This company (she in.com) sent the shirt I ordered and the XS (I'm about a size 4)was soooooooooooooo big and the dress I ordered in an XS was WAY toooooooo small. The material is SO cheaply made in both. I wish I had the experience that someone on youtube had. The shipping took forever although I paid for 2 day shipping then I saw that it came from China when then made since since I am in he US. I did some research after the fact *my mistake for not researching them first) and MANY people said that shipping was horrible, the fit was horrible plus when someone tried to return it i read that they never got their money refunded so i won't waste my time trying to get my money back. I will just leave this review so that someone else can know ahead of time what type of experience I had. I did however read that there is a separate US link which may have gotten to me quicker but why was't that made known to buyers? Either way, good customer service and quality of clothes are supposed to be a given. I will not order from this company in the future. Their clothes look cute online but for me the exact opposite sits in my closet. I will have to donate it to someone who doesn't mind non quality items (clearly cheaply made with thin fabrics and wrong sizing). I just had to write this so that no one goes through what I went through. I was waiting on that dress to go to a business event with my husband. Too bad in every sense of the word. Oh, plus their coupon code did not work. I think the 40% off that they advertise for first time customers or whatever the promo was last week-ish ago is just said to get in customers. Another fail for this company. I will not return the 2 items because others have said they never received their refund plus I am NOT paying to ship back to another country I never knew I was ordering from in the first place.

BAD quality clothing. I bought $200 worth of clothes from them as all reviews on their site were so positive. The clothes arrived today - all of them STUNK, they smelled like newspaper. Incredibly bad quality - the jacket was not lined but in the picture it was. Everything was too baggy and ill fitting even though I checked the measurements before I purchased. They don't let people post truthful reviews - they check them before they are allowed on the site. Also the bag I purchased looked so good in the picture - it has all exposed stitching and reeks of like cat pee or something. The shirts were all weirdly proportioned too and so baggy around arms but too tight across chest. The most pricy item I got was a burgundy coat that was really a baggy cardigan, the pockets make the sides bulge out so you look like you have a tire around your waist while wearing it. Disaster!

It's been a week since i placed my order for products over a $160au .
Its still processing and they haven't replied to my emails.
I wished i read all these comments before i placed my order.

The clothes were exactly how I expected them to be! Except the size was too big for me and I bought a medium. I'm not that big, so it fits me a little bit. Also, it came very late. I got mine after three weeks but I understand because it came from the UK. But the quality was pretty good so :)

I will never shop on their website again. First, I signed up for emails because they advertise that you get a 40% discount on your first order than I entered my card info hit continue expecting to see the total including the 40% off on the next page but no, so I contacted them to find out since their items were already marked at 40% off that my first time discount couldn't had been used. Well, the website should've had disclose that as I entered the code. I contacted them in an attempt to cancel some of the items immediately so they replied saying that it was too late they had already shipped one of the items, funny thing is I tried to track and all it said was that a label had been created. They don't refund your card instead you get store credit and the quality of the faux suede I bought wasn't good at all. I'm an online shopper and never been this disappointed and frustrated ever before. You get what you pay for with this store

I ordered a bulk of 30 items, payed with the credit card and waited 5 weeks so far and still didn't get the goods. The chat support is useless, just a bunch of clueless Asian folk apologizing and making false promises. Oh, then there's the SPAM. Once you sign up there's no way of unsubscribing from the promotional emails which clutter my inbox on a daily basis. Don't waste your time and money!

i ordered bunch of items iv received 3 items out of 15 and after 2 weeks still the rest of the items in order statues shown processing which means not shipped yet, this is on express shipping i don't want to think if i ask for regular standard shipping when i should have it maybe by 2018.

OKay so I've never personally recieved anything from Shein, but I have ordered something and I am currently waiting for my item (been about 2-3 days) and theres VERY important things you need to know before ordering.

1. SheIn CLEARLY states their policies, so you can't be mad about not being able to send things back, as it is stated on the website if you search for it specifically.

2. It is an Asian website, so sizes will be much smaller, as their genetics cause them to be smaller and more compact, so many will have to order several sizes up

3. All fabrics and descriptions are on the websites, so before you say they are see-through and the fabric is uncomfortable, know it is WRITTEN IN THE DESCRIPTION THE EXACT QUALITY YOU ARE GETTING

4. THERE ARE SIZING CHARTS. Just like shoes, clothes from certain brands fit differently. So many people on here are complaining about sizes, but THERE ARE SIZING CHARTS ONLINE

5. You get what you pay for. You should never expect to get amazing quality items from cheap websites, and not to mention, it;s shipped from China or something people, WHAT DID YOU EXPECT?

Honestly the only complaint should be to know that their customer service is terrible. Read into the website you're ordering from before complaining about something clearly stated. Thank you for reading if you did.

