the five items that arrived were as expected and I decided to keep them, but the fifth was impossible: A triangular tube with two holes (for head and one arm?). No matter how hard I tried I could not get this "one-size" item to fit. It covered either the back or the front - but not both. I wanted a refund. I looked and looked for customer service. Impossible to find. I went to the online pre-sale Chat. I was told to Submit a Ticket.
Looking up my account and my order I tried to submit a ticket, but my order said "expired" so the submit ticket option was not available. Chat told me it was expired because I had not paid... but I had used PayPal and had the transaction number, which I gave them.
I was referred to the after purchase customer service email address. At first they ignored my complaint and told me how to track a missing order...? Then they told me to submit a ticket and how to do that - missing the point of my issue entirely. When I finally got them to focus on the problem, they told me my order number was wrong and sent me a different order number. How could the same order have two different numbers? Guess what? That order number says expired too... because one of the items on my order is now out of stock!
All I want to do is return one item. They ignore my direct questions about where to send the item and how to apply for a refund.
I have not heard from them since Dec 28. The website says we have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item - Dec. 22 in this instance. I think they are just "running down the clock" now by not responding to my repeated emails. What a cluster! Is it a language problem? Is it deliberately ignoring customer complaints? I wouldn't risk any purchase with this outfit again.

I came across this website looking for a sweater dress for my birthday on December 1, 2015 I started to read the reviews after I made a purchase (shame on me)and was completely unsure of the website anymore so I cancelled my order not even 5 minutes later and called my bank to block the transaction unfortunately it was too late, weeks have gone by and I finally get in contact with them about my refund and they told me to login and refund the ticket no problem now it's January 3 and STILL NOTHING. Stay clear of this website

Please don't waste your money it's appalling! Never ever buy from them - throwing money away and they must come under some law as this can't be allowed to continue. The items are cheap and nasty - it took over 4 weeks to arrive - I have had no reply from them and in the end I will have to give them to a charity shop but even feel guilty doing that as quality awful! I thought it was a US company and looked a bit like ASOS but is NOTHING like that. No money back no response - surely someone has to do something to stop them ripping people off!

my dress NEVER arrived. I wrote to costumer service and they keep saying that it will arrive in the next 2-3 day. Its been 4 month since I order it.

Had the hardest time trying to pay for the horrible dress that was finally delivered after 3 weeks. Sent it back immediately, the fit was a disaster. Still waiting on refund. Should have had that back a week ago. Avoid this site at all costs!!

My daughter found this website and I wish I had done some research prior to making a purchase. I received my 1st package at the correct time, the problem was they sent me a sweatshirt when I was supposed to receive 3 dresses, a scarf and a sweater. The second shipment was late but did contain the other items I ordered which were as expected and my daughter likes the clothing she has received. The problem I have with this company is their customer service. It has taken 2 weeks to finally have a resolution. They only respond once a day and it is while I was sleeping so it is an endless email trail. They don't understand what you need them to do. There is no phone number that you can call. They wanted me to ship back the sweatshirt that cost 1/4 of what I spent instead of making it right and shipping the product I already paid for. Who knows what will end up being shipped this time. I do not recommend to anyone to use this website. Shein really needs to improve their customer service!!!

If I can give this company 0 stars I would. This packaged was supposed to be my christmas gift and lets just say I didn't get a christmas gift. Lets start out by I received my package in a very small box that had 2 bags, 2 pairs of shoes and 3 shirts inside after waiting 3 weeks (understandable because it ships from out of country). Now tell me how a small box can fit all that? I can tell you it doesn't. I took my items out of the box and everything was squished and dented. The bags had creases in it, the shoe boxes were all ripped and broken (not a big deal because the shoes were fine), and one of the shirts was stained. So basically someone stuffed everything inside one small box because they were too cheap to get a bigger one. I immediately contacted the company only to be disgusted more. Their solution was to keep the damaged bags and stained shirt and give me money back! HA!!!! They wanted to give me $5 for the stained shirt and $15 dollars for one of the bags. What am i going to do with that when my items are damaged?? I did not want money back, i just wanted new items because my items were damaged. I won't be able to use them so what good does getting a little bit of money do for me? I couldn't believe this response and was completely disgusted and decided to send all the items back for my money. I do not want to give this company my money when all they give me is disgusting service and try to throw money at me to keep the items. The material of the shirts was not even good either. So for future buyers, do not waste your time (because shipping will take about a month) or money on this company because it will only give you headaches and horrible accommodations.
