I spent over 2 hours on the website just scrolling and scrolling through beautiful clothes. I put so many beauuuutiful dresses in my cart. And then came time to pay....
I look at all those beautiful dresses and shorts and tops that I put in my cart and then I think to myself. Is that real? So many clothes for so little money? Where have I been before? Why have I not shopped here before?? Plus, additional 40% off for new customers!!! Somebody pinch me:) but hold on a second. I had a bad experience with some cheap clothes websites before.... GIRLS!!! Always read return policy of any company when you are purchasing something. Return policy for this shein website is horrible! It's like, sorry, you buy it you keep it.
After doing that I decided to read some reviews of other people's experience. And now, I don't know what I feel bad about more: the two hours that went down the drain, or that I actually saved my money, nerves, and who knows, may be privacy (who knows what they will do after obtaining you credit card info). Anyways, thanks girls for taking your time and writing reviews for people like me:) and I am doing the same for somebody else!

They lied about shipping times when I reviewed the estimated arrival date and paid extra for EXPRESS Shipping. I checked DHL and the dress is still in the Far East and ON HOLD - whatever that means when it was supposed to be AT my home by tomorrow. I am imagining the item will be a cheap mess when and if it finally arrives with little hope of a return or refund. No one wants to wait this long for delivery. I contacted customer service and of course they ignored the email. Never again. All of these cheap dress sites that constantly turn up as spam on FB are all the same. Bait and switch companies.

I have ordered several dresses from this company over a year now. They have great fashionable dresses at very low cost. I have returned a few items and have had no problems getting a refund.

Please dont trust this site when they say deliver is within 4 to 5 days . I ordered last week nothing come in yet. The customer service Hanan tells me i will have to pay an additional of $99 for quick shipping. when i placed the order it said shipping in 3 to 5 days.

I will never order agian... Horrible Horrible Horrible....

Still waiting for a refund and this is the third time it has happened that they said they would refund the money and have not. Never ever buy from them. The clothes look very different online and when you send them back, they don't give the money. Complete fraud.

I ordered 3 days ago and it still says processing and I still haven't got my tracking number.

The quality is so bad that you cannot wear it. You have to send it back yourself which is almost as expensive as the dresses itself and a big hassle so in the end I paid 30 euros for nothing..

I've read all of these reviews on shipping time and quality. I ordered 5 things and two have come so far. I expected the ship time to not be as good as Amazon- these prices are so cheap and I imagine coming overseas though I didn't double-check. The two items I have received are as pictured- sunglasses and a fancy skirt.

My favorite thing about this website is that people are great about posting their own pictures of them in the clothes and how the products look when received. This is what I base my decisions on. It's much easier to see what you're actually getting before ordering.

I will continue to buy from this website when I just want to do a little fun shopping- definitely not when I need something immediately. I will also not expect to ever try to return something as I'm reading that is close to impossible without a headache.

I placed an order with them 2 weeks ago. I ordered everything with FREE shipping and I have proof. Everything was from the ship in 24 hours and they sent it 4 days after not within 24 hours . To cover their mistake, they sent it with DHL WHICH I NEVER ASKED FOR and I had to pay $24 in duty for the $38 package. These people are just awful. NEVER AGAIN!

I feel really dumb that I actually thought this was a legit clothing website. Amazing prices and cute clothes.. way too good to be true. I truly was panicking yesterday after "chatting" with one of their sales associates (who clearly don't speak English.. which is fine, but if you can't answer my question then obviously that's an issue). I noticed I received no straight answers when I asked when I would be receiving my items, and when I would be refunded for an order I immediately canceled a few days ago. I'm actually so nervous I gave my credit card info to this company, I canceled both of the cards I used! If you notice, everything you click on the site (like shipping info? tracking info?), none of those tabs provide any real valid information. And if you ask customer service, they give you a robot answer "you will be notified within 1-2 business days." Yeah, sure. The fact that they don't have a customer service number says it all! SHADY. After reading these reviews I won't hold my breath for the items I'm supposed to be receiving.. they were supposed to be for my vacation next week, I doubt that'll happen!

DO NOT buy from this company. You will be extremely disappointed, the quality of the clothes is horrible, and they do not follow their own policies. The jewelry is extremely cheap looking as well and does not resemble the pictures. Also when I tried to return the jewlery I could not. Under the photos of the jewlery it says exchange or return within 30 days, but if you click on that it tells you that you cannot return jewlery. It an awful scam to get your money then claim you were informed that you couldn't exchange certain pieces.

