We stayed in Mermaid House for my sister's hen party. The house was beautiful and was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen is large and well stocked. Mermaid House is in a great location.

Crown Gardens replied quickly to all queries. Would recommend.

Stayed at Brighton Neon. The location of the property was good, the house wasn’t very clean, for the amount it cost. Balcony was full of rubbish, a broken chair and no room to sit out. Behind beds hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Felt a bit like staying in student accommodation.

There was aircon but no instructions or manual to use anything in the house. No finishing touches like - tea, coffee, toilet roll or soap. Surely these should standard these days?

£500 security deposit takes 14 days before they refund and then a further 10 working days to show in your account, even if you leave house in perfect condition. After paying so much money to then be withheld this for so long seemed a bit excessive.

Wouldn’t use again.

The house was disappointing very basic and not particularly clean. The pictures look great but don’t be fooled the standard is average and not worth the price.

We will not be returning!

Darling by the sea was a Lovely house, decorated amazingly and perfect venue for our hen party!!

Our stay here was brilliant, the house itself is cool, stylish and most importantly clean.
We stayed for a hen and the location was great and plenty of shops, cafes etc close by.

The property managers were excellent and being able to arrive early helped enormously. The property was beautiful and the facilities were great..dish washer, loads of glasses, cutlery and mugs for thirsty and hungry hens! There was some noise outside on both the Friday and Saturday night/morning but we were in a busy location and had come prepared with earplugs. Right in the old lanes and close to the station. Local taxis were also great for the early leavers to Gatwick.

Returned from a wonderful stay at the Toast of Brighton!
Everyone at Crown Gardens were fantastic from start to finish and our hosts Emma and Todd were lovely and so welcoming.
The house was beautiful, clean, had everything we needed, was in a great location and everybody loved it! It really made my sisters hen do something special.
Would highly recommend, and will certainly remember them if I find myself visiting Brighton again.

Wow, this place was fantastic for our event. Had 14 people and it catered for everyone. Brilliant location and we loved our time in the house.

We had an amazing stay at Darling by the Sea in April! We loved the location and how close to the beach it was. The fact it could sleep upto 20 people, was amazing!

The accommodation itself was beautifully presented with everything you could need! We loved the decor and all the quirky features. The house was clean, fresh and incredibly comfortable.

The communication was great at every stage and the team were very helpful and quick to respond to emails.

We would definitely love to return one day!

19 of us stayed for a hen do in this amazing property. 30 seconds from the beach snd fully equipped with all the mod cons. Beautifully decorated rooms, clean and tidy. I would recommend it x

Planning a hen weekend throughout covid-19 wasn't the easiest of things to do but with a number of national and local lockdowns Crown Gardens were extremely helpful and understanding and I had no issues moving dates. I would use them again

I rented The Toast, Brighton for my daughters 21st birthday celebration. It’s a great house in a prime location for exploring the city. The accommodation is great if you are willing to share a room with other people. I had to share with my son and his girlfriend In a small attic room above their bed. This area was literally suitable for sleeping with no additional space to get dressed. The velux roof blind was broken so we were awake as soon as the light came in. Very well equipped and overall a very good house for a large group of people. Please make sure you look after the keys as there is a £50 charge for each set that is lost. The house manager was excellent and the welcome very good.

We had the best time for my sisters hen do! Such a unique house for us all to stay in which made the weekend extra special. The booking process was really easy also and the ladies were really helpful with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a hen do or girls weekend away.
