This item was never received. I received a wrong delivery of a tiny scarf. When I complained on their website, Shein asked me to send them a photo of the wrongly received item and the 'ticket' . There was no 'ticket' in the parcel so I sent them a picture of the scarf and the delivery note on the front of the parcel which had a barcode and my address. Subsequently, I received an email saying that there was 'insufficient proof' available to show that the wrong item had been received and that the matter was now closed.

I then sent a few emails saying that I had never received the corduroy two-piece and there was no other way to prove that I hadn't received it. I have ordered with Shein for years now and have never had this problem so why would they not believe me this time? The fact that they have ignored my subsequent emails and are not interested in satisfying an unhappy customer, I must warn other buyers that this may well happen to them unless Shein start upping their customer service and try and treat long term customers with respect.

Shein provides cheap and cheerful items which can be good value but are often unfortunately not up to standard but as the items are very cheap, one does write off the odd substandard item. However, I will never order from Shein again and will add that their customer service is non-existant.
BE WARY OF ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY

They have out my order on hold due to fraud prevention risk have sent them my birth certificate and passport drivers license bank statement all that they have ask for still have my £141 order on hold but on the same day I order another order for £49 something and they have sent it out straight away and contacted them every day and they keep saying the same thing with the cost of living this is a lot to hold from someone and it’s a Christmas present for my child it’s not on and will be taking this further what more information do you need I can understand if they had done it to my first order but the second one to be put on hold after the first one has been shipped is a bit strange considering I contacted use regarding my first order asking for use to apply the voucher code I forgot to apply and use response was we have just shipped it out sorry we can not do that now

Deducted the money yet order unpaid n no customer service replying

I placed my 1st order with Shein over a week ago, also requested EXPEDITED service. Payment was deducted from my account got email confirmation etc... then a few days later I get an email that my order has been flagged for further verification and I needed to upload copy of my PAID transaction from my bank. WTH?? I then chat with CS to be given another link to upload to. On the chat I verified all info requested in the upload I provided again. Was then told no worries my order will be reviewed and processed with 24 hours. I check the next business day. Still not processed I then reach out to Customer service AGAIN via live chat. Was told again to upload again. I was beyond frustrated at this point but I really liked the items I purchased so I uploaded the document AGAIN to be told not to worry by the agent on Chat and rest assured it will be resolved. I wait to see if my items have finally shipped out the next 2 days...NOPE I then get a text from Shein confirming my order was canceled because I didn't provide the verification info!?! I am beyond annoyed at this point reach out to live chat Customer service to be told sorry & I need to repurchase again and to provide my ID and add'l verification transaction number from my bank. This is RIDICULOUS I asked for my refund at this point. This is beyond shady no one should have to jump thru hoops to provide additional proof/verification when under the account it clearly shows PAID. Sheins clothes are affordable and cute. However they are NOT worth the aggravation feeling like the customer is committing fraud and every purchase needs verification. I will take my business someplace else whom actually delivers by processing and delivering what you down right PAID for.
STAY AWAY... considering this was my FIRST order and this was my experience!!! NEVER again!!!!!! 👎

Shein has answered my question but they send the same answer to everyone and the robot site doesn't work shein
Are a terrible company although the clothes are good if you have something to send back you have no chance I can't see why they don't put return label address in with delivery a very angry customer

At 02/05/2021 when I canceled the order GSHMLE007000FFC... 11 pieces, they told me that the amount was deposited in my bank account 506 S/R, and when I made the bank account statement in order to let them know that the money did not enter in my account, and this is what they said from May 28th, they have now returned with the same scenario and say that they Deposit the money in my account and this talk is a lie. So it is better for you to stop to said lie story because you didn't have any argument except what you wrote in SHEIN application by yourselves

Ordered clothes then a couple days later got an email telling me my order was on hold after they already took my money and they said they needed a 6 digit authorization code or a picture of my card. What? I have not had one response from them and I would not recommend buying from them. It’s a scam. I have not once heard of needing a 6 digit code ever. I canceled my order and it didn’t even give me an option for where I wanted my refund (either your card or SHEIN point) this is ridiculous

I have ordered several times from shein and have never had a problem yes but I agree to some of the quality of the clothing but fair enough for the price.
This time I have placed an order for a jacket and a few days later I received a message saying I need to send them picture of my card proof of driving license. I MEAN WHATTT!!! Wht on earth has driving licence got to do with my order…. R u serious!!!

So, I just recently ordered from shein for my birthday. I saw some things I liked and with their cheap prices ofc I didn't mind paying for it. Let's start off with the discount codes they advertise. So I decided to use a discount code they were advertising that was 15% off because this was my first time actually ordering from shein. I tried to put the code in numerous times and it did not work but the website entered a completely different code for me and I had no problem with that but found it a bit weird. I placed my order and verified that I placed the order once they sent me an email. everything went smooth until I got an email around 3 am from shein saying they needed another verification from me and needed me to send a pic of my card information(they said it's ok if I block out the rest of my information they just needed to see the last 4 digits on the card and the cardholder's name) and which I found super sketch because I've seen many reviews on how shein was a scam but I decided to ignore it because the incident started to die down. They also said that my order was on hold and if I didn't send this verification information they needed within 3 days my order would be canceled. I've tried to get in touch with their horrible customer service to see if this was a normal thing and why I needed to do so when my ordered showed I paid for all my items. I still haven't sent the information they are asking for because I'm not comfortable with doing so If my order is canceled I better recieve all my money back! This is by far the most unrealistic online shopping i've ever done with a company. I will do an update to see if they cancel my order but in advance I wouldn't advise shopping with them, Customer service is horrible and very hard to get intouch with.