Their refund policy states your money will go back to your card in 5-7 days, but an awful attempt to get you to purchase from them again, they put your refund on the app. And then to get it off of the app takes almost a month. Even after I reminded them of what their refund policy says and asked them nicely not to put it on the "my wallet" feature (which is on their app) they still continued to do it and did not acknowledge that they were not following their policies. Also instead just simply allowing you to return the clothing, they try to convince you to keep it and say they'll give you a 42% off coupon( which really is not a coupon because the site is already supposedly 42% off ) for your next purchase. Which is a horrible way to get you to continue to purchase their awful clothing. Do yourself a favor and do not buy their clothes, they look nothing like the pictures and the shoes have an awful smell to it.

This place is a complete scam. I have no idea where they are or what they are doing.

As the title says, you get exactly what you pay for. The quality is not the best in the world, but obviously i knew that going into this purchase. I went on a limb and purchased after reading very bad reviews and it was actually better than i expected.... based on what i read. My clothes arrived in time, in the size that i ordered. One was see-through so i guess that'll be used as a cover up, but other than that, they were great and inexpensive. I understand that this website is probably a "hit or miss" site and i base my purchases off of customer pictures mainly.

Honestly, I get why some people don't like it. But you have to know what you're doing when ordering from these sites. Like if you're not short and petite (like me. I'm 167lbs, 6'0") you need to rely more on customer reviews and their pictures of their purchased product before you buy. Because of my size I have to be extra careful and I know I can't buy anything like some other women. I have to worry about length and crotch room. The sizing is off a little, but that wasn't a big deal. My friend got a new dress on me. I ordered a Large when I fit a Medium rather well. It was so cheap I just ordered another one. But unless it's a full circle skirt, just don't buy anything without first being somewhat reassured by the reviews. Tracking is awful so don't even try to follow it, you can, but it's not that good. It only took about a week and a half to arrive though.

I feel it's my duty to voice my opinion and experience to my fellow consumers. So here it goes: This is one of those online companies steal photos from other legitimate Websites making counterfeits/look alike outfits. Don't expect to get anything close to what they try to advertise.
Items are bad quality, wrong sizing, wrong material, the design itself isn't even close to what they try to advertise! Be aware do not waste money and time on this site, your credit card info will end up compromised which leads to more headaches and time wasted.

I ordered 6 items, and none of the items were in what I consider to be wearable condition. The quality of fabric is awful, no matter what you order (I ordered 6 completely different items). One T-shirt was pretty cute, but had a rip in the collar right when I got it out of the bag! The fits are strange, as well.

So then I went through the return process. Wow. As if paying $15 to ship back returns wasn't annoying enough, once SheIn received my returns, they only gave me money back for ONE ITEM. All of my items were in the SAME PACKAGE (with the order # and SKU written on them!). I had to go back and forth with the company for a week before they gave me a refund. Super shady company. Would never do business with them or similar companies again. Stick to companies you've heard of. There's a reason you've heard of them.

So I ordered three items on this website on the 20th of April. After one day, I got an email from SheIn saying that one item was already sold out before they could have updated it on the website. Nevertheless, I could exchange that item with another one without any further problems. HOWEVER, after 10 days of waiting without any update, I emailed the company again asking if my order is being processed, cause I need the items as soon as possible. They replied saying that they have problems with the distribution at the moment etc...It's been 2 weeks now and I still haven't received anything. I would not recommend ordering anything from that website again...

Don't order from the U.S., bank account put on hold by bank because Shein is international company they've had fraud problems with. I tried to order and upon checkout the website kept saying my account (debit card/mastercard) was invalid. Not correct number even though I had card in my hand. I have made international purchases from other companies for years without a problem . You don't want to be in the grocery store and have the clerk cut your card up (on payday) because of shein! A mess for a dress isn't worth it!

I purchased a dress from this company, the picture was beautiful. The dress on the other hand had large gaps in between ruffle lines and they were not uniformed gaps so when wearing the dress you could see the gaps. Not only that, I ordered champagne color for the dress, it arrived with the top champagne color but the ruffles were PEACH. I took pictures, contacted them for a return and the customer service rep could care less how dissatisfied I was. Then refused to do anything about it, and offered me $22.93 for a dress I paid well over $200 for. This is a horrible company to order from. BUYER BEWARE!
