Anthony braved the rain and delivered my fence panels and posts on time as scheduled.
He was courteous and careful handling the panels. He gave me information about the products as fixing kits are to be posted to me directly.

Delivery was made early evening by Steve and Pablo who were courteous and pleasant, unfortunately after looking at items delivered I have found a crack in one of the panels. I have emailed sales and am awaiting a response.

Excellent company to do business with the product I have a fence is brilliant. Looks really good and the customer service has been 2nd to none. Well done.

Current experience is with Georgia from customer service.
My chosen product colour is currently out of stock awaiting a new consignment scheduled for the end of month. So a delay in the promised delivery.
However Georgia checked the expected restock and arranged a scheduled pre delivery slot to suit. If the product s equally good a further review will follow. Excellent customer service so far.

Initially, I was totally unable to contact C&I through phone, e mail or messenger.
However, once I did my order was despatched within 7 days.
Anthony, the delivery driver kept me completely up to date regarding delivery & arrived exactly on time - he was extremely friendly & helpful

My experience with Charles & Ivy has been an absolute nightmare. I placed and paid for an order, only to be told they couldn't fulfill it due to a stocking issue.

When I followed their instructions to resolve this, I was completely ignored. When I finally got through to customer service, I was outright told that they would not refund my money. Instead, they tried to fob me off with a 20% discount on an order they can't even deliver, hiding behind a "management decision" to keep my money.

This is a blatant breach of UK Consumer Law. If a company cannot supply your goods, you are legally entitled to a full refund—no excuses. Charles & Ivy are currently holding my money hostage for an item they never had in stock.

Take your business elsewhere.

This company clearly does not care about its customers or the law.

Outstanding Delivery Service and Product Quality
After experiencing problems with other suppliers delivering damaged products, we were genuinely impressed with the service from Charles & Ivy.

Our wall panels arrived in perfect condition thanks to their dedicated delivery service. The panels were transported in a properly racked delivery van, which clearly showed the care taken to protect the product during transit. It was a refreshing change compared to some of our previous experiences with other suppliers.

A special mention must go to Mark, the delivery driver, who was excellent from start to finish. He was friendly, helpful, and clearly took great pride in ensuring the delivery went smoothly.

The combination of a high-quality product, excellent logistics, and first-class customer service has made Charles & Ivy stand out from the competition. We wouldn't hesitate to order from them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for wall panels.

Terrible customer service. Takes 30 mins to get through to customer services every time (don’t bother emailing them - they ignore those!). Keep promising to deliver missing parts and then on the day of delivery they say sorry not on van and cancel the delivery! This has happened three times - complete incompetence and they simply don’t care

Arrived within time slot. Anthony had already recognised that the paperwork and order did not match and was very apologetic, even though it was not his fault. He then took ownership of the problem and took time to ensure that all the missing elements were clearly identified and documented when he could have just got off home.

If I could put less than 1 I would. What an atrocious company. We ordered a bespoke gate on 4th June 2026, it’s currently 12th October and we have no gate, can’t get hold of customer service, sales answer quick so they can get more money out of you but they ‘can’t help’ it’s not their department. We had an automated email 6 weeks ago saying we would hear about delivery within 48 hours…still waiting, called multiple times, emailed and instagram messaged, the responder called me a different name so that was a great start and they couldn’t help either!
Having already paid £2500 up front and we still need to get a delivery date and contact their fitters so have absolutely no hope. I feel defrauded by this company! They are scammers. And after seeing the reviews we can only hope the right size gate and colour turns up if we ever get to that point. We will be seeking advice through our bank and potentially legal action under the section 28 consumer rights act.

Update: After putting this review on we got emailed within 24 hours telling us our gate won’t arrive at their warehouse until 7th December! 6 months from ordering! Then to arrange delivery and fitting it 100% won’t be done this year, no chance!

If you value your time, money and sanity don’t use this company.

Final Delivery service was excellent by Steve and Pabo. The order service by Charles and Ivy would only get 2 stars, very poor.

I ordered grey any angle fence post. Although the driver had a grey one on his sheet a black post was on his van sent in error. How difficult can it be to get the colour correct for delivery,!! This followed a late delivery when I was told the post would be delivered 7th Oct but it wasn't- with no explanation given, and then the incorrect one was delivered today. Unbelievably bad service.

Loads of items missing. Absolutely none of the sundry items were included - no bolts, fixing kits etc

Driver was really helpful and personable, but it's no good having 17 posts and 28 panels with no fixings !!

We ordered a gate with digital lock. You have only supplied the digital lock on delivery and it is impossible to contact your company as your staff are unable to pick up the telephone
