Delivery was fine
Delivery was fine, product was fine, fibre glass was just short by 3m2 and the resin and top coat were massively short in quantity, i had to purchase 20kg of resin and 10kg of top coat and 2kg of hardener to be able to finish the roof.
Cheap to purchase in the first place but overhaul I would have been better to get materials from Roofing Superstore.

Hi Dennis,
Many thanks for your feedback, we are pleased to hear that the delivery process and the product quality met your expectations.
However, we would like to address the concerns you raised regarding the quantity of materials in your order. We have thoroughly investigated your case, cross-referencing our records and quality control processes, and we would like to assure you that all items were picked and packed accurately before dispatch.
The discrepancy you mentioned, especially the shortage of 3m² in fibreglass and the significant deficit in resin and top coat, has left us puzzled as this goes beyond any margin of error in our fulfilment process. In an exercise to replicate your reported shortage; we also double-checked, and confirm, that 600g matting was not sent in error.
In our effort to understand the situation better, we considered the possibility that external factors might have contributed to the observed shortage. Materials may have been removed post-delivery, or there may have been an underestimation of the roof size, which led to a shortfall in coverage.
Unfortunately, we cannot find record of contact to have been able to investigate and rectify at the time of order.
We understand the importance of accurate quantities for your roofing project and assure you that we take your feedback seriously. Many Thanks, Kim