Maybe i'm just being impatient, but after reading these reviews I am not so sure. I have a trip coming up at the end of the month that I ordered items off of the site for; specifically searching for items that had the *ships within 24 hours* logo since I needed them in relatively short notice. I have been keeping tabs on the FedEx tracking information and it has said a label was created on 8/17 but no other updates since. I am not even sure if my order was actually shipped? I am hoping I don't become apart of the staggering statistic here of people who don't get their packages for weeks if at all. My advice to SheIn would be update your site for more realistic delivery times if you cannot uphold to the standards on your website. I am hoping to get my items by the end of this week but if I don't I doubt I will shop from here again.

I ordered off this website July 25th, and just got everything in the mail yesterday (August 15th). I was a little concerned because it took so long, but I online chatted with customer service and they filled me in as to what the hold up was-one item I ordered was in high demand and unavailable. They offered to reimburse me for it so they could ship, and they shipped it a few short days after. It took a while to get here, but I was extremely happy with the results! The clothes are all perfect and normally sized (while a lot of online shopping places run EXTREMELY tiny) and the quality is good. Very happy and will definitely order from them again!!

Nothing I order was right and I order large in everything and none of the stuff fit everything was very small

It has been 3 weeks and my order still has not shipped. I would not order from them again.

when I placed my order it said free shipping over $100 and 3-5 days delivery, once the order was placed it said it required 7 day to prepare the order it has now been 14 days and the order has still not been shipped. I was hoping to have the fast fashions for an event but it turns out fast fashion is now the slowest.

Horrible company, they advertise 40% off your first purchase. When you go to check out and use the 40% off code it says (-40%). You input your credit card and click "continue check out" and it automatically charges your card without any discount! When I wrote to customer service they said anything that is on sale does not count for the discount. That was NOT in their advertisement so I'm sure many people get conned into purchasing items they believe will be discounted. The entire site is "on sale" so they don't ever take 40% off, it's just to get you to think you are getting a deal! What a terrible, misleading company- so disappointed and will never buy from them again no matter how great their clothes are.

I ordered 3 dresses and one accessory from shein roughly 2 weeks ago. After i paid for my orders, I checked the reviews and i have to admit I was worried about my orders getting here on time just based on everything I read. Almost every feedback were saying alot about the shipping process and that everyone got their orders late.

I BEG TO DIFFER. I was promised my orders would take around 3-20 business days. But I got my orders in just 14 days. I did have a little bit of trouble with the shipping but it was mostly my fault because i placed the wrong zipcode. But nonetheless, I have it in my hands now and I am impressed!

Quality: 4/5. You get what you pay for. They have a detailed description of the material of the clothing. I got a slightly see through dress but that was expected since it was described on the photo.

Actual items vs Posted photos: 5/5. What you see is what you get.

Sizes: 5/5. Shein did a great job in posting sizes. It is very frustrating to receive the wrong size so it is IMPORTANT to check the exact measurements of the dress and your body. Everything was measured in Centimeters so i had to google convert everything to inches which was okay on my part. I didn't really mind converting. But it has a great impact to really make sure you get the wrong sizes by checking all the details about the items.

Shipping: 4/5. I chose standard shipping. So it was free. As long as the items are available, they will be shipped asap. My orders were under PROCESS for at least 3 days. And after that, they shipped it right away once all my orders are complete. I placed my order on the 24th of July. And it arrived on august 6. Exactly 2 weeks. That includes the processing and the shipping entirely. I've had orders from ebay that took a month!

@Do not order from shein if you are planning to go on a holiday and need the clothes to get to you before then. Make sure you set a timeframe that is reasonable. The items you want may not be available. Go shop in the malls instead.

@Check every detail of the dress. Study everything. From material to sizes and even the model's body size can help.

@TRACK TRACK TRACK. I almost had my items be returned to the sender because of the wrong po box code. So to avoid it, make sure to track the items and contact the courier. That's why they have tracking numbers provided.

So i recommed this shop. It's really great. I am looking forward to future transactions.

Placed my order....and got no ship date...the received my order....and quality was so substandard that I will never purchase from this company again...and on top of that...they have placed adds in all my Googling that it upset me...don't want your merchandise and stop advertising to me...bad company...BEWARE!!!!!!

Currently have a paypal case open. Going to have to get a refund unfortunately i needed the items but they said they will not ship. They are liars they said they did ship once but i called DHL it wasnt even a DHL tracking number! I will make all efforts to shop anywhere but this site! Order YHH7530

This company should not be allowed to trade. Sent an item back to exchange as size was wrong. It cost me about $30 in freight charges.
They would not send a replacement item back as they said they had no order number or record of me buying anything from them. l sent them statements from my bank saying amount, date and time that they took money from me and after 11 emails they came back saying that they needed a registered email address that l used to place the order. NEVER AGAIN !

So I ordered off Shein a couple of weeks ago spending hours searching for some cute stuff and I bought $50 worth of clothing. So they came a Lil later then the website said they would come. I got the clothes today open them and the material looks nothing like it looks on the pictures and I didn't get the correct sizes.. Also DO NOT BUY JEANS /LEGGINGS/ PANTS they literally look like pants you.would buy for a little girl out of Justice or Children's place. I will not be purchasing any item from Shein again :).
