Anthony the delivery driver was fantastic. We live up a narrow lane where it is difficult to take large vans. Anthony carefully delivered the product to our door with a smile 😄

Ordered decorative fence panels which are good quality & on offer, delivery was on time, having been delayed due to lack of communication.
The communication & customer service was very poor. I ordered these panels at the beginning of September & emailed to say we would be away, so could delivery be after a certain date. Apart from automated emails to say my numerous emails had been received, I received nothing more & had to phone the company, whilst on holiday, to explain that there was no one at home on the delivery date stated. Eventually, rearranged delivery once we were home.Having read other reviews this seems to be an ongoing problem with customer service, which needs to be addressed.

James was really friendly and helpful

I visited the showroom on Saturday 3rd October, I was greeted by a member of staff called Ella. Ella assisted me with everything I needed and also offered me a beverage. Thank you very much! Asset to your company.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Ella was so lovely, helpful and professional and made the whole experience feel really easy and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble and she genuinely cared about getting everything just right. Such a friendly, welcoming service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charles & Ivy. 5 stars from me!

I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago for a mirror. After 4 days I was emailed by customer service to say that had oversold and won’t be restocking that particular mirror so I could pick another one. I instead asked for a refund instead so I could look elsewhere. It has been two weeks now since they cancelled my order and I have still recieved no response. Even after 5 emails to different addresses, and sitting on hold forever to their customer service phone line. They have completely ghosted me. So had to file a dispute with my credit card to get my money back.
I’m sure the products great if you ever actually get it, but the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!

Placed an order based on the items being listed as in stock with an estimated delivery window of 2 weeks.
Received an email the next day to say they had made a mistake with stock levels and it would be at least 4 weeks before it arrived at their warehouse & we could then arrange delivery.

We responded to this email with a query but received no response from Charles & Ivy for two weeks. Have also tried to call numerous times during that period; Customer Service rings out and if you get through to their Sales team they will say they can't help and hang up on you.
Essentially there is no way to contact them if something goes wrong with your order.

We have since tried to cancel the order via email, and following no response again, have now initiated the process via our credit card company to recoup the lost money.

There are similar experiences within the comments on their social media pages some of which are being hidden or deleted.

I can't even begin to explain all the ways on which I am disappointed.
I don't even have the energy to call again regarding latest issue.
I am sure the gates if ever they are fitted will look amazing . But right now I'd like to just walk away. But I have to call again and listen for an hour or more about how important my call is
