I'm soooooo angry! You people are frauds! And I'm getting my money back! I will go as far as blogging, reach my contacts at NBC, TMZ and anyone else I know. You found a niche to trick people and you think your getting away with it. I work a full time job and earned my money. And with this cheap material wrong sized dress, you expect me to sit back and accept this, I won't. My mother saw this site online, thought the look of pictures give you that Macy's type for way less. Placed the order, took so long to receive and track the dress. We tried to order early, so that it would arrive on time, for my mother's event she was attending. We ordered a month before the event. The item arrived 2 days before the event. Took the entire month to arrive. When it came, they sent the wrong size, and the dress was nothing like the picture. It was cheap and look like it was stitched by a child! No customer service # and email is the only way to contact? Plus u have the nerve to question the order from some ticket, when I have the credit card transaction from the bank statement, an order# and dress#? My mother was devastated. Luckily, I spent one day went to Ross Dress for less, for a beautiful dress, her size on sale for $10.😐! I should've done that in the first place! The BS'ers up top who are leaving positive view saying: "honesty is the best policy?" Your employees, trying to balance the negative views! Mark my words, "IM GETTING MY MONEY BACK, ONE WAY OR ANOTHER!"

I ordered quite a few items. When I tried to return some of them, there was no record by SheIn of my having purchased the items. Therefore, there was no reference number I could use, and with no reference number, no way to effectuate a return, or for that matter, no way to initiate a discussion with them! I have been scammed.

Advertise Free Shipping Free Returns and than say you have to pay for it! Awful company, awful customer service! I told them the problem and they laughed at me. DO NOT BUY from them!

My order took too long to arrive and then once in my mail box, the shirt was toooo small. Very disappointed and upset. Never again will I buy ANYTHING from SheIn. No way to contact customer service and my shirt does not look like anything on the website.

The worst experince I've ever had, when ordering online, is with SheIn. Never trust the time of delivery. At least they should post the time of delivery between 10-20 working days!

it's been two weeks since I placed my order. I finally send a "ticket" and told them I wanted a refund and they told me my package was lost in the mail. I have had notifications turned on for tracking information and wasn't updated once! they want to refund me the money for online credit. the problem with this is it takes up to 20 days to transfer the store credit back into my card. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE DO NOT SHOP HERE I've seen nothing but bad reviews

Took FOREVER to get my order. But the worst part was the crappy cheap quality of my order. Ordered a jacket, two dresses and a shirt. I honestly have never seen such crap fabric....not even sure what it was since it was so thin and see through. Sizes where ordered small but fit like a large. Order came through Canada, then another state so forget returning it for a refund. This company is a SHAM!! NEVER AGAIN :(

My first order went without a hitch and my shipment arrived within 5 days, my second order was bad, I sent emails and it took a total of 8 days to get my order, my third and last order still has not arrived AND I just received *after sending 3 emails* an update to track via FedEX. My order was placed on the 4th of December, when I stated that my next email would be requesting a refund, I suddenly got updated info....which indicated my package had not even been shipped until the 12th. NEVER AGAIN. So believe the reviews, no one should wait 3/4 of a month for clothing and have no ability to track their purchase on top of that.

I do a great deal of online shopping, and have really never had any problems. However, I decided to take a chance with Shein's crazy cheap site and order some sweaters. Please listen to me when I say...Shein is AWFUL. The clothes took over three weeks to get here, the sizes were ridiculously small, even when I ordered L, and the one sweater that actually could fit me literally ripped in three places because the quality was so poor. They also smelled weird, I can't really describe it, just gross. Seriously I never write reviews but I had to spread this message...DON'T SHOP AT SHEIN.

The first delivery on Shein went well. But the second one is HORRIBLE. ''is'' BECAUSE I'M STILL WAITING. So, i saw some dresses on this website and i needed one for a birthday. They said that the express delivery was maximum 6 business days. And i'm still waiting... I made this reservation on the 22.11.16 and we are today the 10.12.16. I sent them some emails, they replied me but they are not ''clear'' with that they said and they dont find arrangement. There only excuse was ''we have so many orders... sorry madam... we do what we can do...''. This is not ok! Don't make people pay more if you can deal with your work.Horrible experience and i will still insist with emails until i have my delivery at HOME.

"Delivery may take 3-20 business days" I couldn't believe in my eyes reading their email after almost 1 week after my purchase, the time enough for the dresses to be delivered! I have been purchasing clothing online for years, from luxury to popular sites and been always satisfied with Customer Service and product quality, EXCEPT this one, au.shein.com. I saw their advertising of 40$% discount on facebook more than 10 times, then the last time, i decided to click in. When I was checking out, put the discount code in, it was invalid! I contacted CS via online chat, the staff even gave conditions to me that I had to leave him a 5-star review in the exchange for the new valid discount code. I was just stunned, TERRIBLY BAD!! And now UNTIL 1 WEEK after the purchase, I've just received their email notifying that items have just been dispatched and will be delivered in up to 20 business days!!?? Can't believe again! it's as long as a century in today's fast world. I hope the dresses don't suck regardless of my not very optimistic prediction. Just received their email and can't help coming here leaving this review, I just CAN"T STAND this business anymore, GET THIS SCAM BUSINESS ERASED ON THE MAP!!

My mother ALWAYS orders from this site and she gets her packages usually within 1-2 weeks. I decided to give this site a try. I ordered about 5 items from this site on November 14, 2016. I got a notification that my items have been shipped on November 20. So i tracked my order and it said that it was still in China. It is now December 5, and it still says it's in China. I've contacted customer service and they tell me the usual. You know? It takes about 7 days to process our order, and about 10 days to ship. They don't give any information as to where exactly my package is and how long it would take. My mom ordered two days before me, so November 12. She got 1/2 of her items within the following week of placing her order AND the other half today, December 5. I am losing my patience and don't know if i would want to order from here again.

This company sucks. Takes almost three weeks for your package to arrive. The clothing is cheap, smells like chemicals, and usually doesn't fit. NONE of the sizes match with the measurements that are listed on their website. If you're an L or bigger, don't bother. The L size here can barely fit an XS. The thing that is a safe bet is jewelry. It won't be high quality, but it's cute and at least it'll fit.

lt took long to come, customer service was good though. The material was cheap very different from what l had peceived. Be careful when you buy the quality of material is poor and not worth what they charge. Not impressed

I have ordered many items from SheIn, I have spent over GBP 100. also I have waited for 3 weeks to receive them and in end I received bad quality not as described. I was very disappointed, and when I asked for my refund the customer service refused. NEVER SHOP FROM SHEIN AGAIN
