i sent back a few items, i was the one paying for the shipment because they do not send a label like all normal stores.. i gave the tracking number to them and i can see on the ups website that it was delivered, and no refund was issued!!!! over 150$!

I ordered before read all these reviews, was nervous and regret, but my items turned out very quick shipping (1 week) and most of them very cute style, fabric was ok but very reasonable for the price. i ended up have to return one of the item cuz the size is too small and the fabric is a lil hard, and the customer service respond very quickly and helpful. They also have their warehouse in U.S so we can return easily. (ofc i have to pay couple dollars for shipping as their shipping was free, not that count). Im not trying to give an advertise, i'm just one of the satisfied customer for what i paid for. Good luck .

I order 3 shirts and the original price was 70$ I got a discount to 35$ and the products was good quality not the best but good quality.

I ordered a dress for a "winter ball" I should be attending in a few days on the 19th of September, it was on the site that the delivery would take around a week and obviously for the cheap prices I thought this was amazing as I am a student and have limited money as it is.

The first problem with Shein.com is that when they advertise delivery time they forget to mention this doesn't involve shipping so it would actually take over 4 weeks for your order to get to you and even then it could be a lot longer depending on what you order and whether or not they could be bothered.

Secondly when I didn't receive an email about my order I believed it was weird so checked the email on the account and realized that instead of putting a 9 I put a 0 so it was completely wrong and I wouldn't get updates. So as you normally do I tried to change it on the site and it didn't let me, I then proceeded to chat to them online asking about this, the customer service was appalling she was rude and completely looked over my problem not letting me change the email when it was obviously wrong and told me to just use the wrong account and that she didn't care that I wouldn't get updates about my order. As someone that also works with customers I was so shocked to how rubbish the service was. I then asked if there was a chance I could cancel the order but she said that it would take 7-15 days for my money to come back and it didn't include Saturdays or Sundays so realistically I was looking at a 20 day wait for my money to come back; I told her not to cancel it as it would take too long because I still needed a dress. I checked my account over 2 weeks to see if my order has been shipped yet but it hadn't.

This is where my third problem begins, I started to chat with someone online again to ask them about my order because obviously I was getting worried now, I needed the dress and I don't have a lot of time left. When I asked about my order the person I was talking to told me that my order was put on hold because they didn't know what they were doing with it. I wasn't contacted and they didn't tell me anything about this. They had just decided that they wouldn't send me my order. This was the point where I got angry, the person I was talking to began sending me screenshots of my previous conversation which she obviously didn't read properly as she was blaming me for this mistake until she realised I remembered what I said and that the screenshots she sent proved I was telling the truth, she then went on lying telling me I had told two operators I wanted to cancel it when I had only ever spoken to one person from the site before. This made my blood boil I was a paying customer and they were treating me an idiot. She said she would change it but it would still take over 2 weeks for it to reach me which again made me so angry it's now the 5th of October and I still hadn't received my order. She offered me faster shipping which I then accepted because I still need a dress. After thinking about it for awhile I realised that they hadn't cancelled my order without telling me and had no intentions of giving my money back, when I asked them about it she ignored the question and told me it was my fault.

I am truly horrified by the customer service and actually upset they made me feel like it was my fault even though they were scamming me and had no intentions of sending me my order. I've got less than 2 weeks to find a replacement dress and as a women that likes to be covered it is really hard to find maxi dresses with sleeves and no slits, I believed this was the one and they have actually ruined that and my experience as an online shopped.

I will never recommend this site to anyone! Terrible customer service and an absolute scam.

I ordered a jacket for my daughter, and I didnt receive it. In addition, they sent me an item I did not order at all and it was wayyy too small.

I ordered two sweaters from them, and they took over a week to give me the status of my package.. And when they did.. It still hadn't been sent out, so I cancelled my order.. Then they issued a refund, the money was returned, then later taken out of my account again&the status of my order was changed back to PAID. I never gave them permission to have my card information on file. My money is now gone&&&I haven't received anything in the mail.
Its a SCAM!!

Not only did they take forever processing my order-and in that time they ran out of one of my items so they removed it from my order- it took them forever to submit my package for shipping. And then, after waiting patiently for several weeks for my package because they say their delivers take anywhere from 3-20 days (!!) they tell me that they lost my package. Unbelievable. They refunded me and offered me a 40% discount, but there's already a terrible promotion going on that gives you 40% off anyways. Do not shop here. Worst experience ever.

The sizes are all wrong! You order a large and you get a small. The quality of the material is so bad I wouldn't even let my dog chew it up. After being incredibly dissatisfied with the clothing I contacted them to return their items and it took them days to get back to me. I then had to pay 15$ for shipping my items back. Once they received my items it took them a week to put my money back into "my wallet" on their website. This wallet thing is total crap as they put it onto your account and treat it kind of like paypal or venmo so that you can more easily purchase MORE crappy stuff from their site. You then have to initiate a refund to your actual bank account which takes 10-20 days. I am not even convinced my money will ever show up. I hate this store and I would tell everyone to not waste their time or money!

