Terrible communication, ordered screens at the end of March for early April dispatch. By mid April they had still not arrived. Contacted via chat no response. Contacted via email no response. I emailed to cancel order as they did not arrive on time for what they were needed for and had no response. By the beginning of may I had had nothing so contacted my bank and low and behold I then got a dispatch note a month late! Promptly responded to their email saying I have cancelled these why are you now trying to send them and guess what no response! Very disappointed.

Had to chase and threaten legal action to eventually receive my paid for product ... not good.
Update .. screen with envy have responded to my review to say their website will be updated to show better more realistic delivery dates .. however this still doesn't excuse them from not responding to many of my emails, althoyghbi know they received them, and the difficulty to contact them direct due to no other contact details given ... I would still strongly advise due diligence to this previously dodgy company.

FHBrunel have responded to this review below requesting more details for my complaint .. they could see this via the email trail if they genuinely wanted to investigate their internal failures.
I have issued details of this complaint on an official letter sent to their registered address including prints of the previous emails sent and requests for information that were ignored.
I would add ... why does a genuine company only use website, email or Facebook as a way of contact? .. why is there not a usable contact number or actual warehouse, shop address advertised on their webpage?, or by general searching its virtually impossible to find them, track them down? .. on their Facebook page all of the comments have been filtered to show only the good ones .. why? .. what are they hiding?..
FH brundel say they gave been trading for 137 years .. but my searches found no evidence of that claim... however I do not dispute this.
I would advise potential customer to carry out their own due diligence .. previously Screen with Envy had a horrendous reputation.. being investigated for various financial discrepancies and ceasing trading on a number of occasions only to restart again ... BEWARE!!

Edit / update:
After sending a strongly worded email threatening legal action and criminal proceedings they instantly replied with fedex details for delivery and hey presto the following morning at 09:30 the units were delivered... no apology or explanation..!! .. I would still advise caution using this company .. their past and present actions I still consider to be dodgy. Hence still minimum 1 star.

Awful, immoral, and i belive illegal practices... I had purchased 3 screen in March for delivery early April ... nothing arrived and they have avoided my 13 emails requesting information... this company is well known over many years for taking payment without providing the goods ... they recently said online that the company was taken over by F H Brundel and would provide a better service ... but don't be fooled .. i beleive they are playing the system, making false good reviews and continuing to take away people's money with no intent to provide the goods... I will follow up on this report if I need to take legal action.

Good quality screens very quick service love them

Absolutely shocking customer service, they have repeatedly ignored my emails and have their phones constantly on engaged. All I wanted was advice on a purchase I made a few years ago but they are clearly not interested, so won’t be buying anything else from this company will go somewhere else and will certainly not be recommending them to people I know. What a disgrace don’t want to know once they have your money.
Avoid this company, go somewhere else.

We purchased 2 orders recently. The first order- just over £500 & the second- just under £300. All of the panels of varied sizes ordered (Large, Medium & trellis's), items arrived all intact & packaged very well. Delivery was free which is so rare being in the Scottish Highlands & delivery time- arrived within days! Also rare given our location. Would definitely recommend.

I have purchased 6 trellises from this site on 2 separate occasions.
All items were received promptly with regular tracking updates.
All items are very good quality and we have had a number of compliments about them. I would definitely recommend purchasing items from this company.

Love these screens, we have some in our glass room to prevent birds from flying into them and matching ones around our decking as a bit of a wind break and they look great

Order placed then they tell me the screens aren’t available, three times informed them of cancellation and still nothing. Got bank to process a chargeback but I can’t believe how bad this company is

Today 23-04 I still don't have my delivery over a week after ordering and being notified of a delivery date and no contact at all. It's surprising that I received a feedback request the day after. A little disappointing, other providers ensure delivery without customers having to reach out to follow up and chase

I have ordered our screens for pre-order on 22/3/26,with scheduled delivery for the 9th of April,then 13th April. I had received an email announcing the company are requesting pre-orders . I received an email that my order has been approved,with delivery date given, payment taken.Has of yet,and after numerous emails. We have not received anything. Even any type of email to inform us of a delay would help. Instead nowt! We have used this company countless of times with no problems. Now .... Nothing!

Ordered screens on 21st March 2026 Today is 23rd April 2026. Still no delivery of screens. Poor communication, promise of despatch, not action. Money taken, but no product. Be Aware, be VERY aware of this company. Have asked for my money back, will wait for the reply

Ordered Thursday afternoon and delivered Friday afternoon, up on the wall by Saturday morning.
Great communication by several emails from the company.
Screens were well packaged in perfect condition on arrival.

Exceptional experience. Ordered screens and they were delivered the next day

I was looking for a product that I could use as a trellis that would look good with and without plants growing.
Found this product and due to the great price decided to give it a whirl.

The three panels were probably not envisaged being used how I have used them but with some spacers to hold them away from the wall the climbing plants I have chosen should look great in no time.

The panels themselves are very flexible (bendy), I don't know how well they would hold up to being used as fence panels but for my use, fixed at multiple points they are great

I’ve made a few purchases this Spring from SWE and I’m sure they won’t be my last. I’ve returned to them because I loved my original screens I got years ago when they were under the previous management. Those screens have been well used over the years and so it’s been time to renew some of them. I have been so impressed by the whole process from ordering to delivery. All my orders have arrived within a couple of days and have been very well packaged and delivered with care. I’ve got my eye on a couple of the bigger 16mm screens for a future project this year and will be back.
