Wonderful location, lovely apartment & clean and what a brilliant service from Crown Gardens Holiday Homes.

A lovely big house but definitely not for 20 people as stated only 16.
Not to the highest stantard of cleansing.
Bedding clean but the rest of property of low standard had to clean glasses before use amongst offer of items.

I have used Crowngardén now for 6 years and have always been fully satisfied. They give good advice and are prompt , reliable and honest. They have a good choice of properties.

I thoroughly recommend using this company. Their customer service is second to none. We had a very small issue on departure and my customer service rep Bex was absolutely superb in dealing with it. I’d definitely book up again!

We stayed in the Neon Central House in Brighton for my girlfriends 30th Birthday Weekend with lots of our friends.

Accommodation was great for a hen party with a lovely large table next to the kitchen that was perfect for games. The place was really easy to find following the instructions given and the house was found as expected from the pictures. I would recommend this house for any group staying in Brighton, the location was great so near the sea front and easy walk to many restaurants, cafes and bars!

We stayed at Brighton Palourama as a group of 15 which included kids. The location is great with buses into town every 10 mins. There is parking on the sea front for 11 hours too. Places for eating and takeaway on the doorstep.
The house did accommodate our group, although there is only 1 reception room, so it is a little tight at meal times. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials. There are 3 floors as it’s a town house with bedrooms on the ground and 2nd floor.
We had use of the spa which was great.
Good experience of the accommodation overall.

We stayed in the Mermaid House in Brighton for my Sisters hen and it was amazing! Fabulous attention to detail throughout the house - my sister loved it! The house was clean and a stone's throw away from the pier.
Crown Gardens were excellent throughout the whole process, communication was prompt and they were extremely helpful.
Would totally recommend!!

Every email was answered immediately. The whole process went smoothly. The house was tiptop clean, the beds fresh and the kitchen fully equipped. The location, so to speak, right on the sea and yet away from the main road. Just beautiful. Thank you very much! We will be back!

Great house for my best friends hen doo, right in the centre of Brighton. Good communication between myself & Crown Gardens & they were very appreciative and understanding of my "constructive feedback" (nothing serious).
Clean house, all the essentials.

13 of us stayed for 2 nights in the Brighton Beach Boutique last weekend (19th-21st July 2019) for my Sisters Hen.

House was AMAZING! Modern and clean throughout, perfect location. Each room was massive with its own en-suite and flat screen TV. Amin the property manager was so helpful, he let us check in early and check out late. He delivered more dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid when we asked.

The first night we booked Oli the bare bottom
Butler for 2 hours and he was INCREDIBLE! Such a lovely man. He got involved in all the games many of which he brought with him which saved me the job of having to think of them. He served us drinks when we asked and was so friendly. Such a laugh and well worth every penny!

Everyone was very impressed with the whole weekend especially the Bride-to-Be. Thank you to everyone at Crown Gardens especially Amin & Oli :)

19 of us stayed at Darling by the sea (18 Bedford Street) on the weekend of July 5th for my hen weekend.

The property itself was a great size and layout, clean and perfect for what we wanted.

HOWEVER, please be warned, on our first night we were burgled in the early hours of Saturday morning, around 5am we think.

My handbag was taken as it was the only one left downstairs in the property.

The police came out and deemed the property to be extremely insecure, some of the windows don’t lock and whilst the front door is on a keypad locking system there is no deadlock key supplied to add additional security. The police officer was able to get into the front door without any damage or trouble.

If you do decide to stay here please please bear this in mind, it was my hen weekend and all of my money and bank cards were stolen, I was absolutely devastated and it ruined what should have been an amazing weekend with my friends.

Crown Gardens response was an apology and to claim through my insurance.

My advice to you if you stay here would be to take all of your possessions to bed with you, this property is not safe.

Such a shame as the house itself was lovely.

Great apartment. Pictures are a true representation. Clean & very comfortable. Spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. Would definitely stay again.

We hosted a hen party at the Mermaid House in Brighton, it was perfect for 12 of us; all the room and cooking facilities we needed. Everyone was very impressed with the house. Booking was easy over the phone (because I took advantage of a 'no deposit' early booking deal). The only improvement I might recommend is with the communication leading up to the date, it would have been helpful to have reminders and to make what I needed to do clearer. For example I couldn't remember if i needed to strip the beds and I had to contact the owner for details of how to get in. The house is right by the promenade and only 10 minutes walk to town and there were no disturbances from neighbors at night or in the morning. Also booked laughing yoga through Crown Gardens which was excellent.

We had a great stay at Gulls and Buoys through Crown Gardens. The staff were very responsive to questions and were friendly throughout. We had a couple of criticisms of the property - the downstairs bathroom window didn’t shut properly which felt a bit unsafe, and there was nowhere to hang toilet roll or towels in there. There was also only one full length mirror, which wasn’t enough for 13 girls getting ready to go out! The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, very close to seafront. However, quality of accommodation was not as shown in photos. No plug socket in living room, kitchen was poorly equipped and generally everything just felt a bit tired. We still had a great time though.

Found pin up Parlourama lacking in comfort & seemed to be quite uncared for! Very tired looking & insufficient towels of a reasonable size😩 & floors not as clean as they could have been. Freezer not working so a blow for us being on a hen party & no ice! Beds & linen were good & comfy but definitely think whole house could do with a makeover as it could be a beautiful place

We stayed at Pin up Parlour for the weekend for my sister's hen do. It was a perfect location and had absolutely everything you could need for a girls weekend ! It was tricky to find but Crown gardens provided us with great directions. The bedrooms were well equipped and the beds were comfy. Best part of the weekend was Floris our bare bottomed butler who we got through Crown gardens. He showed up on time and was a fantastic host. He was extremely professional and even got everyone involved with games . I couldn't recommend him enough . Overall the weekend was a great success!
