I am blown away by the quality of the 5 outfits I ordered. Absolutely love everything and they all fit perfectly. I am 5/7 68kg and ordered M in everything. Delivery took a week or so to Aus. Very happy. Just wish hubby would let me buy more clothes!

Oh you'll be hearing about my honest experience alright. Ordered a dress, then not even 15 minutes later, I decided I wanted to cancel my order, which I did, well attempted to I should say. Soon after I put in the ticket to cancel it, I got a response saying I couldn't cancel my order because it had already been shipped. BS! Pretty sure that's not even possible to ship out an order that fast. It was suggested that I wait to receive my order and return it, well guess what? Still waiting. My order hasn't even moved an inch, my tracking info says "label created." Which is another load of BS because if my order was in FedEx's possession like this site says, it would have been shipped as soon as the label was created. And they call that "expedited??" Give me a break! I either want my dress, or my money back. Good luck with that right???

I bought a dress 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. When I followed up I got told it takes 5-7 days to prepare the package, 15 days for express shipping and 20 days for standard. So a few days before the occasion I have no dress to wear. Make sure you buy clothes at least 6 weeks in advance of an occasion otherwise you will be disappointed.

Prices are cheap...I knew the clothes would not look exactly like the photos on the site but I took a chance. I was very surprised at how cute and good quality the items I purchased were. I even bought a bikini and it fit very well. I have purchased from companies on amazon from China and they were terrible. The order came in less than a week and half. one item is on backorder. I am eager to order more clothes. I can understand there may have been some bad experience for other people but I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and great fit of the clothes. Also, they have a chat feature on the site and I always found someone available that answered my questions quickly. it did not take 5-7 days...closer to 10 days to receive order but that was ok. Cannot wait to find more cute clothes for cheap. Hopefully everything holds up when I wash, I do not think there will be a problem.

I ordered two tops from this horrible company quite some weeks ago now, and it still hasn't arrived!!! I know they will say the same thing they say to everyone else, but I don't care how long it generally takes ship things, the truth is its been TOO LONG and I think they have scammed me completely. I will NEVER order from this company again, and I advise you don't either.

I ordered 4 things from this website 2 months ago. Received 2 of the 4 things which were the cheapest things and have yet to receive the rest. There's no way to contact them about it on the website or through email which is a little crazy to me. Definitely a scam. Never buying from here again!!!

I was told I would have an update on shipping my item in 5-7 business days. I got no updates. When I inquired it was "We don't know how long it will take." Still chasing the for the refund. A very bad company, probably having the clothes made in Chinese sweatshops by 6 year olds. Two replies were in broken English and did not address my concerns.

I have not had any bad experience with this site as compared to most CHINA clothing sites. The quality is good for the price. I can actually wash and re-wear most of the clothes I purchased from here. The customer service is great. Every time I need to make a request I just put in a ticket and get a respond within 24 hours. It's very organized and easy to search. Shipping is almost, always free. Overall, I highly recommend it. Just need to make sure you read the measurements on each item to ensure it fits you.

I have never done one of these reviews, but feel compelled as this is the WORST online shopping experience I have ever had (and I do a lot of online shopping). First, never an email about item shipping or when to expect it. When it comes, terrible cheap quality. Granted the price was cheap so what did I expect. We sent it back, return- not straight forward. Go through the hassle of their website requesting a return "ticket" which still doesn't pay for your shipping but at least gives you an address of where to send it. Fortunately, I got a tracking #, then when they didn't get my shipment within 10 days they closed my ticket? There is no phone # on the entire site so you can't call them and even trying to find an email address to ask a question is a struggle. I finally got a message sent to them to reopen my ticket, they responded that it has been reopened and my package received so once they "process" it, the money will be returned to my "wallet" which is essentially a store credit and then I will need to go jump through some more hoops to get it credited back to my credit card??? This is ridiculous. First I'm out the money for their cheap dress, then the money I had to pay to ship it back to them and somehow it's up to me to get it from their "wallet"? I will NEVER buy from this site again and hope this review will warn a few to just look elsewhere. My girls have found some really cute dresses from lulu's and I have been much happier with their customer service and quality.

I honestly don't know why there are so many bad reviews of this website. My first purchase was a black midi dress that I only payed $26 for. The dress came in about two weeks later and I was blown away at the amazing quality. I've worn it about 3 times now and it's still perfect! I've ordered about 10 things from them and I have no complaints whatsoever, other than the fact that it takes about two weeks to get to my house, Lol. I am a real person, This is not a fake review! Please take a chance on SHEIN. You won't regret it :)

I am really surprised at all of the negative reviews for Shein. I have been ordering religiously from this website for over a year now and have no complaints, in fact, I am in love! My husband, on the other hand, complains that I spend too much money, but I can't help it, the clothes are soooo cute! And I actually love the "My Wallet" feature. I place at least 2 orders per month and I group all of my returns together and send them all back at once. The My Wallet feature makes it super convenient and the money shows up within 48 hours. And I have never been hassled about my returns, no need to take pictures, or ship back to China - these are all must haves for my online shopping needs. I will continue to order from Shein and be the best dressed in my office! Thank you, Shein, I love you!

