We have 137 years of successful trading history and are going to work hard on rebuilding the trust in this amazing brand and product range. Screen With Envy designs and manufactures stunning decorative garden screens, fences, gates and pergolas designed for UK weather conditions - our products are waterproof and require no ongoing painting or treating. Our products are environmentally friendly, as we manufacture from recycled wood and recycled plastic. Established in 2017 we are the UK's original and leading screening company having delivered over 250,000 orders to clients. The website relaunched on Boxing Day 2025. Live stock information is displayed on the website.

Very, very disappointed with the total lack of communication and terrible customer service. No telephone number available to call either.WHERE IS MY ORDER ???

I ordered items on pre-order, which understandably took some time to arrive. However, once the items were back in stock, they were delivered promptly and the service was excellent throughout. The team also maintained close communication and followed up after delivery to ensure everything had arrived correctly. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing from them.

First class service and a great product
I don't write reviews very often, but I've been very impressed by Screen with Envy. The three screens I ordered (small Alhambra) were just what I was looking for, the delivery was super quick, and the screens themselves were very carefully packaged.
I liked them so much when they arrived that I went straight back to the website and ordered three more (in the larger size)!

Still awaiting an order that was confirmed and paid for on the 10/04/2026.
I have only heard back from one of my emails to them stating that they have notified dispatch of the order number and were waiting to hear back from them, that was the 29th April. No reply/response to any of my further emails.
I have been really patient and polite, but sadly disappointed.

Ordered a set of 3 trellises on Thursday at 9.30 am, received delivery within 30 hours in Scotland. Thank you for this excellent service. The trellises will be placed near fence panels and a gate in the same design, purchased 6 years ago. Still in perfect condition, so the quality will be good!

I wanted screen with Envy screens in the summer of Covid. I put an order in for quite a few, came to quite a few pounds but they were backed up and it was taking weeks and weeks and weeks to get it so I never got it and just didn’t get it, but I needed a piece of lattice out the front and to be honest with you it came within two days very happy with it and it’s really nice. Well done, scream with envy.

Many missed dispatch dates
Advertised as due early April. Didn't receive until 7th May. Promised many times rough dispatch and never happened. Great product but if I had known the long delay I would have went with something else.

Excellent service and quality.
I ordered 3no. 60x120 black composite panels. I received confirmation of order immediately and update emails until the goods arrived,in 3 days, as stated on their website. They used FedEx to deliver who also updated me with progress. The panels were very well packaged and are top quality. I was so pleased with the Screen With Envy service and quality I immediately rang them to say thank you. I would buy from them again and would be happy to recommend them.
