Avoid! Can’t believe this cowboy company are still around, no shame whatsoever, I had an email with their latest scam offers today. I thought they had long sunk. Seeing their response to another reviewer that they are trying to relaunch, save yourself the headache and financial stress and do not order they’ve scammed so many people over the years!

Took these clowns to the small claims court for not supplying what I ordered. I won my case, but of course they haven't paid. Am about to start proceedings for getting the bailiffs involved. Maybe that will help?

Thanks for the reply, I wish you good luck, but that is not going to get me my money back so I am now over £700 out of pocket.

Scam website don't waste your time.
Ordered a year ago. Been told monthly that it's a courier issue and they will dispatch asap.
Soon as I asked for refund (which they offered previously) told me to go through my bank.

Utter waste of time. Don't make same mistake.

I ordered screen back in May 2025. Which I still have not received.
The reason I was given was they were changing warehouse and every month I contacted and chased for update was
told my delivery will be dispatched next month. Its now been 5 months and not delivery. Instead i get an email saying they changed systems and as a result my order was automatically cancelled and refunded by Shopify.
I didnt receive any such refund.
When contacted company again they said they can't do anything and I need to contact my bank.
This company seem to be fraudulent to me.
I will never order from them ever again.

I have previously ordered from the company in 2020 with no issues. So when it was time to do more work on the garden and add to the screens I did not hesitate to order. BUT after ordering in June and expecting the screens by the end of that month I was left to chase them to be told they were moving procurement centres and there would be a delay ….. after more than 4 months of constant chasing I have now been told that my order was cancelled due to changing centres?! I was advised that the refund was handled externally and I should contact my bank (120 day time limit has conveniently passed). I am left with no screens and no refund. They have redone the website and have continued to take orders despite knowing they were not fulfilling them - AVOID. Update upon reading the reply: I was offered a refund in July or asked if I wanted to wait …… if they can’t access the site to issue refunds how was that going to be done? What does a change in e-commerce site have to do with a change in procurement centre which is the reason I was told the delay was caused by 4 months ago. Banks will only allow chargebacks upto 120 days from order or delivery date - I was only told my order had now been cancelled once that period had passed.

I ordered screens in June and after waiting a number of of weeks for delivery emailed the company who told me they were having trouble with their distribution company. It’s now October and despite numerous promises of delivery I still don’t have the screens I ordered.
I tried to use a small family run business but have been let down.
I would not recommend!

We ordered some screens and was told there was a delay but would we wait all was great at first but every time I asked how long promises after promise , so after 6 mths ( as we really wanted to wait as they matched our previous order ) we asked for our money back still nothing and no money , everytime I ask more sorry and promises but nothing and it’s 10 mths now

I am sadly another victim of this company’s shoddy and uncommunicative service. I had previously bought from them and all was good. The second order I placed in June did not arrive. I followed up in August and was told there was an issue with their logistics provider and I should expect to receive them in 3 weeks. Nothing. In Sept I contacted them again and got a different excuse about their Shopify account and it had been swapped and a refund had been processed. No sign of any refund yet and their website shows that they have stock of what I wanted.
In looking into it further, I found that the order number link on the confirmation email simply takes you back to their website, the confirmation email had two different addresses and the website has no facility to track the order.
The fact that they claim Shopify have changed their arrangement and they have no visibility of the orders screams scam to me so I am taking this further to investigate with Shopify.
I no longer trust this company and would not recommend entertaining any form of purchase.

We ordered from Screen With Envy over 2 years ago, yes you read that correctly- 2 years! Most of the order was great and could have made our project amazing—if only we’d received the finishing pieces (black handrails) at the same time.

After about a year, and out of the blue, we did eventually get damaged/poor quality handrails and then due to no more stock, we were offered grey replacements + £100 to respray, but we wanted the project to be perfect and we’d already waited a year so we waited some more…

But after nearly another year I finally caved and accepted their offer but now despite chasing for months, neither the grey replacements nor the payment have ever arrived.

The black handrails are now marked as ‘back in stock soon’ and honestly I’d just prefer the 8 black handrails and not the grey + £100 but now they are completely ignoring me!

All we’ve ever wanted are the items we paid for in the condition promised. Instead, we’ve been left with a lot of stress, wasted time, and an unfinished project. It’s really disappointing because the stuff is actually great.

These people are scammers. They lure you in with low prices, take your money and don't deliver. I have spent 4 months trying to get the screens that I ordered and have had every excuse from a new fulfillment centre, new courier network, new website, new payment platform and I am sure it is all BS. When I eventually asked for my refund I have been told to contact my card provider to raise a charge back claim - horrific experience.

After waiting 3 months for non existent product and finally asking for a refund due to the copy and paste response and excuses . requested the order is cancelled refund was due 5-10 Working Days from cancelled date but nothing. And now being ignored this company has zero credibility left and I am really worried they will continue to take people’s hard earned cash and string them along. Those who run this company should be morally ashamed of taking money and not resolving customers rights. I hope that whoever you are you find one day that it may happen to you and I hope you feel the same sense of knowing that someone has stolen from you and that you feel the same gut wrenching sense of being conned like you have with all these other customers who have left such reviews. shame on you screen with envy.. refund our money and stop conning people.

Absolute shocking service. After waiting 5 months still haven’t received my purchase. Asked 4 times for a refund but are just ignoring my emails. If I could I would be a zero from me.
Obviously going to have to take further action.

Ordered from these before with no problem so didn't even think to check. This time around I ordered 1 panel at £160 in June and I'm still waiting. I have had BS emails regarding delivery partners and all will be sorted but nothing yet. I don't get the answers to my emails anymore so I guess that it for me money.
Don't bother is what I would say
They had a warehouse in St Albans where I collected an item before, I wish I could remember where it was as I'd go take a look. I was told they're now in Wigan but are moving.

After buying from this company previously, and having been really delighted with the service and products I didn't hesitate to order again....Big Mistake!

After making an order in June for £500 worth of items I have patiently waited for delivery, the issue is now with the bank.

I did receive emails in return, apologising for the delay, the emails were polite but evasive and vague giving the grand illusion that all would be sorted and that it was a delivery issue. I can only assume that these excuses were actually lies, and there was seemingly never any intention of the company honouring the sale.

I feel disappointed that, yet again, some people cannot respect others and have little or no remorse, or guilt over the fact that they were trusted to provide a service which they didn't, but instead happily took money with what one can only presume, no conscience... I guess this is my introduction to the world of corrupt behaviour.

The garden project is now unfinished, and not sure how it will eventually look...but, this is a very 1st world problem, so, I just need to learn from this disappointing experience and hope that my money will be eventually reimbursed.

Advice: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Wish I had read reviews before ordering placed order June still not arrived so I asked 3 week ago for refund was told could take up to 10 days still not received it and now being ignored

This company is a complete joke! I ordered my panels in April, they still hadn’t been delivered in July and they couldn’t tell me when they would be delivered so I cancelled the order. I am still waiting for my refund. They took the payment immediately but I’m still chasing a refund after six weeks of cancelling the order!!!
