Screen With Envy designs and manufactures stunning decorative garden screens, fences, gates and pergolas designed for UK weather conditions - our products are waterproof and require no ongoing painting or treating. Our products are environmentally friendly, as we manufacture from recycled wood and recycled plastic. Established in 2017 we are the UK's original and leading screening company having delivered over 250,000 orders to clients. The website relaunched on Boxing Day 2025. Easy ordering
Easy to order online. The screens were a bargain price and although we haven’t put them up yet they look lovely. The packaging was extremely strong and arrived promptly.

All round excellence
I ordered a set of three 5mm medium Alhambra screens in the sale on Feb 14th, they were delivered on the 17th, perfectly packaged in thick, recyclable cardboard. The new owners have certainly addressed issues experienced by many under the previous management. I, myself, ordered four of the thicker Alhambra screens a couple of years ago and, while I think I fared better than some, delivery wasn't great although the screens are brilliant and gave me the look I was after - they still look amazing today. I am looking forward to continuing my Moroccan theme and intend to attach my new screens to a rather dull wooden fence. Thank you to the new team at Screen With Envy - you've nailed it.

I don’t recommend as the quality of the product is not worth the price. It’s really hard to get in communication with this family run business. I previously purchased a set of screens on 4th August 2021 order number 108712 and then repurchased in 2026. The black colour is a dull grey and the quality of the screen is so flimsy. The returns process is not clear and the customer probably has to pay as delivery was not free.

We do not have access to information about your previous order. We currently are selling the 5mm thickness screens, which are flexible and designed for cladding to hard surfaces. We will soon have our 16mm screens available. Perhaps you purchased the 16mm version previously?
We offer a no questions asked 14 day returns policy and returns are refunded in full, including any delivery cost that might have been paid. We offer free delivery on orders over £180 and it is £12 for orders less than that. We comply fully with the Distance Selling Regulations / Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Perfect for a quick garden makeover
Well done to the new owners for doing a great job rebuilding the company's reputation. My trellis arrived quickly (ordered Friday, arrived Tuesday), were in prefect condition and looked as per the web image. They are thin(as stated) and so quite bendy. Definitely need to be attached to something for support. Very decorative. I'm very tempted to come back for some large screens in 16mm when they're in stock (and on offer)

FEDEX are a nightmare
Despite prompt despatch FEDEX a have failed to deliver / respond to my requests to leave the package / emailed me to say the package was delivered and signed for by myself ( when I wasn’t even home ) yet put a card through door saying it had been taken back to their depot - so unable to rate the screens

Previous owners were dreadful
Update 5-2-26. I can see that FH Brundle who now own Screen With Envy appear to have no connection with Lynn and Thomas Birkert who provided such appalling customer service. I have therefore changed my review to 3 stars to make it neutral and I wish the new owners good luck.
Dreadful service. Panels ordered at same time didn't match. It took a battle over several months to get a refund via my credit card. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.