I completed a purchase at the end of September which I cancelled 24 hours later after learning my 40% off coupon code was never applied. Within that short period of time they already charged my credit card. They said that my refund will show up in my account within 10-20 business days. Now we're at the end of October and the refund still was never received. I then contacted them again and they said the refund was "rejected" but no one ever notified me. They said they will try again and now i have to wait another 10-20 days? This is unbelievable for a transaction that was never completed. I am still waiting on the refund. I would never recommend someone purchasing anything from this site ever!

There are a million out there. Will send you defective products or at worst, imitations of what you actually ordered, will take a month to ship/arrive, will not give refunds or address your issues.

Sizing ones up super small and isn't advertised correctly. Customer service and returns are non existent. Do not buy from this company

This company is a rip off.
I spent $400 and everything they sent was nothing like they showed on their site. The materials are so cheaply made. The items sent can't be used for anything other than a garbage disposal. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. DON'T bother trying to return anything because They STEAL IT as well.

Horrible quality

Tried to try it out, bought four "one size fits all" sweaters that literally did not go past my ribs, and then i check my banking and they charged me twice for the four sweaters. I'm FUMING. DO NOT TRUST.

The shipment came in a week

I ordered 4 summer dresses from Shein, Despite the horrible reviews I read online, I was pleasantly surprised, All 4 fit well ( I am an 8 on top, 6 on the bottom so I ordered mediums) and the all are really cute. The fabric is not great, all rayon, but for the price they are adorable. They all came within 3 weeks and I received good email communication. I am very happy.

I ordered two items with EXPEDITED delivery on Friday, September 23, 2016. According to their website it says those deliveries that are "expedited" will be delivered in 3-5 business days. These pieces were ordered for a trip that I will be leaving for on Sunday, October 2. This should be more than enough time for this company to send two IN STOCK items to a customer. However, the first notification I received was that it would be delivered to me by the end of the day October 3 and now, even though it is in Memphis, TN (3 1/2 hrs from where I live) it's now saying it won't be delivered until Wednesday, October 5! The point is not "returning the items for a credit/refund" after they are delivered as the problem is what do I do for my trip?? My money is now tied up with this company and I do not have the funds to go and purchase additional dresses that I need for my trip. This company needs to do a better job communicating with customers when they will receive packages. If I knew it would have been like this I would not have ordered from them! This verges on false advertisement.

I ordered AU$170 worth of clothes and accessories because all the reviews seemed really good and legit, but boy did i make a mistake! The items did come pretty fast surprisingly, but the items i received were poorly made and untrue to the pictures.
I ordered:

A dress which was ridiculously long (i'm 5ft 8in and it dragged along the floor like i had a trail) and poor quality

A pair of sunglasses that were meant to be gold framed with pink lenses and they arrived a completely different colour with horrible green mirrored lenses you couldn't even see out of!

Head jewellery that wouldn't even fit on my baby sisters head, defiantly not made to fit a human head!

Two tops which seemed ok before i realised one had a massive hole in the back and the embroidery was coming off.

Two poor quality dungarees that i couldn't even do up because the hole for the button was poorly cut not to size and the stitching on the sides were unravelling.

It said on their website that you could return items so i messaged customer service or made a "ticket." Turns out you have to pay for returns (which is my mistake since i didn't read the return policy.) which would cost me a ridiculous $60! I sent them pictures of the poorly made items because i don't believe i should have to pay a ridiculous sum of money to return poor quality items as it's their error! They told me too bad i can't return these items unless i pay for refunds and i can't return the accessories at all (which doesn't really make sense to me? i understand not being able to return underwear, swimwear and earrings but why not accessories?) and all they can offer me is a $10 refund for my troubles. Absolutely disgusting.
Do not shop here!

I bought $175 worth of clothes , and instead I got cheap weird looking fabrics that didn't looked ANYTHING like the clothes I bought , very horrible and I would never shop on here again.

I'm only giving them 1 star because 1 shirt out of 7 others actually fit great and was made pretty excellent in my opinion. Otherwise they would get 0 stars. I thought this app was a good idea to get and I loved the clothes. All the reviews I came across at the time were pretty positive even about specific items. I'm glad I didn't buy pants though. All of the shirts (besides 1) were poorly made. The "More Issues Than Vogue" sweatshirt/pull over is made of a strange material that made it feel like foam, which is extremely strange. The XL shirts are more like medium's and shirts that were supposed to be Large were more like small. I'm glad I didn't spend an outrageous amount of money like others have. Overall I'm only happy with the 1 shirt because it is a little more baggy which I like. Other than that I'll never buy from them again.