This a scam company

My wife ordered a dress from this site. Delivery taking long like usual. Then come to find out the picture was changed in the listing. So the one we ordered was not the one that was shipped. No notification telling us this. We had to find out by looking at the listing and emailing the company. THEN we were told of the situation. First and last time shopping here. Will tell everyone we know to avoid this site.

This is my SECOND review. It is a follow up to the first review for the same order. Let me start off by saying that shein contacted me explaining the delays (the dress was out of stock) and asking if there was anything they could do to improve their service (how about just send me my dresses?). Well, within a week, I received a tracking number. That would be great except that it has been 16 days now and that tracking number is "anticipating shipment date". Meaning, a tracking number has been created but the shipment has not gone out because they want you to think they shipped it out. Wonderful. Actually, no. Deceptive. Manipulative. Unethical. Give me back my money, damn it.

I wondered where my refund was for items my daughter ordered and had to return (in November). It turns out it was in my "Wallet" - acting as credit on the site. No correspondence whatsoever indicated that the money would not be credited directly back to me. I have now "withdrawn" the money from my "wallet" and presumably will have to wait several weeks to get a real refund. This strikes me as an incredibly sneaky/dishonest practice and I will never order from this site again (or allow my daughter to do so).

I bought a dress from Shein. It very very cheap and that was reflected in the quality. The dress was see through. The fabric is very light. Arrived on time though!

I ordered 8 items ($148) on 2/14/16, which was on a Sunday. After reading the reviews, I had little to no faith that I would receive the order. However, after a few days, I checked the status of my order and it stated that the items had been shipped. Still skeptical that I would not get all 8 items, I patiently waited for it to be delivered. I received all of the items on 2/22/16 and everything I ordered fit and was exactly as advertised on the website. I'm usually a size 4, so I ordered everything in a small and one dress in a medium -because the reviews stated that it ran small. I am happy to say that everything fit me really well. I was very satisfied with the items and plan to order again in the future. I ordered 1 skirt, 3 tops, and 4 dresses. I'm a happy customer! I just wanted to write this review because my experience was totally different than the other reviews I've read.

First of all, I live outside the US, but was travelling there so decided to get some items shipped to the hotel I was staying at. I placed my order on 31 January and I was going to be at the hotel in Miami from the 8 to 10 February. After going through the order process, I realised that there was no clear indication of when my order would be arriving. It was only after I ordered that it said 5-8 business days so I decided that was cutting it too close, so that is when I started looking for a way to edit my order to no avail. The only option was to cancel, so I did that and reordered (changing some of the items) using expedited shipping. All of this was done within a minute of placing the original order. My first alarm bell went off when I realised that there was a ticket number system in place and it said someone would get back to me in 24 hours. Then my next alarm bell went off when I realised there was no customer service contact number. 2 days later someone contacted me telling me that 3 of my items had shipped from my original order. I was annoyed as I had cancelled this order but I was like mistakes happen. I was able to cancel the remaining items on this order. I informed them that I placed another order and that I would be returning the items that would be duplicated. I arrived in Miami on Monday, 8 February checked for my packages at reception and received all but the second package from Shein. I tracked the package when I got upstairs and lo and behold it said that it now left the warehouse in NJ. I submitted a ticket (dumbest system ever) advising that I was leaving for NY in 2 days and that if I didn't get these items before then that I wouldn't be needing them as some of them were winter clothes. Needless to say I left for NY on Thursday after contacting them again to no avail. I tracked the package and found out that it was delivered to the hotel in Miami on Saturday 13 February. What good is that when I was now in PA??? Needless to say on my way to Fort Lauderdale on Monday, I had to detour to the hotel in the wee hours of the morning to collect this package. What took the cake for me was when I tried the online chat which is supposed to be used for pre sales, I encountered the rudest csr ever. I gathered that their first language wasn't English after 30 secs of convo. I don't care if your first language isn't English but if you come to me speaking English you had better be able to understand it and it was clear that this person did not understand English. I explained my frustration with their system and that all I wanted was my refund as well as a refund for the money I would have to spend on the returns. They just kept repeating things that didn't make any sense. I was beyond frustrated. I told them the way I feel right now that I would donate all the items to charity and would never order from them again and make sure my friends wouldn't either. Their response " it's good that you would donate to charity for the kids. I too donate" I nearly lost it and had to ask if they were making fun of my situation. In any case I was unable to return while I was in the US as I was on a tight schedule but know that I will NEVER EVER EEEVVVERR order from them again. Neither will anyone that I know. The quality of the clothing I received also was sub par. Not impressed at all.

My review is the same as 95% of the other reviews listed. I purchased a dress and received the order within an acceptable amount of time. However, the dress size was wacky and no where near the size intended. I have contacted them 4 times to get a ticket for return and no one has contacts me yet. It's been two weeks. I received an email from them that said they we not available until after Feb 13th due to some type of event. I am going to contact PayPal to see if I can dispute the charges.

I placed my order over a month ago and I still hadn't gotten anything after a week and a half so I contacted them on the online chat five different times and every time the person said my package would 100% be here in 2-3 days. three more weeks passed and I still haven't received it. I talked to someone on the online chat again and my package was returned to the company!! I didn't get any notice that this happened and I was still charged for my package and shipping! They said I could never receive that same order and I was "refunded" my money only to the website so I could use that shein cash to pay for another order which is pointless because I will never shop there ever again. So unprofessional, hard to talk to and extremely frustrating.