If I could give Shein a minus review I would. I bought clothes from them for my daughter in July and have already logged the incredibly difficult experience I had returning these very poor quality clothes. I have now received a bill for £35 from DHL for customs duty for the import of these clothes. I feel that they have stolen my money and I recommend that you advise anybody you know to avoid this website at all costs.

I purchased a dress size L , it came and i tried it on it just fitted, so i washed it and it shrunk and would not fit.Very dissapointing.

I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO BUY FROM THIS SITE IF YOU DONT WANT MESSED UP CLOTHING!!!!! Horrible everything. clothes, customer service. I spent $150 worth of clothes and I got 3 skirts a pair of shorts and a jumpsuit which ALL have non-working zippers , when I messaged them on their site, obviously frustrated (who wouldn’t be with all up clothes that they just ordered for nothing) I said my zippers were befoul and they literally blocked me. I’ve never been treated this way, the girl that messaged me name was “honey” and it was almost as if she was happy to decline anything I had to say AT ALL. she said “happy Easter :)” after rejecting my request, and also this was after I notified her about my clothing, she did absolutely NOTHING about it, if you’re this careless about your customers why be a brand? Also none of their clothes look like their pictures. I will NEVER be a customer at this place ever again. Horrible. And disgusting people.

This is the WORST online shopping site I have ever experienced. The quality is poor (but that's to be expected with the price)
Do not expect to be able to return anything though! They make it almost impossible to do, you have to submit tickets and wait for them to reply, then you have to ship it to Germany at your own cost and still have to pay for a weight return fee (God knows what that is?!!) They are basically making it so difficult and pointless to return your items that you just don't bother. Which is sadly what I am going to have to do. By the time you have paid for postage and had your fee deducted and then chosen which 'wallet?!' you want it in and its taken 3 weeks and you've asked for it back in about 4 different channels! It's not worth it. It's a bloody scam. They should be shut down.

Shein has taken money from me and cancelled my order at the same time!!! They have some notification that the payment was unsuccessful but it was very much successful. I have sent them screenshots of the money going off my account. They refuse to escalate the matter!!!

Now despite all the reviews I went ahead and purchased from them since I'm accustomed buying clothes from China (after carefully looking at reviews of quality) now I placed my order more than a MONTH AGO!!!!!! and my order was over $400 US worth in clothing. Obviously I qualified for free express shipping and I really needed my order QUICKLY! When checking out I ran into An error (my banks fault) and when it was resolved I placed the order again. Shein then told me they can't accept my payment cause they need to verify I'm not a fraud (fair enough) but then!!!!!! They just got super ridiculous! They needed my ID card and a picture of the credit card I used blocking out the info. I sent both... days later they messaged me back to say they need another picture of my credit card with me HOLDING IT IN MY HANDS AND HIDING THE NUMS WITH MY FINGER LIKE ??????? Do you need a selfie as well I was mad af!!!! However I sent it... the issue was "resolved" and they said they would ship my things out a WEEK AFTER! I waited and waiting only to receive an email with them saying my items never shipped and that they needed the info again WHATTTT? This is seriously the worst site ever.. what makes it worse is that I needed these items for my STORE! So I'm now making a loss in my business cause I'm understocked

I was of course drawn to their website because of their deals and prices for what looked like cute items. I ordered 3 things - a sweater, a shirt, and a t-shirt. First of all, I only received 2 items (I never received my black t-shirt) and second of all, I couldn't BELIEVE how small the items were and I ordered all items in a size large just in case they ran small. I usually wear a medium and I literally couldn't get the items on - they looked like they were made EXTREMELY cheap at some overseas manufacturer. I know you might be tempted to buy from them because of the deals they offer but stay away and put a little extra money into higher quality clothes. This is definitely a scam.

I ordered 2 sweaters from Shein on the 31st of December 2016 and received them less than 2 weeks later. I even got an email from the shipping company to say when I would receive them. They are excellent quality items. I am very pleased with Shein and will definitely order from them again

Although it did take almost two weeks to get my order I got it today and couldn't be happier.I had emailed about it last week and they promptly replied next day to give it a few more days,which I did.I got a gorgeous leather type pencil skirt and off the shoulder black and white top both for about $25.00. I will definetly be ordering from this company again..! ❤️☺

What BS company! I ordered a sherpa jacket from them and although it arrived fast, it was very poorly made and the sleeves which were supposed to be full length only reached my elbows.

I opened a ticket with them and they just keep giving me the run around and send me instructions which don't even make sense. They won't give me a prepaid label either and expect me to pay to return a defective item. What a scam!
