Fantastic service and apartment in Brighton which we have now stayed in twice. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Will always use crown gardens when we stay in Brighton.

Excellent Property done to an extremely high standard. The Crown Gardens team were absolutey fantastic and dealt with everything efficiently and professsionally. A big thanks to Bexs and also the Prestige Cleaning team who keep the property very clean (Bella & Tasha)

Such a great venue! The living space in particular was fantastic!!! We loved our stay and would totally recommend staying there.

A fab stay. We were a hen party of 17 and stayed at the Brighton central. The place was perfect for a hen party. Lovely decorations and everything you could need for a couple of nights away. Comfy beds and everything was very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Great company! Prompt, helpful and very polite.
The apartment was in the perfect location and had a spectacular view of the sea and the pier. I would definitely stay there again.
I would advise however that the double room has a curtain or a new blind as the current one let's all the light in.
If not I will remember to take an eye mask next time.

Booking was easy with up to date communication especially before and after payment transactions. Property was as described and good value for money despite it being a seafront apartment and in peak season. Would definitely use this agency again in the future.

We had a great stay at Avalon apartments, location was perfect and the place was very clean. One of the bedrooms did smell of smoke quite a bit but we opened the window lots as it was lovely weather. You are so close to the beach here which was brilliant for me and my 3 year old, and so close to restaurants and everything you needed - but at the same time it was actually very quiet (even with the Euro final!!)

Unfortunately the apartment wasn't brilliantly equipped - I don't know if it was due to covid but over the week we had to buy or request: cloths, bin bags, washing powder, toilet paper, soap for the bathroom, dishwasher tablets, and salt. There was nothing in the cupboards other than washing up liquid. It would be fantastic if some of this stuff was available for people staying.

However apart from that we had an amazing week here and would definitely come back, the balcony was a lovely place to sit out on (and dry washing on), and all the living spaces were very comfortable, clean and spacious.

We had a really great stay in the Avalon in Brighton. The apartment was very central and although it was busy out in the streets it was peaceful and quiet in the apartment. It was really spacious and clean and had absolutely everything we needed for the week. It was an great price too for the time of year. Would definitely book this again.

Our booking for Avalon apartment( west street) in city centre cancelled due to a fridge needing replacement, yet when checking today it’s booked out same days we had booked and paid for. Offered inferior places further outside the city- long walking. We may have been scammed. Cost us three times as much to rent another place due to the season and then lockdown happened. If scammed hope they lost out due to lockdown.

My original booking was canceled a week before, and was offered a replacement which unfortunately had no car park, and was further away from the city centre (In Brighton, parking spaces are extortionate, adding further expense to my trip).
The replacement house (Pebble Beach) had rather low standards. Clearly a party house where drunken tenants will not mind, and not a friendly welcoming family place. The cleanliness was less than average, numerous appliances were broken, the crockery worn out, paint flaking off the walls, and excess strong air freshener sprayed throughout.
Overall, this place felt rather creepy and we were happy to leave it.

Spacious well kept flat. Ideal base for Brighton and Hove.

Easy to book. Clean house and exactly as described. Quick refund of deposit. What’s more not to like. Would thoroughly recommend.

The website was easy to use and gave very good descriptions on the properties. We ended up adding an extra night to our booking and the service was very quick and efficient.
The property we stayed at (4 Kemp Town Place, Brighton) and the property was in a lovely quiet part and just a stones throw to the beach. New carpets upstairs and large bedrooms. Kitchen could do with some updating and more room for storage. There was far too many pans.
We would definitely book with Crown Gardens again in the future.

Went for my Brithday for a weekend. Great location. House was just as good if not better than the pictures. Housed 18 of us comfortably and could have had more. Neighbours were really nice and no complaints about music.
